They were fine once they called us back, but it took a little while for a callback. We had a plumber come to fix a faucet and it started leaking again soon after. And while he was here we asked him to look at something else and he refused because he said he didn't cover that.

We had a dishwasher leak and they did not repair or honor the repairs. We ended up purchasing a new dishwasher. I would say the outcome was not to my liking in my dealings with them, but they were very nice and cordial.

It has been over a month since my issue presented. A workorder was placed, and the servicer could not fix it thus issuing an addendum to have someone else come and fix it. No one has been sent. I have tried to call several times and been on hold for over 2 hours. I continue to pay and my dishwasher is still unusable.

I had an issue with some plumbing so I contacted the warranty company. They sent a plumber out, the plumber told the warranty folks my problem was pre-existing when it wasn't and I got no support from the warranty company to fix that and so I paid a $100 for no reason.

I had 2 contractors assigned to me I cancelled that plumber because he never called me for an appointment, so I called 2-10 home warranty to let them know. So I got another plumber assigned and nobody called me back either but before it took a day or two never pass that. So I will be cancelling this warranty soon anyway

2-10 HBW is a Scam. Nothing more to be said. 2-10 couldn't care less about its customers. Agents treat us horribly and technicians are absoutely rude. The first year was pretty great except for extremely long wait times, so I renewed my contract for a higher price and was told I was getting the exact same contract. It turned out I did not get the same contract and I got many down grades without being told and being charged a higher price

2-10 was unable to get a contractor to my house when the AC failed. I was asked to wait 2 weeks for service. My house was 90 degrees inside. I was told to go to another contractor outside of the system and now I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my claim to be processed. I am out $3400! What a waste of money this Warrenty is.
