Jamie the Electrician was great! He checked the bathroom fan assembly, motor, etc. to try to figure out why the thing was so noisy and if it was pulling out the correct amount of air in the room. He even went up into the attic to see if anything was causing the fan to be blocked or was loose which could be causing the fan to be so noisy. He was able to quiet it down so it's not sounding like a buzz saw and is pulling the humidity out of the room as it's supposed to be when operating. He cleaned up after himself and left the area he was working in as clean as he found it before starting to work. He was prompt, efficient, and knew what to look for to fix my problem. I would call him again.

First time we had to use our warranty. Phone is answered 24/7. The person on the phone was so helpful, starting the claim was a breeze following the easy prompts. Had a confirmation of a service man with a time window of service within an hour. The service man was on time, so professional , explained everything. Found the problem with our refrigerator quickly, he came equipped with the part to fix it and it was working perfectly in an hour. Can not say enough about Choice Home Warranty, they have top service people that work for them. We are so very glad to have the peace of mind that we have with Choice Home Warranty.

The technician from Open and Flowing was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and thorough and personable. Worked quickly and explained everything including some helpful hints. Would definately recommend. The following has nothing to do with the technician...I think charging $85 for a service fee on top of my almost $47 a month is too high. This time it probably would have cost me more. Last time I had an issue with the toilet running...really easy fix for tech...but $132.00(including monthly fee). I am a senior on a very limited income, not real handy and don't have a regular handy man. You should have smaller fees for some projects for seniors. Otherwise, I do enjoy and am happy with your service. I do realize it evens out with higher ticket item. Maybe you could give seniors a one time special on smaller projects for their birthday😀

Choice turned out to be a good overall home warranty company. They covered almost every claim I ever submitted and the list of technicians they had and sent out were very good and reputable. They sold me on the fact that I could choose my own companies for repairs, however there is a catch to that which is you have to pay the company yourself and they reimburse you all or some of the cost instead of all of it if you use who they choose. For this company I never had major things just mostly washer, dryer, and dishwasher claims. All were taken care of. Now they don’t have all the bells and whistles in their policies that some of the other companies have, however some of those to me didn’t matter and the cost of the plan was more important to me. The biggest deal maker for me on this one is that even though my ac unit was under manufacturer warranty they still covered it especially the labor which the manufacturer would not cover. I was happy with the ease of filing a claim electronically. Someone usually called within 24hrs to schedule for a claim that was not emergent. I would recommend them and would use them again.

We had plumbing issues with our kitchen sink. One company came out and tighten a couple of things that proved to be a short fix. We left tubs under the sink to make sure there were no more leaks. Thank God that we did. Both sides started leaking again. We contact Choice Home Warranty again and they sent out another plumbing company, JFK Plumbing and Drain cleaning. They found the problem and are going to replace the garbage disposal. The workman, Mike, was very thorough trying to find the problems. One side was easy, the other side didn't show itself yet, but I am continuing to watch it and will take photos of leak as he suggested, if it occurs. There has been phantom grimlins at work in the kitchen sink plumbing! Mike was very respectful, informative and professional. He wore a mask and slippers over his shoes. Hope that they send him out again for the follow-up of the garbage disposal.

