After having hardly any heat for 1 month, I was told that my problem was a pre-existing condition. I had a contractor out at my house for this exact same problem in December and at no time was a pre-existing condition ever mentioned. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the result. This is my 3rd warranty with this company and I will not be returning. I was also offered poor customer service when given the explanation for the claim being denied.

Customer support has always been great. Any time I call, they are pleased to help me resolve everything I have had trouble with. It is horrible that I am only allowed to used one vendor for my plumbing. They are horrible. That vendor isn’t responsive and their customer service is horrible.

They don’t communicate clearly and they go back on what they say. They said they would cover the standard issue but they wouldn’t. Most of the vendors they send are good but some are not. I would rather pay off my dryer fan then pay for the warranty.

The initial contact had gone very well. But the final result is certainly less than what I expected. The service man came out properly and seemed to know what he was doing but the end result is extremely disappointing. I needed replacement parts and 2-10 told me to replace my appliances and then only reimburse a couple hundred dollars instead of getting the parts to fix. I pay more to get new appliances than the parts that could have fixed my stuff.

I have been without a refrigerator since Nov 1st. Repairs done not until Dec 10th. refrigerator out again with same issue before New Years day. Now I have to wait for another repair. I have thrown away food twice and no refrigerator still! I am not in the position to wait for repairs that I don't think will work. I am going to cancel my service and use the money to go purchase me a new refrigerator. I am pass frustrated because I have been patient for over 2 months.

Had a terrible experience trying to get a water heater replaced. I'm going on day 21 of no hot water in my house, I had to follow up more than 8 times to finally get the help I needed and was given misinformation multiple times which ended in me having to talk to a supervisor only to find out I had completely wasted my time and the whole process had to be started over.

It can be difficult at time to talk to someone when I need help but when I do, they are very helpful, professional, and cordial. The process is much slower than I thought. I feel like I might not fully understand how a home warranty works. Half the time the quality is great but the other half, I feel like it was lacking.

Slow and in-efficient service. I filed a claim for my fridge, 2 months, 3 repair men, and several hours on hold later it was fixed. In the mean time I was using my vinotemp mini fridge for the essentials, that broke down because of overuse, and it was not covered. I was very disappointed in 2-10 home warranty. The first two repair men were sent by 2-10, and they couldn’t fix it. Then 2-10 asked me to find a repair man, so I found one, and he knew in 5 minutes what was wron and could have fixed it in less than an hour, but I needed approval from 2-10, so it got fixed two weeks later

I have been waiting over 3 months for a claim I filed. I paid over 2,000 to have my ac fixed and 2-10 is only authorizing 700.00 for the repairs. I had to go with an out of network company because it was two days before 2-10 even had someone dispatched. At the time I had a newborn at home with a fever in the middle of summer and could not wait 2 days to have my ac fixed. They also quoted the lowest price of a coil and I asked if the size of my unit was taken into consideration as it is not small and the service member could not tell me what size coil 2-10 was paying for.

Approved a claim, I paid the contractor, the contractor backed out and I was left with the bill. You brought in a new contractor, I paid the new contractor, then you denied the claim. You let me pay two contractors then denied my claim. How is this in anyway good service?!?!?? Not to mention the extreme delay in procuring parts that delay me having working appliances. Just terrible terrible experience.

There was run around with the team. I had a problem and I wasn't allowed to speak to a supervisor. I can't get the support I need. They need some sort of quality assurance to get their valuable customers back on board.
