Whenever you call you're put on an hour to two hour wait. It's great at letting me know when doors are open. The kids kept unplugging the indoor cameras because they have a really small cord. No battery back up.

After my initial installation, its hard to get someone for assistance, the phones are always busy and leaving a number for call back is being returned when they re about to close. Im disappointed

I've had my system for less than two months and smoke alarm started chirping. Couldn't get it disabled, tried calling for assistance at three separate times and could not get to a live person. Had to put the alarm in my basement because the noise was so annoying. Now I dread trying to get a new smoke alarm.

I had Northstar before and the alarm panel was easy to manage. The alarm panel that Protect America provides isn't as easy to navigate. Everything else from the sensors to customer service has been awesome.
