My builder recommended them. I am glad I have it. There was an incident and I had to wait a long time to solve the problem. They didn’t work with the home market place. The heater had stopped working and it was 20 degrees. The worker didn’t want to do business with them because they don’t pay so they had to find me someone else.

They do not communicate properly and tend to not provide the correct steps. Whatever is covered by our warranty so for all the all the company they can help full very been quick easy to schedule things like that.

I find the web page really hard to navigate. And when I would call and they would help me navigate through it. A hot water heater went out. The time frame it took to get it ordered and everything was a little bit long. Everybody I've dealt with two ten been very helpful.

I've always been able to get someone. Recently I had to get my heater replaced, my HVAC system replaced, I called them they couldn't find contractor so they had me find one myself and they reimbursed me.

The thing I love about two ten is that the customer service always is helpful as they possibly can be the reason why give it out four because the time frame in which someone can come out now. Have increased and the amount that dollar amount continues to go up.

I had to use my home warranty and I had four small gas leaks definitely and they told me that it would be three days before they could get someone out to fix the gas leaks and that was unacceptable to me because I had four gas leaks definitely I do have the gas turned off. It was twenty degrees out I was worried about my pipes freezing, so I had to get approval to have out of network and I got reimbursed a hundred twenty hundred thirty dollars out of a seven hundred dollar cost to fix my pipe so I was very discouraged with two ten home warranty. Because that's not an emergency to them nothing is an emergency does she have home warranty their emergency and my emergency are two different things. Customer service is very poor.

We had a problem with our dryer not working and I submit a claim online and someone came out and was able to come out pretty quickly and, fixed the problem. It's not really easy to get in touch with someone. When submitting a claim online it's pretty easy, but when we need to actually talk to somebody the hold times are pretty poor.

I would never recommend them to anyone again. They were not helpful. They were not efficient. I feel like they were trying to get out of paying. They did not cover my electrical work and didn’t tell me so I was stuck with a huge electric bill. I also had mold that was not disclosed and they wouldn’t cover the medication. It is a waste of money.

My daughter is a real estate agent and very familiar with the company and recommends it to her clients and referred me to them. I have not had a great experience with them. I think it is the contractors they use. I am still dealing with something from October. When you call, you think there is going to be a great resolution but there is no follow through. My fridge broke and the contractor came and said he was going to order parts but never got back to them. They sent out a second company but now it’s the same things.

Our realtor picked it for us. I think they should replace appliances instead of paying for more parts and making people wait for them. They put four hundred dollars worth of parts into our eight year old dishwasher instead of replacing it. Getting service when you put a claim in is pretty quick.

This warranty company is the worst warranty company I've ever dealt with. First of all they will company out to provide services which they will either take your service fees and claim they need to come back and do the job because of whatever reason they couldn't finish the job at that time. But they will never come back to finish the job leaving the issues undone and when you call the warranty company asking for another company to come to finish the unfinished job they say the customer has to pay another service fee. Which I feel is not good customer service. If you customer is telling you that the job was unfinished you should send another company out to finish the job without asking them to pay another service fee.

I'm not happy with the customer support. Last year I had a water heater that needed to be replaced and thirteen days later it was still not resolved. I asked for a supervisor to return a call and she did after hours and I missed that the call and she told me she was closing the ticket.

It was over a hundred and five degrees when our air conditioner went out. We couldn’t live in it, it was so hot and miserable. The wait time is too long. We also were without hot water for two weeks one time because of the repair man.

Impossible to get a human on the phone. You wait two or more hours. There is no email to contact anyone directly. I’ve had a couple of claims close out without being resolved. It was a good deal, that is why I went with them.
