I'm pretty disappointed, because I was told about a plan that was cheap, but it didn't end up being true. I had to pay a bunch of money for a system that doesn't do what I want it to do. Their equipment seems great, it's good quality, and it's easy to use. Their customer support has been helpful in solving problems that I've had.

You have to install everything yourself, if it hadn't been for my son I wouldn't have been able to get it done. The door unit did not work and they sent me more while I was out of town so I had to wait to set it up again.

They billed us the minute we agreed on a contract even though I still have not received all the equipment they promised me. It's been about 3 months since we've started the contract and we still haven't gotten enough equipment to even start and we're paying monthly bills. I've called many times to get them to send me what they promised and they keep responding saying they'll get me tracking numbers. The whole sales people and customer service is a bunch of liars.
