Historically they have been very good as far as timeliness. The last call to customer service was not very friendly. When I wanted different brand of equipment, I was offered a buyout but I was not notified that I would have to purchase labor from another vendor to have a pump installed.

Everything was good when we started, but before they could send somebody over, they requested a copy of the whole inspection, and that was not disclosed to me at the time I paid the $60 service. Luckily, it all worked out fine, and the guy was out here the next day.

We've had 2-10 Home Buyers Warranties on our homes for more than 10 years and they have saved us thousands of dollars. Their response has always been great. They can't control every action of every vendor they work with, and they were very responsive and brought in another vendor the two times I was unhappy with how a vendor handled things. We will continue to renew each year.

I've been a member of 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty since 2008 and their service have never disappointed me. Recently, my AC coil needed to be replaced and at no fault of their own we had to switched to a different company due to communication issues. My claim was escalated to a new company that came out to assess my problem, submit to order the part, and scheduled a return appointment right after the part arrived. 2-10 Escalation team kept me informed the entire time and called to make sure the work was complete. I feel really good knowing I have 2-10 as my security blanket for my home.

I have been extremely pleased with 2-10 Home Warranty. They have dons some minor claims like a dishwasher, disposal , but they just replaced heating and AC system in one of my rental homes and there was no backlash from 2-10 on anything. They put in a new furnace and central air system and it only cost me around $1,400 for misc. small things not covered by the warranty. 2-10, In the past they were good. However, this experience was very costly to us, for the same issue. They helped with most cost for the water heater, but not the labor. Most Contractors don’t want to contract with a home warranty. Because they lose money, so we ended up having to look for one ourselves that took almost 2 weeks, and then embed paying $700.00 of out of pocket expenses in addition to a reg monthly fee.

I switched about 4 years ago and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! 2-10 is an amazing home warranty company. The Plumbing Company, C&P Plumbing was out quickly to help with our Hot Water repair! We needed help after our circuit breaker tripped and we had no Hot Water! My daughter is a Nurse at VCU, and my husband is disabled with ALS. They can not skip showers, and thanks to C&P Plumbing no one in our household will have to worry about showers, running the dishwasher or doing the laundry!

My first Claim Professionalism 5 Stars. The Tech Hamid from On Time Heating and Plumbing was amazing. Efficiency and Effectiveness 5 Stars each. Second Claim (Still Ongoing) Professionalism 5 Stars. The Tech Ben and the owner Angelo from A&P Appliances are amazing. Efficiency 1 Star. I give 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty the lowest ranking because of their paperwork screw-up the job got delayed a week because the part was not ordered. It was not an issue for A&P it was on 2-10's side. This brought my overall ranking of the company down a Star to make it 4 Stars. Effectiveness has not been rated yet as the work is still outstanding.

I have had my home warranty with 2-10 HBW for the past 15 years. I have never had an issue getting service scheduled and completed. I have never had an issue with a repair that was completed under my warranty. I generally receive a call from the vendor within 30 mins to an hour of submitting a claim. The warranty contract is costly, however it has saved me more over the years in repair costs.

I placed my request on Friday afternoon, someone from the repair company called me an hour later and I had the technician tending to the repair at 8:00am Monday morning! The tech was on-time, kind and courteous and quickly identified the issues and then clearly explained the plan to complete the repairs. 2-10 followed up to ensure we had a good experience. I would highly recommend a home warranty for the ease and cost savings to maintain your home!

I am SO impressed with this company out of Aurora, CO. I had to contact them several times a year ago for furnace issues. They covered the repairs & things were fine. My system was old & I wondered how the AC would work - but even with the next summer (In AZ) there were no problems. Now, this year the furnace again was acting up in January during a cold spell. They replaced the entire HVAC system after only 1 call & 1 visit by the service company they are now using! They really came through for me! They are kind of expensive but so worth it!

We have 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (HBW) for about four years since we bought our first house. The water heater broke several months after we moved in, and was replaced by the company quite quickly. The contractor mentioned that the company covered everything, though a part of the problem was not under the warranty. Then our AC system has been broken three times each year and was fixed by the contractor until it could not be fixed anymore. The contractor requested the replacement. We waited for about 3 weeks until the new system was installed. 2-10 is a GOOD company, but it could be better if the speed of service is improved. They do replace broken equipment and they do care for their customers. I wish that company management takes negative reviews seriously and takes steps towards service optimization. Ultimately, the negative reviews will affect 2-10 HBW reputation and profits.

