Their equipment is not easy to upgrade. Since I don't have WIFI, I could not upgrade my system, however, they did a pretty good job installing it. Besides, their price was lower than others.

My husband is dealing with the equipment because we got an upgrade and it's difficult to use. I guess I'm satisfied, although it's not the best.

Many years ago they we're in the area and they just came to the door. Since the the service has been declining. We were with them for like 15 years and we're still using the same equipment and the biggest thing is they don't have anyone in the area to come in and help you if you need it installed, you're own your own.

The Home Security Representative was very helpful. I do not think it would have needed to get to the point that they needed to step in if Brinks would make sure the technical assistant folks are checking any and all issues when they are called on and Brink's Texting assistant absolutely SUCKS. It seems to be driven by automated questions and after 5 minutes, I quit using it as I had not even texted with a real person yet.

Most folks in the U.S. are a bit apprehensive about dealing with overseas customer service. However, Kymanie Walker was outstanding in assisting me with all my questions and everything was addressed. Jackson Landrum

This account belonged to my dad who passed away on November 2, 2024. He would have been 96 on his birthday in April 2025. I live approximately 50 miles from him but always had peace of mind that he was being taken care of by Brinks Home Security. When he passed, it was so easy to work with him to keep the security intact.
