The solution to our leaking washer that does not drain was to let it leak for months and mop up the water until it stops as there is blockage in the system. This is unacceptable and we were told to get our own repair man to do the work and they would reimburse us. We can't find anyone who wants to work with this company because of their demands. It's been over 3 months and we are still without a working dishwasher. They did fix a leak in a timely fashion.

We had a good response time with our refrigerator problems but our plumbing issue took a few weeks to resolve. The plumber kept making appt to come out but never did. 3 qppts were set up and he never showed up or called. If I had canceled these appts I probably would have had to pay for a missed appointment. On the 4th scheduled appt ,the plumber did a how up and did a fine job. But it it took 2 weeks to get issue fixed. It was just a faucet repair.

I do not think it is fair that you can decide on your own not to pay for a repair (when it is in the policy to cover it) and not pay it ! Your company thought instead to pay me a measly $200 for a "new dishwasher" because your company did not want to pay for the repair. I am still without a dishwasher because $200 will not even cover half the price of a dishwasher!

They are supposed to replace what can't be repaired but they never allocate enough money to completely replace an item. Initial offer is insultingly low and always have to call and try to get a decent amount to replace an item. Alwaohave to add money to even get a low price range product.

Appliance replacement money offered is nowhere near true customer replacement cost. Installation of replacement appliance is supposedly not provided per contract, but nowhere does it explicitly state that other than for appliances removed because of water damage/leakage.

The website is a little difficult to get into to report something. I had our washers that broke down and they had to order parts and replaced it. I understand the delay and then contacting you I'd like to see that a little bit better, for the serviceman to get to home but it's what it is.

The customer support is not good. My refrigerator was broken and the parts were not available like that so it took a couple of months. When I tried to contact them some representatives told me it was still under warranty and sometimes the people are telling the warranty is expired. Overall I'm good with Choice home warranty. There was just the one time it was a really bad experience .

They do not communicate very well with each other or with the contractors. It was over a half a month before my issue with my AC was resolved. It was summer so that was a hardship. I was very upset. I am in the middle of my second claim right now. The repairs have been pretty spotless.

My washer had broken and they said that was outdated so they wouldn't be repair or replace it, they just gave me the value of a the part that needed at the the value of my washer, which was not what their warranty. I wasn't pleased with the service of my previous home warranty so I switched to Choice. The customer service is the best. They try their best and if they make a mistake, they try to correct it. I was pleased with it the several times I've used it. They made sure everything was met and the service was rendered. You do have to go through a lot of steps to get to a live person when you call.

No follow up. Every time I have put in a request I've have only one person show out of 4 requests for work, and that was the electrician. Once I got a call back from Choice telling me to find someone to work on my pool but they would have to pre approve them first, no one was willing to work like that, so no one ever came. 2nd time I called for same reason they tried to send me someone that had never worked on a liner leak and the lady told me outright a company in Shreveport did and she had told Choice that but they told her her company should try and fix it first. That's JACKED UP!!!

My claim on the KENMORE refrigerator was accepted. However, since the door panel could not be replaced, due to being an older model, CHW decided that $736 would be the amount to replace this refrigerator. This Refrigerator is Stainless Steel & Black, 68" x 36", Filtered Ice Maker & Water, Side by Side, Climate Control, just to name some of the features on my refrigerator. $736 would not come Close to Replacing my refrigerator !!!

There is lack of communication. The contractor was told that only labor was covered but not parts. I was not told that. I got a message saying that the repair was approved. It was not until i made another appointment that I got the information about the parts not being covered. We should get the same information that you are giving the contractors. I am your customer, not their customer.

There are a number of good things about Choice. However, it seems they rush to give a low price for "you to purchase the _____ of your choice that is comparable to your ______, the amount not being anywhere near the amount to replace your item rather than repairing your item. Technicians are often sent from 100 miles away when we have just as good or better techs within blocks of my residence that accept Choice.

I had to use an emergency service and followed all of the steps very carefully, calling the company to be sure I got all the information they needed. It is going on 6 weeks now, and all I have received is the difference between the service call I would have paid and the service call I did pay for emergency service. All my inquries about why I have not been reimbursed for the needed part have gone unanswered.

Best: You cover what you say you will with no argument Worst: Your customer service people just put down what they want not what the problem is. The last call I told the rep that the toilet needed to be reinsatalled after a leak was repaired. He sent a plumber out with the problem listed as won't flush.

Their price was right but there are many exclusions to what they cover so I am not sure I am going to renew with them. Read the fine print when you sign up. I’ve had nice and not nice interactions with customer service. They do respond to your calls but when my freezer stopped working, they sent a mechanic out here and the mechanic said they needed to do some service and the warranty paid for it but the mechanic did not fix my problem. When I called the warranty company about it, they said would not cover it anymore so I had to pay to replace my freezer. I totally got screwed that time.

For the most part the service has been very good from by the Choice personnel and their contactors. My garage door opener was not covered because it was a different type than the contractor.

We had an ice maker and the freezer had stopped working so we submitted a claim for that and it took awhile for the part to come in because of all the parts were taking a while now. The technician came finally and install the part and said to let him know if everything wasn't working properly and I found the next day that it was not working properly, it just wasn't working at all so I texted the the technician and all he said was that he was going to put an order in for another ice maker and we're still waiting here on that so I don't know what the problem is with this one. I did notice that he didn't clip two little cable ties that were holding the ice maker from moving around probably during shipping so I clipped those to come out and it still wasn't working so I guess we're going to get a new one out of it.

It's right for the price if you if you have some claims but I don't like hidden charges sometimes. There was a problem with my air conditioning and I ended up having some service fee was not included in price. My compressor died and it wasn't my fault but I ended up paying like a five hundred dollars from my pocket for the fixing. I used the warranty a couple times, the last time I used it for some leak in the in the plumbing and I called in Friday the technician came in Tuesday which is a kinda long time.

The technician that came seemed to know what he was doing. There were a couple of glitches. I had a leak in my refrigerator and a technician came to look at it and so far we've had to order a part, we're waiting for the part to come in.