I am grateful for the excellent follow-up Home Choice Warranty did on my behalf after a technician did not initiate or follow through with their services, Millers Professional Service, LLC was sent out to my home and Ed is EXCELLENT in his craft and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find what the problem was with my stove. Most excellent is I did not have to pay service fee twice. I have been a paying customer for over 5-years and only disappointed once, not by Choice, but a vendor they used. I am aware everyone is not professional, knowledgeable, or has great integrity; which I understand,. Choice Home Warranty hopefully will discontinue the use of those vendors. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. I contacted HCW about my heat not working they immediately responded. They email me to let me know I would be receiving a technician with 24 hrs. They also gave me an option for there reimbursement program. I choose to let them get in touch with a technician. The technician contacted me within the 24hrs . The tech arrived and with 30 minutes he had changed out a motor on my heating system. My heat was now working. The tech then explain to me what happen and why he changed out the motor. CHF is great company and the company that serviced my unit is the best. The company was very knowledgeable I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I love the thought of someone having my back when something goes wrong but it feels like I'm just a number you should make everyone feel better than that and the company should be able to make sure there is a tech that's able to come out for you if the tech cant be reached the customer is just screwed and that's not good for anyone! Please see it through to make sure that everything and everyone is ok and the appointment goes through for the customer because this is second time I've had to call to request service for my heater the first call we waited 5 days with no one showing up or calling and the outside is very cold theres snow on the ground and we need to get the heater fixed asap if I can get the heater fixed on this call I'm going to start paying yearly to keep coverage going I just dont fully trust the company yet but that would really raise my trust level

My first appointment was not resolved, the plumber said the leak is inside the wall of the shower. He replaced parts, had to call him back twice. he was nice and seemed to know what he was doing but it leaked even when he left the first time. Called Home choice warranty and they sent him back out. That was in November 2020. I called him back Dec and called in January 2021, he came back out and He fixed the dripping Faucet. Yeah Then I have a pipe leaking under my mobile home, I am scheduled to have that fixed tomorrow. That should go well . I might get coverage again. Will see what happens. Thank you. Laurie Cumbie

Awesome experience. I currently had a Home Warranty with another Company and it was getting ready to renew. The cost of my policy seemed to continue to go up, even though a claim had never been filed. Calling Choice Home Warranty is the best decision I have ever made. No only was I able to get the exact same coverage, but was also able to add on an item that I felt I needed to have!! The best part is I’m still paying much less than on my previous policy, not too mention that I elected for the VIP package (locked in for life price) which gives me an even further discount, and instead of paying monthly over the life of the agreement, I made a down payment and three additional monthly payments and my policy is paid in full for the next three years. Lastly, the gentleman assisting me was very pleasant, easy to understand, listened to my concerns, offered options, and ultimately made the entire experience AWESOME!!! In the early hours of Christmas morning my furnace went out, I called choice warranty and their representative attempted to locate a repair person who was enrolled in their system. Shortly thereafter I received a email from choice warranty telling me that their search for a repair person had come up empty; allowing me to locate a local repair service in order to get my furnace back in operation as soon as possible. After calling numerous heating and air conditioning businesses in the local area I was finally able to make contact with the service individual on standby for a company called Precision Mechanical. The service technician on call for my area was located in a town an hour and 1/2 away from my address. There technician responded to my address in a professional manner; troubleshooting my problem and finding a defective igniter unit in my furnace. This technician did not have a igniter unit with him consequently he called another technician in my local area who had a unit in his company vehicle. My technician was able to obtain this unit returning to my address and complete my furnace repair. This technician was very courteous and professional in all aspects pertaining to my problem. Great job completed by a excellent technician. Thank you my friend!

My furnace went out early Sunday morning. When I got up it was 60 degrees in the house. I called Choice Home Warranty on Monday morning and I got a confirmation email that said a technician was assigned to my claim and someone would contact me to confirm my appointment on Tuesday. I received a call from Air Pro 1, and the best technician ( Bryan J) showed up at my house Monday afternoon (because he had extra time and wanted to get a jump on what was wrong with my furnace). He was so thorough and explained to me what was wrong. He had to order a part and he said he would return Tuesday morning to get my furnace all fixed. Bryan got here fIxed my furnace and showed me what he had done. He was so polite, caring and knowledgeable. Bryan really cares about the work he does and his customers. I will have to say it's been a crazy year with this COVID-19. I appreciate that Choice Home Warranty Customer Service has been dealing with me and my two issues. One of them is still to be finalize due to a broken dishwasher. But because it has delayed some people getting things fixed, I was glad that everyone was still looking for an contractor to make their way out. I was frustrated with one issue and an agent contacted me and promised me that they are still working to find someone to come out. So with all of these issues this year, great job to all the service reps working hard to satisfy everyone's issues!

