Called and made an appointment, representative was to call use back, this was so I could get all the information together they needed for my case and also to have my spouse available, never did get any calls even after I called several times. Three weeks later got notification from IRS of intent to lien. These people were absolutely no help.

Optima has had my money for six months and has done absolutely nothing. For the past month they have asked me to upload a tax return that I paid them to prepare. When I asked for refund, they offered 15 cents on the dollar. This is the most disreputable company imaginable. Avoid at all costs.
