The warranty is a scam. It wouldn't replace a broken appliance because the unit was deemed repairable, despite the parts not existing to repair it. I've already warned my real estate agent's office and they promised to share the story with potential clients looking for warranties.

Got it from the previous owners. I never can get a hold of them. The solution they gave us was ridiculous. They chose to only repair half of the system when my heat pump died. They bought an old one for the other half. It doesn’t work within the system. I am not happy.

The communication is horrible. I used the warranty recently. I received the files and the files were wrong. I don't argue with them because I get cut off every time. That communication system is horrible. They do not want to listen to the customer. I would not advise anybody to use their warranty.

It came with the purchase of the house. It took about six months to finally replace the dishwasher after multiple attempts to try to fix it. We were without it for those six months. We’ve called them twice and both times they have set multiple contactors to get the issues addressed finally. I am not going to renew.

I put in a claim on 2/2/2021, my microwave STILL not fixed. I've spent too many hours on the photo with 2-10 trying to get it straight. Even when I did get quick responses with my washer fix, the fix worked for 2 weeks then I gave up and bought a brand new one. I would rather buy a brand new appliance than have to work with 2-10.