I have had "Choice Home Warranty" (CHW) for a couple of years and I never had to use their services until this year, 2020. I read over my warranty service paperwork and I made the call because my heat was not working properly. After the hurricane aftermath made its way through Atlanta, GA I noticed that my heat was turning on but the house wasn't warming up. CHW scheduled my appointment with one of their contractors, they came out and analysed what the problem was, I paid my low deductable and they fixed my heat! The contractor that was sent out to my house was great. He explained exactly what he was doing step-by-step the entire time that he was at my house. The service was great!

Wayne was really excellent. The switch over from American Home Shield was a no-brainer with all the company itself has to offer at a lesser price point...but Wayne was just an added bonus as a great customer service representative. Wayne was knowledgable, efficient, polite, had a great sense of humor, he explained everything thoroughly including both plans and what they have to offer, and his ability to take a quick payment over the phone to make the transition simple and easy, is proof that Choice Home Warranty will thrive with him as a team member. Thank you guys so much for protecting our home at a lesser cost with more options than what we already had! We now have an annual savings of over $250.00 because of you guys! If you keep hiring great customer service reps like Wayne, you will definitely grow the business even more than you already have because you surely have a diamond in the rough with him!

I have had the misfortune of having to call on CHW a few times in the past few years. However, fortunately I had a contract with them and had all of my problems taken care of by them. I found that the low service fee I needed to pay to the service provider was extremely lower then if I did not have CHW. The service providers were all top shelf with compashion for my not having an appliance operating properly, and in their expertise and knowledge as to what I needed, repair, or a replacement. CHW was very reasonable with their offers of replacement cost, I was able to negotiate with them for the amount they gave me for replacement. I can honestly say that I have not had a bad experience with anyone, CHW, or service providers they send to take care of my problems, great investment.

We had our air go out and called CHW to get a repairman. We did research on the first company that was assigned to us and found out they DID NOT have a license to operate in South Carolina, so we called CHW and our case was re-assigned. The company that was first assigned was Air Services, LLC in Chapin, SC and should be removed from the prospective list of hvac technicians. We filed a complaint with the LLC. The company that DID come was Aire Serv of Central South Carolina in West Columbia, SC who did an amazing job of getting our system fixed. The technician was pleasant and professional and went straight to work and finished in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Choice Home Warranty for re-assigning this company to us and seeing that we were serviced in a timely manner. We will be happy to refer our friends to CHW for their possible future needs. Thanks again.

My experience with CHW has been good except for the techs that have come to check out the problem with my furnace they tell me it's the thermostat and the last tech that came out told me it was working properly, but these young techs don't understand the old school thermostats that work only with heat, not heat and cool. I need someone that understands the old ones that work with only heat, I have been in my home for over 40 years so I should know if my furnace is not working the right way, the furnace I have is very old and it should be replaced wish that someone would help me out. Thank you

Choice Home Warranty has helped me on three occasions in the past year (sure hope 3rd time is a charm!) for different problems each time. My heat was repaired last winter, my A/C this summer, and just now a plumbing leak. Response time is great, and the crew sent out have been wonderful. I also like the fact that I speak with a real person on the phone who calls back once an appointment has been scheduled (within 24 hours), and then later to check on results. I was with another home warranty company when I first moved to this area and was very dissatisfied with them. I highly recommend Choice!

I received an email immediately confirming my claim had been received. Within a few hours I received a phone call informing me the an appointment had been scheduled with a local company for the next day. I was given the name of the company, the time of the appointment and the phone number incase I needed to contact them. The next day I received a call from Johnnie's heating and air conditioning long before my scheduled appointment asking if they could come within the hour. They arrived promptly, were professional and solved the problem. I was very happy with the service I received from Choice Home Warranty and the company that provided the service.

