It is very bad when I have to call them for the service. When buying the warranty, they promise a lot and cover a lot. However, when I need the service, they cover nothing. I ended up have to pay the service myself (out of pocket). Don't recommend anyone buying this warranty

It is impossible to talk to a live person on the phone and the website is NOT user friendly. There are not options to address all problems, so when I call in...I am rudely reminded to use the website over and over even though I tell them I am having extreme difficulty with the side. RUDE.

I thought it was going to be a good fit but I've actually cancelled because it's not a lot of thing they said covered but not. I needed to use it to get the ceiling fan fixed it said it was in the electrical plan and I ended up paying out for myself. I just hope people don't go with them

Yeah I will not be renewing and I will not recommend it to anyone. When someone actually came out and repaired it works fine, but once or twice they can never find anybody to come to work on our stuff they told us to find someone so but like I'd like I said it's pretty much a worthless service.

You can never speak to anyone, you can't talk to anyone, they don't communicate back with you to keep you updated of the status of your claim. I escalated the claim several times never heard back from anyone. Poor communication.
