I had an issue with some plumbing so I contacted the warranty company. They sent a plumber out, the plumber told the warranty folks my problem was pre-existing when it wasn't and I got no support from the warranty company to fix that and so I paid a $100 for no reason.

I had 2 contractors assigned to me I cancelled that plumber because he never called me for an appointment, so I called 2-10 home warranty to let them know. So I got another plumber assigned and nobody called me back either but before it took a day or two never pass that. So I will be cancelling this warranty soon anyway

2-10 was unable to get a contractor to my house when the AC failed. I was asked to wait 2 weeks for service. My house was 90 degrees inside. I was told to go to another contractor outside of the system and now I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my claim to be processed. I am out $3400! What a waste of money this Warrenty is.

Extremely slow response times. One example was waiting 3 weeks for AC repair in the middle of July. Temps over 100 degrees. Ridiculous waits for customer service. I had to place so many phone calls for every repair because using the portal never seems to work, and I would wait 30-90+ minutes to speak to someone.

I don't even trust them. I'm going to cancel at the end of my contract. The subcontraactor they sent here was mean. We could not even talk to him or ask a question. It took over 2 weeks to repair my washing machine every time I called it was something different about why it took so long but I pay them faithfully every month for years.

As a Realtor I am so disappointed. My AC is only cooling to 79 degrees. The HVAC guy said the compressor is going out but there's nothing he can do because it's working within 2-10 standards! It's so hot. I am miserable!!! Will never refer 2-10 to my clients!

My customer service experience with 2-10 was absolutely terrible. I went without heat for months in my home because they dropped the ball. Impossibly long hold times and representatives will not let you speak with management. Highly unprofessional. Will not be renewing my home warranty again.