Our AC unit stopped working late at night. I filed a claim after 12 am with Choice through the website and had a work order for that day. The technician repaired the unit, however it stopped working 2 days later. I filed another claim with Choice and they made a new work order with a different company. I alerted them it was a continuation of a previous problem and they had the original technician come out the same day at no additional fee. He made an additional repair and (fingers crossed) it has been running great. I was highly impressed how quickly they were able link us with a company and the speed of service. I am very thankful to Choice warranty for their great help and I’m happy with my decision to make them my home warranty company.

I had 2 issues going on at once. One with my dishwasher leak. The tech came out, diagnosed and figured out the problem, ordered the two new parts and I was only charged $65 for the service call/deductible. The other was a electric issue with the three outlets in the main bath and one in the half bath next to the main. The tech showed me what was wrong, went to the store reinstalled a new GFI which mine was replaced just a few months ago by me. He had one issue after and after cutting the power one last time he had it fixed I again only paid $65 for the deductible. I know I probably saved well over $300 for both repairs and getting the techs set up through choice was very easy. I highly recommend getting this home warranty!!

The water line in our bathroom had a bad leak. I called the claim in June 22, at 8 a.m. Since no plumber called I followed up several times with Choice Home Warranty to have the issue resolved. After waiting for two days with no success, we called a plumber, who took care of the leak on the third day. My complaint with CHW was passed on to the Director, Resolution Dept., who IMMEDIATELY offered to reimburse the charge less the usual trip fee of $45.00 once I submitted the invoice. Within a day and a half she got back to me to advise me that the reimbursement had been approved. I received the check July 17, 2020. It was a rough start, however, CHW made good on their promise so yes, I would recommend the company.

It was easy to place the claim. The technician called right away and tried to come even on a Sunday. However, I live in a condo complex which is beginning to feel like a Gulag.. Anyway, when he got here they told him not on Sundays and bless his heart, he made another appointment for Wednesday. They still gave him a hassle at the gate but Thank God he got in, he fixed the problem in minutes. All through this he ws so pleasant and charming. I couldn't recommend him enough and he obviously knew his business in the quick amount of time he fixed the problem. He was worth every penny of that reasonable call fee.

I had been using Choice Warranty for years and years and renewed them every three years. Last claimed was the best claimed ever received an excellent service. First it was weekend, was really surprised when the technicians office called me and gave me schedule the same day. Technician came did all what needed to be done to get the A/C working. Hours went by or so. He came out and said, Mrs. Johnson its done and handed over to me an Invoice for the deductible. This technician, first time ever who came, did all his work get them done, not so worried about the deductible to be collected, which I don't mind paying first. His attitude is commendable . In fact, in future in any A/C claim I might have on all my rental properties, I would request, technician from the same company.

I had another home warrenty for over 20 years & it seems like the last few times that I called them they found a reason my item wasn’t covered so I switched to Choice Home Warrenty & so far so good. I’ve only called them about 3-4 times but seems to be working out ok. They went out of their way on Friday, my dishwasher wouldn’t shut off & they couldn’t get someone out here until the following Wednesday so I called them to see if they could tell me how to shut off my dishwasher & someone from place came by & looked at it thinking it might be just a quick fix but it needed a part. But was happy that he went out of his way for me.So I’ll see him on Wednesday.I’ve recommended Choice to 3 people so far. Thanks,Gail W

The warranty is generally fair and acceptable. Service reps on calls are cordial and informative. In most cases, the companies they use are qualified and responsible. One exception thus far: Kwik Heating and Air in Greensboro, North Carolina was dispatched to a house with an Air conditioner issue, not working. The man showed up on time and determined that the issue was electrical and a disconnect panel was shorted out. He made a temporary repair and stated a pat would be ordered and he would return in two days. He has not returned. He does not return phone calls.I have called and left messages seven (7) times and requested a returned phone call. No response. This is unprofessional, discourteous and harmful to the residents who reside in the house who may be exposed to extreme summer heat if the unit does not have the proper repair. The resident's Mother is going in for cancer treatment in a few days and will be staying with her daughter to be near the hospital and doctor until she is safe to travel. This Kwik Heating/Air company and the tech person should be never used for service ever again. This is a ridiculous irresponsible action from the company Choice selected

