When I call them they always answer me or get back to me promptly. I just had to call last week because my AC went out and it was a blown motor in my AC unit and the guys coming out this afternoon to fix it.

They are easy to get in touch with and easy to deal with. I've never been disappointed with them. I had a noise coming from my dryer. Choice had repair people there a day and a half later and it was fixed in 15 minutes.

The last time I used them was for an electrical issue. I got a call within 4 or 5 hours from an electrical company and we set up a time and it worked out perfectly. I've never had a problem with them taking care of my needs.

It would be better or more convenient if the technicians that they had get requests done within the twenty four hour frame and not make the customer wait. Choice answers quick and give me the claim number and everything and the technician approved it but getting the technician was hard.

Called to request an appointment to have air conditioner checked. Given an appointment by choice warranty but when we contacted the company we were told they knew nothing about it. Said they would come out in a week from 9 am to 6 pm. We waited all day and no one showed up. Called them the next day and was told they just received request and would be out in 1 week. We are in our 80s and just happy that our AC is still running. Very disappointed in this service.

Quick, easy, and personable. We had a plumbing problem and we also had some problems with our AC and they were able to at least diagnose a problem tell us what needed to be done and helped us get a handle on it.

Since I've only used it one time, it is expensive, but that's all I've ever needed. I've had coverage for three years. They are quick to respond and get me someone over to help. Their customer service is very fast and clear.

I have had 2 claims on my AC unit this year. I learned from the first techs that came all that is ever going to be done is to piece and part it to fix. As long as you can get a part that is all they are going to do. Won't replace the unit or appliance unless you can't get a part. My AC went down on a weekend in July. I did online claim and it was going to be 3 days before they could get someone there. I called a tech I knew to come and look at it. Per CHW I was told anyone could fix and the repair was approved by their authorization dept. It took multiple phone calls of being bounced back and forth between the authorization dept and customer service I finally get something in writing that showed the repair was approved. What they neglected to tell me was that they would only reimburse so much at their rate. So i was out over 600.00 for the repair that I had to pay. You have to go with the company they send to only pay the co pay. I don't like not having a choice in who is doing the work. I was considering renewing this when it was up for renewal but for what it costs you per year, I don't think it's worth it. I will not be renewing.

Lately, I've had multiple claims for them and they've denied ever singly claim. Then it has to go to a supervisor for review and then after the supervisor refused it, they usually do a pay out but it's a pain that every single claim gets denied, even for things that are routinely covered. I'm not sure why they are in the practice of doing this, but it's super annoying. There's been multiple times when they can't use your own contractor and it's a nightmare to make your contractor call in and then make your contractor wait on hold for five minutes before they pick up. They don't want to pay for the labor of the guys that come over quick.

The customer service was friendly and informative. I had a plumbing problem and they sent out a plumber and he wasn't doing what he was supposed to be doing. He didn't complete the job and I had to call someone else and they completed the job. I had to pay that extra money.

When I signed up, the copayment which was agreed upon was not reflected in the contract paper work which came through, because the sales rep didn't go though all of it. When I contacted their customer service, they corrected it. The pricing was right for what we were looking for.

I have two houses covered by them and I have had really good experiences expcept the last time I put in a claim, they couldn't find anybody so they gave me the option to find my own technician. I made an appointment and I tried to get them to contact Choice to reimburse me, but they cancelled the appointment. I ended up paying out of pocket. So far customer service has been knowledgeable and easy to contact. Also they are friendly and helpful.

The last time I needed to use the warranty, a couple of weeks ago for the HVAC unit, they got a professional out here. This is the third time in the last two years I’ve needed them for the furnace and they are excellent. They came out the same day because they were worried about me being too cold. They always send out good people.

I am extremely disappointed in Choice Your ads say "Repair or Replace". Last year I was denied a claim even after the person was advised by a master plumber my explanation was correct. My recent experience has educated me to the fact that my microwave is valued on what you can buy it for not what I can buy it for. I must copay $100.00 to replace it I was advised that you are not an insurance company but some of your banners on the internet include the word insurance.. I also, must wait four to six weeks for the eCard for Lowes to replace my microwave.

Our refrigerator went out. A technician came out and said a part would have to be ordered to fix the refrigerator. We waited 2 weeks with food in coolers on ice. The part came and another technician said this WOULD NOT FIX THE REFRIGERATOR. We had to purchase another refrigerator and CHOICE ONLY PAID @ $700 'TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF A NEW REFRIGERATOR" which, as you know is much more expensive. When we had FIDELITY HOME WARRENTY AND OUR MICROWAVE WENT OUT, IT WAS ONE UNIT WITH THE OVEN AND THE MICROWAVE AS ONE UNIT. FIDELITY REPLACED THE ENTIRE UNIT AT NO COST. THIS MICROWAVE AND OVEN UNIT COST $3,300! Needless to say we will not renew with CHOICE WARRENTY when it is time. We signed a 3 year contract with CHOICE. We will not renew when our contract is up.
