So I've had a claim open since December 28 for the valves in my bathroom and it's still not fixed and no one has taken ownership to fix it. I'm always the one that has to call, they never call me ever, and it's been five months and it still not fixed and I've called them probably twenty times and it still not fixed.

I've been very disappointed in two ten warranty. Their response times for the people who have been assigned to me has been poor, there have been times when technicians have come out and not fixed the equipment and said that they would come back and did not come back, there have been times when a technician has been assigned and never called, there has been a situation in which extensive work had to be done and two ten did not cover it. All in all I've been very disappointed and will not renew my contract.

I'm currently trying to just get my dishwasher replaced it's literally taking almost five months and I can't get a call back from on the supervisor who I continually have to chase down because he won't call me back even though he says he will. The customer service sucks, the reps lied and won't call me back when they promised to. They should fire everybody and start over as a company, that's how bad 2-10 warranty is.

There were some things that came up that I needed to get fixed in my house and putting in the claims was pretty easy but getting 2-10 back on the phone to follow up with claims was almost impossible and I would get calls from some people and I tried to call back and their number wasn't valid and I just I could never hear back about what was going on the house and it just was not a very good process for me. I think they really need to work on their customer service and communication with the customers otherwise you're gonna have a hard time keeping customers.

They don’t cover almost everything. We had a water heater fail over the weekend and the number they gave for the buyout was really bad. They don’t mention all the exclusions so we ended up spending three thousand dollars out of pocket.

Sometimes they promise things they can’t do. They send some people out that don’t know what they are doing and don’t fix things right and we have to get another company and pay another service fee. Overall customer service could be a lot better. They need to follow through on promises to call back and assist.

My furnace has a cracked heat exchanger emitting carbon monoxide. I was promised a replacement system. It has been 42 days since submission of work order in January and the warranty company has not even ordered it!! It's the middle of March! This is not the contractors fault. The warranty company keeps giving me the run around and lying to me. I have been told on three occasions that it would be ordered within 24 hours and when I call back the next week it has not been ordered. If they come through I may give a little higher rating, but at this point I would not recommend them.

2-10 has never really been able to help me with my issues. The most recent time I needed to use my warranty was because the washer wasn't working. They connected me with a company that didn't show up until 7:30 pm, and then they promised to come back and repair my washer and they never did. The other time I needed to use the warranty, the same thing happened. They sent me a really bad company who messed everything up and then 2-10 never covered the damages.

Every time I use it, I must make several calls to get a service person to my house. I am over charged my service fee and must fight to get back the difference. No one knows what the other person is doing, when you call, they don't know anything about previous calls that you have made about the same subject.

Once again I am shopping around for a new home warranty because it has been very negative working with them. There is very little communication. It takes forever to get a hold of them and they’ve hung up on me several times. I’ve also been hold for more than four hours. Recently I had a dryer repair and it took over a week to get parts approved and then the contractor ordered the wrong part and it took another week to get approved for the right one. I was without a dryer for a month before the part came.

They sent someone to diagnose the problem, the second person came and diagnosed a different problem, and the third person tried to fix it and didn't. Here we are five months later and it's still not fixed. Their customer service is terrible, and I don't have the words to accurately explain how awful they are.

We've had lots of trouble getting help from people in customer service. It was near impossible to get a clear idea of what was going on from a customer service representative and got different answers from different people. Our heater went out and they gave me an incredible run around. They said what we would pay and what they would pay, but I ended up paying an extra $500 out of pocket because the people installing the heater said they had certain costs that went over the allowable amount 2-10 would cover. I will never renew with this company again because of that.

Some contractors are not adequate. Sometimes they show up and take the seventy five dollars and that is the last you hear from them. They are inconsistent on what they say they’ll cover from customer service rep to customer service rep.

I had a leaky dishwasher and I had to wait a week for a repairman to come and when he did he said they should have sent a plumber instead and he said they would contact me but they never did. I’ve used the warranty a couple of times for plumbing or electrical issues. I don’t have nay problems with it though sometimes customer service is closed.

Customer service is great. The company they dispatched was not very good at all. They couldn’t come out because of covid so they had to dispatch a new one.

I don’t know if it is worth the money but I did have a great experience when I needed my heating pump fixed. He came very quickly and was very knowledgeable. I am still waiting for my washing machine to be resolved. It’s been over a month.