First I would like to start off with saying thank you for such great service Choice Home Warranty. Recently, I was serviced/ helped by a wonderful young lady named Mrs. Tosha C. She was the case manager who was in charge of my case regarding a claim that I was having an issue with although we were not able to solve my problem completely she was very knowledgeable to the situation and was very much willing to go above and beyond to contact the repair tech to see if they offered payment plans or anything else for a lesser price so that I can afford to get my claim that I had on my house which was my AC fixed or replaced. Being that I live in Florida it tends to be super hot here in the summer months so having AC is very important to one’s peace of mind as well as health. Anyways, I would just like to say thank you Miss C for all of your help and I will continue to choose choice home warranty to service my home for repairs in the future, the customer service is excellent thank you for all your help .

Was convinced to switch my six homes from American Home Shield to Choice Home Warranty. A big factor was the $60 deductible rather than AHS's $90 - some times a claim is excluded and I just lose the deductible so that's important. Responses and repair schedulings have been faster - nice work! Some items have too many exclusions: for example faucets are an integral part of a home and should be covered Would prefer when an appliance is toast to have the replacement taken care of rather than a buy out where I have to get involved. I want the warranty to save me time. Your agents are always professional and helpful. Online is the way to go - I have used that quite successfully and try not to call and increase your staff needs whenever I can.

My rep James was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly...he only fixed what needed to be fixed and replaced it promptly...he was at my residence early (about an hour) which was good in my book...the whole experience from contacting CHW about situation with initial call went very smooth...James was at my residence the next day...all I had to do was present my co-pay ($65.00) upon arrival...also the monthly payments to sustain account is not bad (under $50.00)...after reading this review pick up whatever phn you use and make the call to Choice Home Warranty...you won't regret your decision by taking my advice...more power to ya...make the call...later dayz and better wayz!!!

Mike S was prompt and was at my house as scheduled. It's evident how experienced and knowledgeable he is with his trade as he went about looking at the problems I pointed out and meticulously handled and fixed what can be fixed at the time. He's very welcoming to questions I asked and provided answers and insights that was very enlightening and gave me more understanding that certain house problems are best left to professionals! A part that's not available and needs to be ordered would necessitate him to come back when the part comes in next week per ETA from the parts dealer. Overall, on a scale of 1-5, Mr. Mike S is definitely a 5!

Tracie A was very helpful. I had called earlier and was placed on perpetual hold and gave up then almost went with another company but decided to try again and Tracie answered and was great. She offered me a Senior plan that I could afford and did tell me about the 3 year plan which I would have loved to have gotten but just could not afford at this time. My neighbors have given Choice a good recommendation so even tho I have hardly ever used my Home warranty plans I have always had one on my homes and plan on keeping one and I want to make sure I have a good one and with Tracie's help I did purchase the best plan tonight. I noticed a leak on my water heater and I notified CHW. That same day Bryant Plumbing company came and assessed the problem and notified Choice. A short time later CHW notified me that my water heater would be replaced by Bryants, they just needed additional info from the Plumber. Once CHW received it they notified me of the minimal amount I would be responsible and did I accept my cost. Once I replied that I accepted, things moved quickly. CHW purchased the water heater locally, the Plumbers picked it up and installed it. CHW came thru again for me, never had a doubt. Glad I renewed for another 6 years in 2019. Thanks CHW!!!

