Monitoring is great , the system sucks, does not compare to Adt or Xfinity zGod forbid if something happened you would only get a qlimpse of the indruder, good luck with that

I was not aware of the grace period in which I was able to cancel the service, so I was stuck with the equipment. You have to install everything yourself.

My system is not installed the way it should be and I am not using the features as intended. I am not a tech person so to expect me to be able to install and use a system with a phone call is not very realistic.
