I’m a new customer of Sunnova. I’ve been working with them for over five months to connect my solar and I wasn’t able to get it done for missing one piece of information. I have called them SO many times. Every time I call them, the agent tells me we are all set and then a week later we’re back to square one.

Sunnova techs were very professional and efficient. Their customer service however was rude, avoided direct yes or no questions, and refused to provide basic information on my warranty claim. Had to contact the manufacturer and have them reach out to Sunnova in order to get the work scheduled and completed.

Sunnova came out to view my system installed by another company that filed bankruptcy. I told them what the issue was, they told me it likely was not that. Restarted my battery and viewed the error still on my Inverter. The error I advised was the main issue. They advised they would return the following week to correct the issue and I have not heard from them since.
