The online portal is completely inefficient. You can't do anything with it besides initiate a claim. To get more information or request anything else, you must call and the wait times are way too long. Additionally, contractors have informed me that 2-10 low-balls them and doesn't pay them what they need to get the job done. That being said, I've had one successful claim (but it took wayyyy too long due to 2-10 insisting on supplying the part and then taking weeks before admitting they couldn't get it and letting the contractor do it). My second claim is in progress, but has had no updates or information provided.

Overall the company is great, but it seems like when I started putting claims in a little frequently then all of a sudden the company started telling me that the problem is OUT OF NETWORK and that I have to find my own maintenance crew and most crews don't do estimates, they fix things on the spot then send you a bill. I've been waiting now for three months to get someone to fix my bathroom sink drain stoppers in both bathrooms, but haven't been able to get anyone to come get the job done yet through 2-10 Warranty. Seems to me that it should be simple fix, but since I've had HVAC work done and doorbell electrical work done, I guess I'm asking them too much whenever I need other things done whenever the time arrives. I'm in the state of North Carolina but 2-10 Warranty doesn't have anyone in NETWORK to fix my sinks, in this big state is mind blowing to me. They're just leaving it up to the customer to figure something out, but 2-10 Warranty will be more than glad to get that $700 plus dollars from you yearly to purchase they're Home Warranty Plan. I have to go Neutral right now and give 2-10 Warranty a 3 for a rating, because they did help repair some things, but not being able to have some type of plumber to repair bathroom sinks is mind blowing. Customer Service is pretty good though. They'll talk nice to you over the phone, but that's about all.

The plumber fixed both hot and cold side of facet just to insure the job was done and we wouldn't have to call again. He was in and out within an hour!.v Very pleased with 2-10 and plumbing company!

We have had 2-10 home warranty since we purchased our home in 2010. I wouldn’t give it up we have had our Sub-Zero refrigerator rebuilt and the ice machine fixed. A thermador oven/stove replaced and our dishwasher rebuilt. We also have had a sump pump replaced and a roof repaired! Love knowing that we have the security and piece of mind that we can call 2-10 and they arrange for a competent repair man to come to our home!

the service at 2 10 was very good, timely courteous and handled situation promptly I called explained what the problem was they contacted a repair person and let me know within an hour. Time was set for repair person to come he was on time. unfortunately he needed a part. He left and never returned it has been a month and I have called the repair company about 5 times without satisfaction. 2 10 should have a better follow up plan

Put in a request for septic service sent out a plumber who didn't even know I had a septic system. He had to call his boss to try and figure out what my issue was. Over the phone he decides it's the leach field. Of course I know need a septic person to come out and actually determine my issue. 2 10 say of you can submit to use if they have a different diagnosis. Hello if you had sent what I asked for I would have to pay yet another person to come out and investigate what is wrong. Waste of money!!!

They do NOT answer their customer service line! Ive called over 10 times trying to reach someone over the past couple of weeks and sat on the line for over 3 hours with NO one ever answering! They give a call back option but it just does a voicemail drop! I cannot even use the warranty that I paid for. NOT HAPPY.

RUN NOW CANCEL THIS COMPANY! We have been with this company for 3 years. We had an issue with our refrigerator. They have continuously send 3 contractors out to say this same thing 3 times. We haven’t had a refrigerator for a month. We try calling. We tried speaking to a managers. No one have help us. Horrible company.

2-10 has been the worst experience!!! I contacted them on numerous occasions to have my fridge repaired. It has taken them well around 3 weeks to meet this request and I have come out of pocket almost $200 for a service fee when they told me it would be waived. By far the worst customer service ever and you would be better off with another establishment. On top of that my fridge is still not fixed..

Tried to call in to cancel my warranty. Was on hold for about 10 mins and then forced to leave a voicemail. Seemed strange that they would have a specific department for cancelations, that can only be done via phone, that no one is working. Called back in to get sales/renewals. Picked up on the first ring........That should tell you a lot about the priorities of this company. Oh the department that is customer service and sales, both state they can't help with a cancellation. So that's cool. Company does not care about helping you, they just want to make a quick buck.
