2-10 sucks so bad I put in a claim only to get denied. I pay to get a repair only for them to tell me that they cannot do it and I have the pinnacle warranty ( in other words supreme) but pinnacle my butt they just do not want to do their job but want to take your money. DO NOT GET THIS WARRANTY IT IS A RIP OFF I AM WARNING YOU FOR FUTURE.

Customer service reps are useless, you spend minimum 1 hour on the call with them every time just for their overseas incompetent reps to not fix the issue. They say "I completely understand your issue" and then proceed to completely do the wrong thing. They have been charging me for service for 2 months and the contract on the portal says "expired", they don't even know what the issue is with it. Their customer service people are like a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off. Don't recommend.

They are a scam. Their plumber found nothing wrong. A secondary issue they said I'll have to wait to hear back from 2-10 to approve it. Never DID. I hired an outside plumber to come in. 4 hours later, and $890 also, the outside plumbing company fixed my issues.

I have frog committed on my car that my 2-10 Warranty was being drafted from. They only sent an email. Who checks emails nowadays? No one sent a letter or made a phone call to let me know that they were canceling my warranty. I just found out that my warranty has been canceled since April! It is now July!
