Today on April 12, 2019 I called optima tax relief for a consultation. The lady cut me off without hearing my case and told me to call the IRS. This is an example of poor customer service and I suggest going elsewhere. M Shymansky

They mislead my husband and made it sound like they could reduce fees and all , case workers quit case without telling you . They don’t explain themselves .. no such thing as an offer&compromise .. I know it’s my husbands own fault with his tax debt and but Optima has made it WORSE!

I have been constantly yanked around by this company. Now I'm being levied by the government, which Optima was hired to get me a resolution, and never did. I have done my part they have failed me. My case manager was changed about 9 times in several years, they just strung this out forever, now I'm screwed. Don't use these incompetent people ever

Let's start with the fact that we were sent another person's tax return, containing their address and social security number. It only goes down hill from there. Complete waste of time and aggravation. I will be contacting the person who's information they sent.
