I've had a couple of claims that I haven't been really satisfied with because they didn't cover things I thought they should have. When my air conditioning was out, they could not find the replacement part and they did not want to give me the replacement value which I thought my contact said it would. It turned out after four months when I got the part and I went round and round many conversations. They are prompt in getting someone in touch.

They really helped me out. My AC wasn't working and the only thing I had to pay was the service fee they covered the rest. The technician was very professional and explained to me the situation and why it happened. I tried to use them for a leak but they said they didn't cover that.

Our air went out. It seems like they don't want a technician to come out on the weekend. So we didn't have air the whole weekend. Another time my plumbing was bad and they said I had to wait until Monday. That's the only problem I have with them. Other then that they are pretty great. They send people out who know what they are doing.

I've had several calls and 2 of the people the sent did not provide acceptable service, but the majority have been professional, efficient and productive. Most of the services rendered were excellent. It seems like what choice does is try not to pay but I've had some pretty good service people that were able to convince them it was under warranty.

The service providers that come through Choice are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The timeliness of getting appointments is a bit less than desirable, especially when it came to HVAC and plumbing issues - it took a week for both. No air conditioning in 90 degree temperatures was not a good situation.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. They offered a gift certificate for a delayed replacement, which took far too long. Additionally, my hot water heater was leaking, and my washer broke. They promised a gift certificate for the washer but failed to communicate the lengthy wait time. Overall, I’m disappointed with the lack of timely support.

They have put in two claims and so far there have been no issues. The only negative is the pay out was kind of low to replace the dishwasher. It is usually pretty quick, though t was hard to get a hold of the claims person with the dishwasher.

It covers everything that's necessary to run a household and the service fee is reasonable. The process was ok but the fact that there are no individuals to speak to regarding claims is frustrating. I used them for the first time in almost 3 years. The process was smooth but I had some questions unanswered because there was no one to speak too.