She was also kind enough to grant me a senior citizen and veterans discount. Choice warranty is fine its the people that you sub out to they are not very responsible I had CJA Mechanical come out to look at the outdoor heat pump a/c and he said it need a fan motor and said he would order it then I called him on Friday and he said it would be in and he would be here on Tuesday June 9th and when I called in the evening he said it did not come in I called on Wednesday the 10th and got someone in the office and said he was not in and did not know if the parts was there. He also told my wife last week when he was there that we should be using American Home warranty and not yours I had a similar issue with him last year about the same thing saying I should use American Home Warranty

I asked for time to have further discussion and think about the services that were being offered. He was very helpful. The second representative, put the icing on the cake. My first experience with Choice Home Warranty was the customer service. I was a customer of American Home Shield. I inquired on line to see what the differences would be. I received a call from Kendra from CHW. After she explained the difference between CHW and AHS I was sold. We had just had a service done on our air conditioner with AHS and we paid more than they covered! we were out of pocket over 500.00 with AHS! I found out after the fact that AHS would only pay 10.00 per pound of freon for my air conditioner and I had to pay the rest. Well a pound of freon cost around 100.00 dollars or more and they only pay 10.00 for life of their warranty! Kendra explained to me that CHW would pay 100% of the freon needed for my air conditioner if it ever needed it and that alone was enough to make me change companies. AHS nickle and dimmed us so much it was like we did not have a home warranty. Not to mention I am saving 11.31 on my monthly charge with Choice Home Warranty. I am saving 100.00 on the service call. I am saving over 100.00 on the annual charge with Choice Home Warranty. This was just a good decision all around! oh, my experience with Choice Warranty versus a couple of others I've had in the past is about the same. However, I plan to stay with Choice Warranty for the time being. My only disappointment is when I had some drywall work done I was charged extra money because the guy had to get on a ladder to repair a ceiling, which is only 6 feet high. Also, when vendors come out, their quality of work is very hit or miss.

My first time using my Choice Home Warranty was March 30, 2020 when my refrigerator stopped getting cold. I called them on Sunday when it happened. Sears Service was here by 3:30 on Monday. They had to order two thermostat Electronic controls totaling $174. Once I receive the parts they will come back to install them at no more cost to me. Meanwhile they were able to get the refrigerator back to cold until then. I was so shocked that all I had to pay was my contract figure of $65.00. This means I already saved $174 from my yearly cost. YAY! Best Choice I ever made. Thank you Choice Home Warranty!

I will say I only rated 5 Stars because of how quickly my situation got resolved. My first claim did not go as expected, as the technician assigned was hard to reach, got the wrong part, showed up four hours late and only because I had to call him two hours after his appointment time. After all that I reached out to my realtor who knew the local Choice Warranty Rep, and she got it resolved within a couple hours. I had a new technician calling me setting up an appointment and got my appliance fixed. After my most recent claim that got filed, that same technician was assigned to me again. I called the same Rep, and again, had someone else assigned within hours.

We have had our house (our first home) for a total of a WEEK now and noticed while doing dishes that our sink in the kitchen drained into our sink in the wetbar directly below the kitchen. It backed up as we were mounting our TV downstairs and we immediately sprang into action trying to undo the PTrap and put a bucket underneath, draino'ed all the sinks and tubs in the house and even tried to augur the lines! BUT to no avail. Thats when a friend reminded us that our contract came with CHW and the deductible was only 65 to have someone come look and fix it. Well, our guy came out less than 36 hours after our call and within 2 hours of him being there, all of our drains were snaked, he informed my hubby what he was doing and why and even fixed part of the Ptrap the previous owners had put on backwards! this could have cost us 100's already in the first week of being homeowners but instead it was SIXTY FIVE!! :D Highly reccommend CHW

I am so pleased with this service, words cannot even explain! So I will start with the 1st step of calling to report a claim....the customer service people are soooo friendly, courteous, professional , patient and KNOW the right questions to ask. 2nd step they are RAPID in their response to get me connected with a service. 3rd ALL of the technicians call me for an appointment before 24 hours. 4th upon arrival the technicians have ALL been truly professional and very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about this company and it is probably one of the top decisions I have ever made and has saved me hundreds of dollars. I have 2 houses that the company services and I highly recommend them. The level of service is exceptional and commendable!

