Some of the people that you talk to are hard to understand. Yeah my heater stopped working on Saturday and they came on Monday or Tuesday they ended up fixing it and it was up and ready to go. It's just a really good deal if you're a home owner.

They are cheaper than a lot of other ones. I have used it regularly and they sent somebody to help me out recently so I didn't wait for over a month to get my heater fixed. My only thing that they call too much. They are calling like 6 months before the warranty expires and that's very annoying because they keep calling.

They tried to over charge me if I had not caught it in time. Six months into my warranty my air conditioning went down and they needed to replace a part and they said it was not compatible, so they have to put both the unit they said that I would have to pay for the exterior unit and when the charge came in I had to pay twice for the external unit which it was very difficult to get credit from them.

This regards garbage disposal change out. Technician filter remove The Knockout plug which did not allow my dishwasher to drain. I called for dishwasher repair in the technician pointed that out to me to get my dishwasher working again. Still had to pay the $85 fee.

It's the best offer. I used to be unhappy with choice because they sent someone notorious for taking parts and then coming back with them later to reinstall it and I ended up buying a new dishwasher. I had the garbage disposal replaced by them and they did give me the money to replace the dishwasher.

The biggest Issue I have is a lot of times it takes awhile for them to find a technician, so anytime you are in an emergency situation you don't have any options. A lot of times you pay out of pocket even though you have a warranty those are not justified and I experienced that couple of times in the past. I think a lot of the technicians are very good and professional. Recently my heater water heater broke and they were able to respond to it very promptly and they were able to find the technician. I think they're all this very responsive and very timely.

Every time I called I got a customer service rep right away and the service is excellent. My ice maker was broken on my refrigerator came he to fix It and It was a good experience because it took half an hour. Everything's been great I've used it four times.

It’s a good monthly price and good technician service. There are a lot of hoops to jump through to get my quote accepted. It can be quite frustrating. There is a lot of communication it just is an irritating system. The firs time it was pretty easy, I just called and they sent someone out but now I called for the furnace and it took two weeks to get it repaired. It’s a good choice to not pay out of pocket but you have to have a lot of patience.

It’s an excellent service. The work is local and personable. They are very friendly and very informative. They are attentive and able to respond to inquiries. I would highly recommend them. Choice is very good for the price. I have several claims. It did take a couple of weeks to get the garage door operating. I live on an island in North Carolina so my biggest feedback is I haven’t gotten anyone who tried to work long range. It makes it hard to do a claim. It’s not the quality but the time limit.

Even though the refrigerator took a long time, it took about two months with a refrigerator because they were waiting on parts, it had to be totally replaced. They paid the amount for a new one. They sent someone out in a couple of days to fix my electrical problem.

The last time we we try to get our washing machine fixed they sent somebody out and the guy misdiagnosed the problem and he drug out the process, for months, we couldn't get an answer so finally we got Choice to send somebody else out and then we had a lot of trouble getting the thing adjusted because we've already paid the money for the other guy that didn't fix it but we finally got all straightened out but it's a lengthy process. Some technicians are very good and some just not. We're probably looking for another company right now some are little more dependable.

I submitted a claim that was accepted and scheduled for a week later with a 4 hour window. The day and time came and went with no communication at all and was not able to reach anyone at the tech nations number. When I asked to reschedule with someone who had a narrower window and that would schedule on a day I was available I was sent a technician with a 8 hour window and no one I was able to talk to so I cancelled and am living with the problem
