You send the technician 11 days after I reported the claim. There was no communication three days after I reported the claim. I had to get another company come to fix the problem. They performed maintenance and my system was working fine. I got an email the morning the technician was coming. He looked at the system and said everything was fine. I get an email from CHS stating that my claim was denied.