I had a pretty bad blockage in my kitchen sink and I called Choice. It only took about 5 minutes for them to find a plumber for me. The plumber from OSP, Matt, came on time and fixed the blockage in about 10 minutes. He was very professional and we even joked with him. Choice always has a way to get problems taken care of in reasonable time. I have never had any issues with them. In fact when you call Choice they treat you as if you are their only customer and understand your problem. I have had another home warranty in the past but after finding Choice I have no intention of ever using another company.

My walking partner, Nord S, has on several occasions mentioned how helpful and good Choice Home Warranty has been. He and his wife travel quite a bit and on two occasions his water pipes have burst while they were away and did considerable damage to their house. He claims that Choice not only was helpful then but on several other occasions when his appliances and roof had problems. I am not great on getting warranties. My philosophy has been, if the product is good why get a warranty? But with his convincing, I enrolled in a Choice program today. Mr. Will F was exceedingly helpful and found a plan that was affordable and advantageous to me. I hope I will be recommending my friends to Choice just as my friend recommended it to me. I called today not knowing if I could afford any kind of package. I got a hold of a guy named Rob S. He was so awesome. I told him I wanted to get the plan that covered everything. I also asked if i could take the coverage off of the things I don't have? He said yes and told me the price and I really could afford it. So he asked a few questions and after about a half hour he came up with something i could afford. I tell you he was awesome. If you want to see about getting a plan I highly recommend this company. my experince with chw was positive from beginning to end. first my call was handled immediately and the technician was dispatched following full workday or within 48 hours. the technician i believe his name was Don i hope that is correct was very professional while he diagnosed and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. i was relieved because i thought it would have been a complicated and complex problem. the 2 times i have used my warranty both times it was handled professionally with very polite and competent technicians fixing the problems. i am sure i will keep this warranty active throughout my home ownership days. i am really impressed with chw and will let others know they should have it too.

I have use CHW 3 times this year (2019) and the level of services I have received has unbelievable and unheard of in the industry. The agents are EXTREMELY polite, patience and helpful. Unlike other home warranty service companies out there such as (AHS). CHW is the very BEST among the rest. CHW take what they do very seriously and take very good of their customers. I am extremely happy with CHW and plan on staying with CHW forever. After being with AHS in the past , am happy to say that CHW is a much more superior company and provide services second to none to their customers. WE LOVE YOU CHW!!

I recently used Choice Warranty because my pool pump stopped. Not a good thing in Arizona in the 110 degree heat. I reported the issue on a Sunday. An appointment was made for Tuesday. On Monday Take 10 pool services called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday between 11-3. Tuesday morning came and at 8am I received a text they were on their way. I called to tell them I won't be there. Not to worry, I left a check with a note and the work was done when I got back at 11. Steve the tech called me and explained everything. Julie at the Take 10 office was also very accommodating . I know this sounds like a testimonial for Take 10. But it's also to let people know that they have great contractors under them. So you don't have to feel like the work is going to be inferior because it's from the warranty company. I have used Choice for almost 6 years, and it has been a good move for me.

Once again, we have a problem and CHW comes through very quickly; yesterday as it got very hot, our main level AC stopped working; I called to file a claim and requested to have Premier HVAC come also this time since they did a great job on our upper level unit last year; the claims Rep said she will contact Premier to set up the service appointment; shortly, I received an email that an appointment was set up for Monday. Again, I was pleasantly surprised when Oscar with Premier HVAC called me after 1 hour and said he was on his way; shortly after, he arrived, diagnosed the problem and got the approval within minutes from CHW; thanks to CHW and Premier HVAC, our home is cool again!
