Sunnova is the pitts, I have a problem with 10 panels of my 23 on my roof. The inverter says 13 of 23 reporting and they won't come out to fix it. This happened in the past and took over a year to get service. You have a choice don't pick sunnova.

Big mistake bought a house with sunnova system September 27 been trying to get transferred to me all paper work done still not transferred. Call on hold can leave call back number hours later they call. Ready to have them come and remove system

I was not sent a billing reminder 3 days in advance of my first bill and was waiting for this to pay my bill in full so I paid $49 more than my payoff amount and should have been reimbursed. I have tried to get to get reimbursed with no response.

Their website sucks - I haven't been able to get in to see the history of what I paid. The customer service sucks - they don't call you back. Our SoCal Edison bills are lower though, but since i can't see the history of what we paid to Sunnova, I don't know if we are saving money or not!

I am a zealot at turning off lights, electrical anything yet still I pay Sunnova a hefty bill every month and twice a year I pay a true up that amounts to about $200.00 a month in electrical charges. This is the worst deal I've ever had, and the worst part is that I had to buy it as it came with the house. I had no option to say no.

As of today I do not have power. These panels were installed on June 7th and nothing has worked. Today Trinity was at my house and checked on a problem with the inverter. What they found was that all the panels have to be replaced do to a faulty installation. I would like to have this issue addressed ASAP

The salesperson pressured my wife with false promises and tricked us with an over priced solar scam! Paying way more for "Producing Energy" vs. usage, plus a bill from Edison at the end of the year! Please train your employees to answer simple question. Like who removes and reinstall panells if roof needed replacement. It is the most stupid answer We can’t reveal. Simple answer Sunnova or roofer. It took the company two weeks to give me the answer. Poor poor customer service.

Since installation June 2016, my monthly costs have increased for electricity. They said I would save money, instead I have a monthly average NGrid bill of $120 and solar is $105, so total $225. Before solar average monthly was $135. Where is the savings???????

Had to pay to remove and reinstall system to get a new roof 2750.00. They used 3rd party contractor who is now holding my panels hostage due to non payment by Sunnova. No one at Sunnova calls back and now I am without my system. I have not had system since August 4, 2017 and no resolution in sight...

I have true up each year besides PGE bill and $122. a mo to Sunnova. The true up is 1500, dollars a year. It is from PGE for electricity used but not covered by solar. It is awful. Isn't there a way out of this ?

This company has absolutely no customer service. For close to three months I have been complaining about my systems performance and the only actions I see from Sunnova is their collection department calling me to collect. They are the worst.

Buyer beware. Sales associate will say that its easy to transfer the lease to a new owner even if its a company buyout which is not supported by their inflexible management. They are in this strictly for the money are not flexible at all for the customer.

We are charged $300 more per year than if we did not have a solar unit on the house. I am not saving any money. They say that their rates do not go that low for the area we are in. Also, it did not add value to the house. After trying to sell it, nobody wants to pay extra for it. We are stuck with a lemon!!!

One of the worst solar company. There is no customer service. Every bill they over charge me and I placed call after call with no result. Poor quality, poor service. if you want to go solar do your homework and go with another company. This company does not wort your money and time. Stay away. Do not do same mistake I did.
