It’s horrible that it takes months to get a refund back for an oil change cause I’ve been waiting months for my refund and I get i told that I was going to pay one price for six months and then I will change to a less and then it changes so I’m not too happy with the way you guys run things, so no I wouldn’t recommend you guys anyway

Ok,I bought an Omega plan,paid over 3 grand.My 2015 Ram got water inside the P CM Module.They told me to get a diagnostic at my Ram dealer,So I did,They denied my claim and didn't even pay the diagnostic charge because the the claim would be not be paid.My repairs are around 13 hundred dollars. So, around 43 hundred dollars for the one oil change they horored.Be careful out there folks.

Scam company here. Signed up and was assured that they will cover everything and when months later I has a big repair they said it was not covered and then trying to cancel the automatic renewal was a horror show. Please stay far away from this company and don't make my mistake and waste your money. There is a lot of better warranty companies out there.

By far the worst . Waited til after I get my vehicle in the shop and have them tare down the motor just to tell me that my claim was denied. This was before the inspector ever got to inspect it. Now I'm out of 3900 I have to pay to the shop for them tearing it down. On top of me paying for my extending auto coverage. Totally a ripoff. Don't use this company.

This company is a complete ponzi scheme that merely wants to collect your money and not fix your vehicle i paid in almost 2 grand and had a wheel bearing go out. It took them 2 months to mail the dealership a bearing and then i had to pay for rhe labor and i had the highest package. Now they wont fix my power steering pump because of a 2 dollar clamp thats not covered in my policy. This company will be hearing from my attorneys

DO NOT BUY. They will literally find a way to not pay for anything that breaks down. I paid $3200 for coverage and throughout the life of the contract they’ve only covered about $700 for things that broke. They will find someway to say they’re not covering something that breaks. Do not gamble your money with them, they are snakes and they will turn on you. they talk a great game when they’re selling you in the moment they have your money they never cover anything.

It is unfortunate that you felt as though we tried to get out of paying your claims. We did pay $1300 in claims for you, but there were two items that weren't eligible. Your contract has a list of covered items, and the two we denied weren't on that list. You were essentially asking for coverage outside of your policy.
