Our washing machine broke and they sent out three different technicians to fix it. They sent someone to diagnose the problem, the second person came and diagnosed a different problem, and the third person tried to fix it and didn't. Here we are five months later and it's still not fixed. Their customer service is terrible, and I don't have the words to accurately explain how awful they are.

We've had lots of trouble getting help from people in customer service. It was near impossible to get a clear idea of what was going on from a customer service representative and got different answers from different people. Our heater went out and they gave me an incredible run around. They said what we would pay and what they would pay, but I ended up paying an extra $500 out of pocket because the people installing the heater said they had certain costs that went over the allowable amount 2-10 would cover. I will never renew with this company again because of that.

They have been handling our situation for seven months and our air conditioning unit is still not fixed or replaced. I've filed my claim, called every other month, and it's still not fully resolved even though I've paid them $100 to have someone come out and figure out the problem.

I had a leaky dishwasher and I had to wait a week for a repairman to come and when he did he said they should have sent a plumber instead and he said they would contact me but they never did. They did respond after my second or third call but their response were not particularly helpful. It took several days to get told they were not going to cover it.

Some contractors are not adequate. Sometimes they show up and take the seventy five dollars and that is the last you hear from them. They are inconsistent on what they say they’ll cover from customer service rep to customer service rep.

My air conditioner broke in march. I called the guy to come out. It cost me a hundred dollars and three months later it is not working again. A different guy from a different company comes out and they charge me another hundred dollars and told me it would take at least three months to get the parts. They told me they would refund me the hundred dollars but I never got it. It also took four times to get my stove repaired.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This company is not designed to help you. It’s designed to take your money. I filed two claims based on the same issue and they aren’t reimbursing me a dime for the $10,000 we had to pay for repairs. They said the claim i called in was for a leaking pipe not for my HVAC when the leaking pipe was coming from my HVAC. You also have to pay like $100 for a $300 pay out and spent so much time setting up the claim and submitting forms. Not to mention their list if people that are pre-approved to do work are terrible. The companies they work with have terrible reviews and terrible customer service. I’m not sure how this company has any good reviews. My speculation is they send links to the ones that did get a pay out because it was extremely difficult for me to find a way to review online. I’m giving them two stars because the basic customer service people have been nice. However the managers are the ones that have to approve things if there is an issue and they didn’t let me talk with the one denying my claim even though i’m always very polite just straight forward. Shelley in specific is the manager that denied my claim and would not talk to me per my customer service rep. Terrible waste of money and terrible experience over all. We literally lost money by buying this.

Advanced Plumbing thru our 2-10 Homeowners warranty did very well. 2-10 were quick to assign a plumber to do the job. Then great customer service from the plumbers. Kathy (scheduler/phone contact) and Rafael (plumber) were outstanding in how they did their jobs. Definitely great 👍 experience. Thank you all.

Thank goodness for 2-10. My home is now 25 years old and things start coming undone. With 2-10, I just have to file a covered claim online to have a vetted professional come to fix whatever is broken. From A/C to garbage disposal, it is taken care of. No scammers involved. Very easy to file a claim on their website, and response to claim is fast. The technicians are very knowledgable and polite. They explain the problems resolved very clearly and provide advice on avoiding potential future failures.

2-10 was a tremendous asset to my wife and I. Would you believe our policy would have expired the day before our AC quit working ? Well it did! Thankfully we renewed it the day prior! We reported it and was scheduled for repair in a short time! All very smoothly!

I personally recommend signing up with 2-10 home warranty and highly recommend getting the supreme coverage to ensure that you the most coverage for your homes appliances. I can honestly say that having 2-10 as our Home warranty service is worth every penny.

Love everything about 2-10. Had them for 5 yrs and not one time have I experience anything bad about putting in a claim and or getting service completed. Very easy to work with and 100% satisfied. Until something differently happened, I am not looking to change for another.

I absolutely love the fact that they sent out Woodard Mechanical Solutions to repair our air conditioner because Calvin, the owner himself came out to fix the problem. Kind, knowledgeable, efficient, effective, I could go on with the adjectives... fast service too. I would highly recommend his company.
