I have a problem with the timing. I wasn't sure about the company because I dont know how well I am protected. It uses some of the less fortunate costumers as a sales tactic and that is not why I came here to this company. It gives out free samples knowing that the product is harmful. It confuses me while I am trying to fully understant how company works. The directions from associates are rarely acurate which causes reason to doubt the goals of productivity. All this combined with more free samples from untrusted associate freezes my want to participate even tho i do know this company be what I need for a safer more productive life. Bottom line too much contradicting peices pushing and pulling in to many ways.

Brinks company itself was a great company, however the system was so sensitive, many false alarms caused them to call in the middle of the night as well as the alarms being set off with the slightest wind. Customer service worked diligently to resolve the issues but to no avail. It's been years and I have associates that use this company and they highly recommend them, so will I.

We’ve been with Brinks for a while now, we had Monotronics before and they were bought out by Brinks. We were very surprised that they held our records that we were their customer and they quickly set our alarm system up. My only gripe with them is the lack of mobile features, such as panic alarm on the mobile side and bypass on the mobile app.

Brinks Home Security installed a custom system in a house I shared with a former girlfriend. The installation was relatively quick and done for the agreed upon price. The system worked very well and gave my girlfriend peace of mind during evenings when I working late and when I traveled.

I wanted something that wasn't integrated into the existing system and were able to give me reasonable price solutions. I wanted a dedicated line that was independent and they had what I wanted.

My wife is super into home security even though we live in a good neighborhood. Essentially zero break ins in our area in the last 5 years. System was clean and never caused any false alarms which was a plus, unless I was the one that forgot to type in the code. Ended up eventually switching to a self monitoring system.

Our current home security company. Love it called them let them know the battery on my panel is not charging got a new battery in two days also had a tech call to help me install it and help bypass the system during the process so that the services don’t get a call out. They also helped reduce my monthly cost moving forward.

We have been trying to cancel our service since May. Apparently, they can’t get a tech to come out and disconnect the cameras which are on our roof- we are a car dealer. The cameras don’t even work but yet they continue to bill is monthly. I called repeatedly and they tell me someone will call me back. I am still waiting for my callback.

I have no complaints with this company other than them not canceling my service 3 years ago when I requested it. Bri is bought out or took over from my previous company and I cancelled the service, only they continued to charge me and blamed me for a missing document I knew nothing about.

The ONLY customeservice rep that DIDNT hang up on us was the most patient, polite and went well beyond ANYONE else in the department did. Raylin was wonderful and you need more people like her!!!