After a long time, my garage door opener (GDO) went out and I called them. The first contractor they sent wasn't good, but they quickly assigned me another one. This next one was great and did a fantastic job. I plan to renew my contract with 2-10 Home Buyer's Warranty.

Excellent service, and loved the service repair company that they provided. I have had two appliances fixed by them since moving into our new home 6 month ago. Both appliances were fixed quickly. The call to the warranty company was quick, pleasant and easy. One appliance had to be repaired twice, but each time was done with no hesitation on the part of the warranty company. Would definitely buy this warranty service for any new home that I purchase in the future.

This warranty is a "must have" when purchasing a home. We moved in and the next day the refrigerator was leaking on the floor. We were given an option immediately to receive a $100 check vs. having a repair done. This was awesome because the refrigerator was old an ugly! We also had immediate issues with the furnace. This was taken care of and we are very happy with the service we received from the contractor and also very pleasantly surprised by the phone calls from 2-10 confirming repairs and following up on everything. I highly recommend this service!

In the past, for relatively minor service requests, the company has been very responsive and we have been very satisfied. This summer we had a major issue with the A/C and 2-10 did not let us down. I called in May to renew my policy and it was renewed. I called today to put in a claim, and they said my policy wasn't renewed. They offered to let me renew, but it doesn't go into effect for 30 days, so it doesn't do me any good.

One of the worst companies we have ever delt with. Customer service is basically non existent. They promised a supervisor would call back in twenty four hours, a week lather and three more requests, still no call back. If you need a home warranty, find a reputable company

I was offered the 2-10 Home Warranty complimentary, from the builder, with the purchase of a newly constructed home. I was offered the Complete Home Warranty Package with the structural option.. This was offered for a one-year term. The one-year term was, in my opinion, good enough to cover any issues that might arise from the new construction. Having the coverage gave me piece of mind that if there were any problems, that they would be fixed at no cost to me. Of course, only covered items would be covered, but the policy was broad enough that I felt good about it. Fortunately, I did not need to use the policy, so I am unable to review their claims process.

We have coverage with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty since we purchased our new home in 2018. The coverage is for all aspects of the constructed house for between 2-10 years depending on the item/issue of need. To date, we have had 1 issue-a small roof leak into our den in 2021. The roofer was sent out within 1-2 days of our call and they determined that there was a section of underlayment under the tiles in on area that shifted. The problem was resolved satisfactorily that day at no cost to us because we have the 2-10 warranty coverage. Hopefully. we will have no further problems with our home, but if we do, we feel confident that our home is protected by this warranty until 2029. That's comforting!!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option, I have been without air conditioning for 20 days. We have been told different things from each person we spoke to, spent hours on the phone, and on old for the last 20 days, and the is still no end in sight because today when they finally came to replace ac, they had wrong parts and now the warranty won’t authorize so we still don’t have ac while our region is over 100 degrees and having excessive heat warnings. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of giving money.

I’m clicking one star because no stars is not an option. Absolutely the worst decision we have made is using 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. This past winter we noticed our electric bill was way too high. We contacted 2-10 HBW to get someone out to look at our heater. The company (selected by 2-10 HBW) had no website we could review. The selected HVAC repair came out, claimed he had fixed the problem. Long story short 2-10 HBW selected HVAC repair men came out at least 6 times and never fixed the problem, we ended up coming out of pocket for a new HVAC system. A few weeks later we had a water leak in our pipes in the back yard. We had to shut off our water, so we had no water. When we requested a plumber through 2-10 HBW website we got no response for several days, so we called them. They stated that they could not find one of “their plumbers in the area who had availability “ but that I could reach out to an outside contractor and send 2-10 the invoice. Of a plumbers bill for $482.00, 2-10 HBW only paid $100.00. We have had nothing but problems with 2-10 HBW and the so called techs they send to our house. So far we have come out of pocket over $11,000.00. We pay around $90.00 a month and have for more than a year and we end up coming out of pocket 75-100% on all repairs. Good advice, what ever you would pay 2-10 put in savings and pay for repairs yourself. Your going to anyway.

Review for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. The contractors they employ are subpar, and their work has consistently been of poor quality. Despite multiple escalations, the escalation and management teams have been unresponsive and ineffective in addressing my concerns. I have experienced significant delays in the replacement and repair of appliances, even when these issues pose a harmful health risk and cause damage to my home. The lack of timely and effective resolutions is unacceptable and has left me frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise against using 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty due to their unprofessionalism and inability to provide adequate service.
