So far, their customer support has been pretty good, and I haven't really had any problems with anything. I would only say that they don't have a very large number of contractors to choose from, and I've had some trouble getting into their schedule. Besides that, the people that have come over have done a very good job. Their service is just fine.

They sent me a text after I called them, and unfortunately, they were not able to repair it. The cost to repair it would've been more than to buy a new one, so they just gave me the money to replace it. Their support representatives always get a hold of us to try to solve any problems we may have. I just think it's an excellent service.

It's been such a frustrating experience. Our dishwasher was broken for 3 months, and they had to send over a technician 8 different times, but couldn't fix it. Finally, the 2nd technician they sent refused to pay for the part that was broken, debating that they had invested too much in the dishwasher. We had to go around and around, negotiate, debate and argue with them to approve the part, which fixed the dishwasher immediately. Their customer service representatives can be very abrupt, and non-understanding at times. Also, they're not very technical, so you end up having to explain to them in laying in terms what needs to be fixed, in order to get it approved.

Their customer support is usually pretty good, but the issue is that they said they cover the hot water heater. Well, my hot water heater went out, and the covered everything except the tank, and well, the tank is what went out. Besides that' they've replaced my A/C, and given me a small portion to cover buy a new refrigerator, considering mine was too old to repair.

I’m extremely disappointed! Up until now I really did not have any complaints about the company however with this last incident that has changed. Three times I have contacted Choice about the same issue regarding Central AC within a month-month 1/2 and clearly something is “off” I’m guessing only approving bandages for repair which brings me to time 3. They contracted the worse possible company Sears Home Repair. This company by far has no consideration for its consumers. Painting the picture: 105 heat index, confirmation texts and emails including the day of appointment, time between 8AM- 12PM. Sears no showed the appointment (different review). CHOICE was of no help with concern as the 12PM deadline approached and only kept saying to contact the company (Sears) and call them (Choice) back in no one shows in 2 hours. Needless to say was not able to get in touch with said repair company and after waiting 40 minutes and 2 1/2 hours later confirmed that a whole day was wasted. After reaching back out to choice the best I got was an okay we’ll reassign the claim. This AC issue should have been fixed the 1st time and definitely by the second.

Selecting CHOICE Home Warranty was the best decision I've made when buying my house 2 years ago. I filed my first claim last week. Within a few days I received ab email confirming the date and time a technician was coming. The young man from LIVE Electronics arrived when scheduled. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He did not find anything major wrong, but suggested I replace the gasket, which he has ordered. He also told me if it leaks again , to try and determine whether it's leaking from the sides or bottom.

It took a bit to get to the resolution department with each call however once in that department the staff was very pleasant and helpful to satisfy my needs. I highly rate and thank the 3 Resolution Specialist that assisted me.. The only complaint is that the Customer Service staff is very hard to understand and over talks when I was trying to explain my situation.

Our recent claim was a leak in our kitchen sink and Luis from 1st Response Plumbing & Flood Damage came and diagnosed, ordered the parts and fixed our sink. We are very pleased with his work. The tech was prompt, courteous, respectful, and polite. The tech walked in, I told him what the problem was, and he entered the room where the dryer was and performed his observation. He took about 20 minutes, and he explained the problem. He said he had to make a phone call for approval. He explained which part he needs to finish the job. After another 20 minutes, he came back in with the part and proceed to complete the job. Within another 20 to 30 minutes the job was done.

I liked when Mr Henry O, came to my home that he was on time and ready to go to work. Henry requested information about the issue that I was facing. I gave him all of the information that he had requested to possibly get the job done. Henry was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He ordered the part, came back to home on February 5, 2024; completed the job and told me that there would not be a charge , because of me being a home Choice Warranty. Mr O made my day. Quick response, great group of businesses they partner with for repairs. We had Drum with NIB Doors come out, and he was very personable and experienced. He replaced the spring on our garage door quickly and he checked other features of our door to make sure everything else was working properly. We don't have a way to make our garage light stay on so my husband stood in front of the sensor while Drum worked, and Drum talked him through all of the steps. We appreciate him educating us while he was here.

Easy to make a claim and quick response to set up technician visit. Technician was prompt and curteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also determined that the faulty compressor on the LG refrigerator is covered by the manufacturers warranty. He ordered the parts before he left my house and scheduled an installation appointment. Thanks for the service. I have heard so many horror stories about home warranties but this experience has changed my mind. Thanks again
