Choice Home Warranty is good quality. They have great customer service and are quick to assign you to someone to talk with. They have very prompt service. My AC was not working, so I had to call them. The vendor came to check it all, so they were able to fix the issue. Their response to your requests are quick and good. My only concern is not everything is covered by Choice Home Warranty, otherwise I'd had to pay more. They are definitely a trustworthy company.

When I was researching home warranties, this company was rated number 1 on the internet. I haven't had too much experience with them, but I haven't received my packet yet that I should have gotten by now. Customer support was very nice when I talked to them, and they were very on the spot with answering your questions. They took all my different concerns and were proactive about them, which was nice.

Less than pleased Rick Port St Lucie, FL'

We failed to read the fine print. Our A/C system is under manuafacture warranty but it just covers parts. With the Choice Home Warranty rule that they don't cover the A/C if its under factory warranty we have paid more than $1000 for repairs not covered under the factory warranty nor Choice. Gee why did we get choice. Also we have a built in microwave that the repairmen have said needs to be replaced. Choice keeps sending a circuit panel which only works for a few days. This will be the third time we report it. They did fix the circuit breaker problem only after wasting two days to verify it wasn't the hot water heater when we told them what was wrong.

I chose them because of their price and coverage. I've had a couple of appliances go bad and they responded immediately and fixed it. We're very happy about that. One time we had a stove fail, we called them and within 48 hours we had somebody there fixing it.

The first couple of free times we used the service were good. I had my garbage disposal and my refrigerator repaired pretty quickly. The only thing is that they have trouble finding someone in the area to send our way, there's not a lot of service people around here. The most difficult thing was trying to get someone to work on my stove.

They are reasonably good. I had an experience recently when my microwave quit working. Initially they didn't want to service it because they considered it a countertop unit, even though it was a built in microwave unit. Eventually they agreed to fixing it and it got resolved. In the end that was a good experience.

So far it has been mixed. Most of the time it has been good, only one time it took very long for them to find somebody to provide me service. My drain was clogged in one of the bathrooms, so I called them. They were trying to send somebody but couldn't find any one. It took a week or more to get that fixed. You know, there are some things that are not covered that I didn't know because I did not read the whole contract. I've questioned why did they not cover those things, but I don't know if it is the same for other insurances.

They seem fairly good. They answer quickly when I call them. Last time I used it, it was for the bathroom, it had leaked under the sink. Landmark just dispatched the plumber out, he changed out the part that was leaking, and all was well. It gives me good value.

Choice quickly sets up a repair service call but the service companies don't always repair the problems quickly. It seems they put you down in the cue. This service took five days for the service company to complete but the result was fine.

Just a few weeks ago, my AC went out, and they said it wasn't going to be covered because the unit had rust outside. I told them to cancel the service because it's expected to see rust on the outside of an A/C unit. They were able to work with me and get the unit replaced at a discounted cost, rather than just saying it wasn't covered. Everything was quite negative, but I think that at the end of the day, they did a good job working it out with me.

I chose them because they had a better rate and short response time. They couldn't find a technician the last time I had to use them, so I relied on them to refund the receipt because I had to find my own contractor. I didn't receive it, so I decided to cancel, but when I told their representatives that I wanted to cancel the service, they hung up on me! I referred a couple of my clients to Choice Home Warranty, but they ended up not getting it because their sales people are too aggressive, so this hasn't been the best experience so far.

Dealing with their representatives has been good and bad. I was having some trouble with my dishwasher right after I purchased the policy, and they didn't want to come out because it was too soon. They finally decided to honor the policy and came out and fixed it. They actually did a good job, but the next time I called to have my refrigerator fixed. That's when I was informed they don't take care of refrigerator plumbing, so I had to go out and buy a new one. I'm afraid of calling them now because they'll probably find an excuse for not coming. Besides that, the price was good; that's actually the reason I chose them.

Choice Home Warranty has always been fairly good with getting someone out there the next day, or at the most, a couple of days. they're pretty good, but they're not so good on telling you what's covered and what's not. I've had to call them back to see why they don't get back to me, only to find out that certain part or service isn't covered. That's not a good business practice, because they had me follow up on them, and not the other way around. Besides that, their customer support has been good, they just need to work on not putting you on hold as much.

We've used the warranty for different situations, and they contacted somebody that came out immediately. Everything has been fit to my liking, and it's all been very good. I was very upset one time though. A technician was supposed to repair my faucet, but he just came over, looked at it without even touching it, and left without doing anything. Their customer support is wonderful, but it just takes them a long time to answer. I currently have an ongoing claim for a washing machine that I placed over a month ago, and it took them 2 and a half weeks to come out and diagnose the problem. and it took them another week and a half to order the parts. I even went to California and came back, and the problem is still there. It's going to take them another week to make an appointment, and we'll have to go through the process again. We've lived without my washing machine for almost 2 months now. I had the same problem at another home in a different city.

The reason I chose them was because they had a good price, and so far, I've had 3 or 4 claims that were very good. They handled them right up front. I'm only upset about my refrigerator they don't want to cover. Apparently, they don't cover seals on a refrigerator, and I don't see that anywhere in my paper work, but that's what they claim. I already called 3 times to get a hold of a supervisor, and she's never available. The service is satisfactory, but not great.

Last time I needed them, they called me back within 24 hours to set up an appointment. The local contractor came over, fixed the problem, and charged me the usual $45 fee and the rest was free. They did a good work. Overall, it's been a very good service. they've always responded in a timely manner; I'm happy to recommend them!

They've been really good. The appliances that were in the house were old and we've had several service calls, and they've always taken care of it. We've had good repair people to come over as well. Their customer support has been good, however, the only problem I've had is the quality of the service the technicians provide. The initially sent out a person to fix my double oven, but he couldn't fix it. They sent somebody else, and that other person said he needed somebody to help him fix it, but the warranty only covered one person, so I had to pay an additional $150 for that. Plus, it took about 3 months for the repair to be completed, so I wasn't happy about that. Besides that, they were pretty competitive in terms of the price for their services.

I chose them because I just felt like it would be something that I needed. I've always been satisfied; it has always been taken care of every time that I've ever needed them, however, it did take a few days for my service man to get back with me once they came out here. They took about 3 or 4 days before I actually got an answer as to whether or not they were going to repair my items. It was the second time that my washing machine had gone out and they didn't want to repair it because they felt like they had once repaired it before, and it was too costly for the company to repair it.

I chose to go with them after a friend told me about it. Customer support is good; they send people out to check on stuff and everything, but I don't think they live up to what they say. They say that if something goes wrong that they'll replace it but that hasn't happened. I needed to use my warranty for my stove top and they couldn't do it. It was an older stove top and they couldn't find the serial number or anything on it, so they said that they would have to replace it. But, they didn't replace it; they just sent me some money to try to cover it. A new stove top costs around $800, and all they sent me was about $230. That's not what they say in the warranty; they say we'll replace it if they can't find it or fix it; and that wasn't replacing to me.
