I have LiveWatch services in my house for the last 5 years and I would like to live not just good words about the service, security time no delays, no middle words, no hide fees, just perfect. I live in Florida and they are able to monitoring my house 24/7/365 from Kentucky. wireless and works on cell phone app also, I was in Brazil 6.000 miles way in April 2017 and was able to turn my alarm on and off, any time I need. Thank you very much LiveWatch, CEO, team, crew all of you guys.

My experience with LiveWatch has been amazing. My home was recently broken into and LiveWatch texted me immediately, then called my phone. You never think someone will break into your house but last month was a sigh of relief. Our siren scared away the thief and luckily nothing was stolen. Customer service is great and they will walk you through any problems you may have. Just recently they replaced the battery in my unit at no cost with next day shipping. For those saying the cost is too high, NEVER buy online. Call their sales department!!! My entire home (10+ sensors) was hooked up with a touchscreen panel for $99. Their sales department is eager to help. I do agree that their home camera monitoring plan is expensive. This should be included in the $39 plan. Great company, great system.

I found the Moni alarm system at a recent home show in the area. The Rep., Chris, was professional and delivered exactly what he said he would. I really like the phone app too - very simple to use and you and arm/disarm and check the status of the system from your phone. I also like the smoke/carbon monoxide detector that is also monitored. I would definitely recommend this system to others.

I had recently had surgery and was having a hard time paying all of the bills that were coming in. I called LiveWatch to see about postponing my service until I could get a handle on the bills. Instead, I was offered 3 months of monitoring for free to help out while I paid my medical bills. LiveWatch really cares about the livelihood of their customers. Thanks again.

We have been pleased with our Live Watch service. It installed without much effort, and the customer service rep who assisted with the final setup was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. We had a service issue with a touch pad that had a problem with its speaker.. They quickly sent out a replacement and that resolved the problem. The app for the iPhone is great and enables easy monitoring and control of the system.

The service technician was very professional. I'm not tech savory, therefore I was a little fearful of the system but he assured me that the system was very simple. I love the feature of setting the system from the phone. I love the direct withdrawal from my checking account, very simple. Customer Service is outstanding, from the initial scheduling for someone to come out to talk with me to the follow up telephone calls and survey. I'm glad I selected with security system.

The technical help and customer service we received was clear and the agents were very knowledgeable about their product. It was a smooth transition and they offered much help in every area along the way. Great job to the livewatch team!

Overall my interaction with the team was excellent. Starting with the sales rep, Leslie, all the way through to the activation team everyone was very helpful. Each step of the way the team walked me through every step and every detail that I needed and during the activation process the activation specialist answered all of my questions. The staff made me feel at ease with my security system and confident in the protection they are providing. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is my first smart home security system and I have researched other systems as well. To me, it seems LiveWatch is more flexible and has a good value compare to competitors. Also, I like the main panel and that has a touchscreen and makes so easy to control too. I had a sensor problem so I called the technical support and got solved right away and that was a good experience too. Not like other systems, LiveWatch is using the cellular connection and that's plus for me with a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend LiveWatch to anyone who is looking for a smart home security system.

After two previous appointments with other Security companies that both failed on meeting what they had promised. I had met Darrel J the owner of Envision thru my nephew, one phone call was all it took. His salesman Alex S called me back, discussed my options, no pressure, an appointment was made for installation, he was very respectful of our home and property. Very clean installation with no issues, as a bonus we were able to alarm our fifth wheel trailer in the driveway. While replacing the battery in my panel, I accidentally hit the panic button. I then received a call from my neighbor that the alarm company called her as my cell phones were turned off. As I was conversing with the alarm company, the first responders were at my house. I am grateful for the rapid response of Monitroics in reference to this incident. It is a good feeling to have the security of this company looking after our welfare. Thank you to all involved.

The first person who I spoke with was very knowledgeable about her job, and very polite. She spoke very clearly and was easy to understand.. She put me touch with the right person. He was also very knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered every question I could think of. He told me everything I needed to know and more. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great and that we were getting the best deal for our money. I will recommend this company to anyone!

Brinks is hands down the worst company I've ever worked with. We use security cameras in our gymnastics gym to ensure the kids and coaches are safe, and they worked perfectly with Cox. As soon as Brinks took over we started having issues. I've now had 3 separate appointments with techs that tell me "I don't know how to fix this", don't have their own equipment (one tech used my personal laptop for over 6 hours during my workday AND didn't have a necessary HDMI cord), and have been without service for close to a month. I've spent more time on the phone with customer service than I can say, and not one person has apologized, been empathetic, or shown any concern. They refuse to prioritize getting us a new appointment, and I've had to wait weeks in between techs coming out. This has become a liability for my business and they refuse to even transfer me so I can speak with a supervisor. Please, please - save yourself the headache!

The fact that they only have 3 day warranty’s and they’re cameras in the back was very blurry we called called tryed to cancel several times … unfortunately they will not let you outta the contract… Guess we will have to Go to Court … I have a lady friend who’s in her 70’s these peoples have no compassion… when you have an emergency they call your phone doesn’t come through the security system in the house .. she’s a fall risk …we need better service… these people are a joke .. be careful people!!!! They only give you 3 days .. but online they say 30 days … very bad experience they don’t care about their customers… we want out of the contract… 3200.. plus Whst a joke … cameras are very blurry .. .. no visual… please someone contact me if you know how this lady can get outta her contract … she’s in her 70’s not in good health… people take advantage of elderly people all the time .. it’s sad … my email srwd12345@aol.com 757-269-1396…

Attempted on three occasions to reboot my keypad with the ais of the online assistance and once with a scheduled home visit. Have still not been able to restore my keypad and no visit has been scheduled. I was farmed out to a third party for the inhome visit and their schedule was so bad that I would have to wait one month for the visit to occur. Totally unacceptable! I am going to make one last attempt and if I do not get the help I need, I will be reporting this situation to the State to see if they can help. If not I will be terminating the service and transferring to another company.

I have yet to use the systems because the last representative that assisted both my son and I wasn't patient in walking us through the hick-ups of our equipment. I then called and a gentleman answered and he did not come across friendly. No one has called to follow up knowing that my system isn't activated. But ensuring that I sign every document and the comment to a system that not completely operating is disappointing. And I haven't even mentioned the doorbell.

My alarm has gone off several times and the monitoring company has not called to see why or if I am alright. One time the alarm went off there was a shooting outside and I was on hold with 911. I need to hear from the monitoring company if my alarm goes off I am fleeing Human Trafficking and have experienced breakins in the past.

50% the motion detector was faulty letting people gain access to my apartment and the panel was hacked and my pass codes were changed the first day. when calling for assistance I have yet to be put on hold for a period of 10 minutes while they route and reroute you to the proper staff to accommodate you.
