Still paying 750 / month in electric bills. I have a house that is less than 1500 sq ft. This may be an NG problem, but isn’t solar supposed to reduce electrical costs? That’s what I was told anyways.

Sunnova was fine until o had an issue with my service. Since then, I have tried for over two months to get someone to fix my system or even just give me an update on timing and no one has gotten back to me. It’s getting to the point where I call almost daily. Do not trust them. Do not use them.

doesn't response to your emails or calls specially the employee Myrna V the longer they take to response more money they make from customers. since you are obligated to pay the monthly payment and interest occurring for the time you are waiting for them to resolve the issue I would not recommend to work with sunnova at all

Really bad customer service, took me 5 months waiting for a tech guy to review my system. On the billing they are always changing the reading of the previous year, how is that possible??? And now they say my production is almost 100%. Even when the system was not working for almost half of the previous year. C'mon
