They did not cover my air conditioner, which was very misleading and there was nothing in the contract that says that part shouldn't have been covered so I was out of pocket a lot of money that Choice should have covered. For the most part, they cover small items, but there's big ticket items that they don't seem to cover and they don't tell you that.

Had a warranty claim on the AC. It was gonna be almost five days for them to come out. Ended up being a company that they dispatched came out two days early and fixed it. Very economical.

I put an online request in for service probably around 11AM and I had an appointment scheduled by 2pm. Somebody was here at 4PM. It was really quick. It did take 10 days to get new parts to my microwave

I needed to use my warranty and this was on a Tuesday. I called it in and they told me somebody would be out late Thursday, but actually the person contacted me because he was in the neighborhood and we actually got it done the next morning. Everything happened in a timely manner.

My sump pump failed and I called them and they came within a day and replaced it there. They did a good job and even took the extra effort to make sure it fit and worked. It was responsive to my needs.

I would say make sure you read all the fine print because I was not aware that you guys, all the service calls get taken out of some total. So I wanted to cancel my warranty and I couldn't because they told me that because of the service calls I've had, I would actually owe them money or something, which is totally twisted. Once claim was for a dishwasher and we found out that the garbage disposal was wrong too so I called you guys and wanted to ad it to the dishwasher claim and the company that I was referred to did not answer any of my calls, texts, or emails for four or five days. Then they said they were going to set up an appointment and they didn't call and it was just mass confusion. I ended up paying out of pocket just to get it done.

They have the lower copay. There was a time I had to use my warranty to have my sink repaired. It was leaking and they sent out a person to do that work and the person had to go back out and get authorization or confirmation that it was okay to do the work. For some reason, the plumber said he wasn't going to be approved but Choice approved it.

The last time we needed it our oven had stopped heating and they quickly set up an appointment and the guy who came to fix it was great. He was very courteous and he knew what he was doing and he had the heater element on his truck so it was fixed very first visit.

Needed to use the warranty for a small leak between my dishwasher is saying the plumber came out diagnosed the issue service see and then never came back to actually fix it I let the home warranty know via an email and then I hired another repairman to fix it but I've never attempted to what's that thank you for get my money back from the warranty for the the service that I had to pay for they were they never responded to my email.

I had to fight with them. We had a power outage in my thermostat that was controlling our air conditioning and it was a very good service that Aemrcian Standard had. And they were giving me a hassle about replacing it with the same equipment. They were giving me a basic one tat I could have bought at Home Depot for thirty bucks. So after some back and forth, they relented and input one that was equivalent to it, but I didn't appreciate the hassle.

I had an issue with my microwave and we had a company come out and look at it and this was the problem. It was a couple weeks until I could get the actual part so that was kind of aggravating. But recently I called and had a company come out for my dryer and he was able to get the part and fix it and do that all within a couple days so that was no problem.

I have had a good experience. I have three different prpoperties that they cover, one in Massachusetts, one in Maryland, one in Georgia, and sometimes the one in Georgia has kind of been a little wonky as far as getting someone out there.

I don't think anybody can beat what you guys do. I mean forty five dollars for a service call is phenomenal. I picked you because of the all the appliance that are covered. Right now I'm in the process of having my stove replaced. I didn't realize you charged for a replacement and I wish that was more obvious upfront.

I got a pretty quick response when I needed some repair work done. We had some of our stove top burners weren't working and we made an appointment. The guy came in, solved problem, ordered the parts, came back, and fixted it. Everything's working fine. It was easy and the person they sent out was very competent.
