I have called them SO many times. Every time I call them, the agent tells me we are all set and then a week later we’re back to square one.

Sunnova techs were very professional and efficient. Their customer service however was rude, avoided direct yes or no questions, and refused to provide basic information on my warranty claim. Had to contact the manufacturer and have them reach out to Sunnova in order to get the work scheduled and completed.
