We have had 2 techs out that can not repair the appliance. Last one said parts were unavailable and that the company didn't make them and there were no replacements. They are sending a THIRD tech out and wasting their time and ours rather than replacing the unit.

Extremely slow response times. One example was waiting 3 weeks for AC repair in the middle of July. Temps over 100 degrees. Ridiculous waits for customer service. I had to place so many phone calls for every repair because using the portal never seems to work, and I would wait 30-90+ minutes to speak to someone.

No one helped with a problems that took 3 months to get a repair person to finally tell me he couldn't fix my washer. Then I only got $120 for it. Then you auto renewed and no on told me that was going to happen. I think that is very immoral and should be illegal.

I don't even trust them. I'm going to cancel at the end of my contract. The subcontraactor they sent here was mean. We could not even talk to him or ask a question. Also they scheduled me so far out when it was an easy fix. I refuse to call customer support because it just takes too long to get them.

It's been nothing but a headache every time I've had to get a hold of somebody. My HVAC system overheated and shut off and then they told me that's a pre-existing condition, sorry can't help you. Then I had to pay thirteen thousand dollars out of my own pocket to get it repaired. I can't wait till the years up and I don't hear from them anymore.

My refrigerator was never repaired properly. 2-10 based their answer of not repairing it on an old review from years ago. I had explained why the prior repair company defaulted on it bcuz they sent a kid (maybe 18-19) here and he decides to bring his girlfriend to work. Nevertheless, it was never done.

I've had two claims, both of them on my A/C unit. Both people came out at a reasonable time. They explained what was wrong, they explained what they did, and they were very professional. The website is very easy to use to submit your claim. They are very responsive to they usually respond to you within six hours. And then the setup for service is usually a very fast turnaround, less than 48 hours.

Every time we've had an issue, they've been very responsive, very professional, and we've had no issues. It's never a hesitation, they've always just been accommodating in trying to resolve our issues. Recently our A/C stopped working on the second level and I'm asthmatic so we needed it fixed in a hurry. They sent someone out, we putting the work order online. Within a couple of days someone was out there to fix the the A/C but then again within a couple of hours it, we found out it was actually a different issue, that it needed to actually be replaced and so they contacted the contractors, worked out everything, ordered the part and had it resolved. I have been pleased with them since 2018 when we bought our home and we haven't had any issues and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
