Put in a request for septic service sent out a plumber who didn't even know I had a septic system. He had to call his boss to try and figure out what my issue was. Over the phone he decides it's the leach field. Of course I know need a septic person to come out and actually determine my issue. 2 10 say of you can submit to use if they have a different diagnosis. Hello if you had sent what I asked for I would have to pay yet another person to come out and investigate what is wrong. Waste of money!!!

Complete waste of money. I need my dishwasher fixed in less than 8 days and they are charging the service fee. Can't wait to cancel this waste of money plan. Had for 3 years paid hell of alot more than $75 first claim, unacceptable. They better get this handled before I move. But I doh t it

I submitted an AC service request. The request was assigned to FL Pro Services that does not provide emergency services. Tried several times to escalate the issue and the website keeps asking you to login to contact 2/10. It does not matter how many times you try, the website keeps bringing you back to the login page. You cannot get an agent on weekend and no emergency contact service available either. 2/10 sucks with capital SUCKS.

They don’t even 1 star!! "Do not work with them! 2-10 Warranty Company is the most horrible one I have ever seen. They never answer you; even if they do, they don’t resolve your problem. The only thing they do is say they are sorry and give you another department's number. My refrigerator is not working, and I requested service almost three months ago. The technician they sent made it even worse. Right now, I am unable to use the refrigerator. I am going to stop working with them and let everyone know how poor their service is. It's a waste of time and money to work with them.

It has been 7 weeks since they sent me a plumber who turned out not to be insured. The plumber caused a leak and nearly $2000 in damages. 2-10 will do nothing more than tell me I need to talk to the plumber. They sent the plumber They do not stand behind the work their contractors do

I have frog committed on my car that my 2-10 Warranty was being drafted from. They only sent an email. Who checks emails nowadays? No one sent a letter or made a phone call to let me know that they were canceling my warranty. I just found out that my warranty has been canceled since April! It is now July!
