They are very prompt in resolving issues in their customer service department. I have liked using the Mechanic's Choice portion of our warranty that reimburses us for some of the cost for battery replacement and oil changes.

I was able to use the insurance to get my oil changed and it all worked out successfully. They paid for almost all of it. I was having an issue where each month someone would constantly be calling me asking if I have the insurance and I kept telling them I had them and hadn't cancelled it yet.

I would like to see more things covered and it has been difficult to reach someone in a timely manner. The last three times I’ve tried to use it, everything hasn’t been covered that I expected to be covered so I had to pay nearly a thousand dollars. They only covered half of it. Everyone is polite but it takes fifteen to twenty minutes to get through to someone.

There's a lack of communication between the people that did service work on the car and Omega. When I talked to a supervisor, a lot was cleared up but they had to apologize for the missed communication and explain why things were like they were.

I have omega to ensure that I save the most money by having a policy that will cover any unexpected maintenance. The time I needed to utilize the service, it was available to me without any difficulty. My air-conditioning unit went out and I took it to the dealership and they able to get a contracted approved and fixed it.

Once I convinced my mechanic to deal with them, payment was made quickly and there was very little heartache and everything went okay. I've had two break downs that would have cost me thousands of dollars so I don't mind paying the hundred twenty dollars a month.

This is a great company. They offer a month to month contract to cover your vehicle so if you sell or have an accident in the car you are not obligated to continue to pay. It has been an awesome experience for me!

We've had good experience with this company, the only thing I didn't understand is why they didn't cover my backup camera cuz it's on the tailgate and it wasn't an add-on it was part of the truck when I bought it. Besides that I would get it again and recommend it to my family and friends.

I would say they are a good company. When I talked to them, I was able to get my questions answered so I didn't have any problems. I have used my warranty on maintenance and they said to send in my receipt and that they would take care of it. I need to call them and double check but I don't think I have received anything from them as of yet.

When I purchased my Audi A5 I received several calls from various warranty companies and honestly I had not even considered buying this coverage. Something about Omega seemed right with me and I went forward with them out of all the other choices. Unfortunately, a couple weeks ago I needed a major repair. When I took my car to Audi and they said that they have never heard of this company before I got a little sick inside wondering if I made a huge mistake. As it turns out, Audi as well as myself could not have been more pleased with Omega. What a Stellar company. Every time I called, I felt like they knew me. They were always kind and helpful on every call during a stressful time. I highly recommend them!! I could not have made a better choice.

The communication is terrible. I used it on two occasions. They did well when they worked with the shop to repair a window motor but when I tried to get reimbursed for the services that are supposed to be reimbursed, it was a very, very, very difficult process. There was some sort of a problem that they didn't get the information. I sent it in again and they told me I would be reimbursed within two weeks. It was more like 4 to 6 weeks.

I thought I was going to get a deal with them to get more oil changes and I did not. I'm only getting three oil changes and I was supposed to get several more. I'm in the process of calling you guys to cancel the policy. One of the times I did go to get an oil change, they never heard of you guys, so I had to wait for them to get it verified. When a representative tells you they're going to do something, they should follow through and do it and not lie to the consumer.

The first time I ever tried to use my warranty the items weren't covered then when I used the warranty I had to wrestle reimbursement. I had a rental car three weeks while the transmission in my car was replaced but they only reimbursed me sixty dollars for one day.

He told me that I get a free inspection, let's see how that goes. Then they told me that all the maintenance on my vehicle would be covered for a year. I wish they would cover things that they tell people are going to be covered. I'm disappointed at what they actually cover.

I think they need either they need more people on at their call center or some better response time when you're calling for authorization because I took my car to my local mechanic and he couldn't get through to them on the line so I didn't know if I was going to get covered or not.
