They are really not helpful and do not follow through with the commitment. The things that go on the doors keep falling off. They locked me into a contract.

The equipment is not of quality the app is crappy and the cheap camera I received is some garbage. As well they are too expensive. I should have gone with my cable company!

When I contacted them about the equiptmet, i received bad customer service, and was suggested to buy my own tape when i have had their service less than a year.
