Raymond Medellin

This company is doesn't try to fix issues with their installation or repairs in a timely manor. We have been with them maybe a year and we had component issues and they to about 5 months to fix the issue. So our electric bill was higher than it has ever been and that is compared to the time before we went solar. I wouldn't recommend solar to anyone. To many issues and when they finally get to you their instalation techs leave a mess for the home owners to clean up.

After 6 months of broken promises and warranty avoiding, tactics, Sunnova, sent two service workers to my home to work on the faulty, dangerous and fire starting, snapRS’s with no steel roof, training! This horrible company and my solar panel system, suck so bad, I will do everything in my power to join the class action lawsuit against GENERAC and it’s affiliates that scammed me into this very costly, broken contract, inefficient, bankrupt company, scam. Go to hell.

Can’t get a straight response and customer service appears to be handled by people who are uninformed and sometimes unsure if they understand me. They work with contractors that they don’t hold accountable and leads to drawn out process. When trying to get clarification on why production is low or how to improve Sunnova points the finger at contractors and vice Versa.

Poor customer service. Waited for an appointment for 6 weeks to have the technician arrive nearly 2 hours early, didn’t call, and left without doing any work. Extremely poor response regarding rescheduling—another 9 days later. Tech that came was fine but did not reset serial number for new inverter to connect for service. I had to figure that on my own.

SUNNOVA STEALS MY MONEY BY FAKING POWER DATA See the photo attached - Sunnova is claiming that my solar panels are generating power at midnight. Apparently, the sun in the Sacramento area never sets and the sun is as bright at 2 a.m. at midnight as it is at 2 p.m. How can someone lie so blatantly and treat users as fools? Only Sunnova has the guts to do this as they want to steal every penny from you without any respect for either God or people.

Overall it was a terrible experience I would get miss calls and when I call back, nobody response. I would get a follow up a week later. The communication and keeping me in the loop of what’s happen was terrible. Not all details were provided to me and I’d have to do my own research on things (tax, credits, options, etc). Worst of all, I would get uninvited visits and unscheduled visits to my house.

I was told by the design team when the installer comes out and he sees there’s more roof than what I’m seeing they will add more panels. Well that never happened. I have room for more panels and nothing changed. I emailed you to tell you this and didn’t get so much as an acknowledgement from anyone

I have had some high APS bills, Which is really disheartening they’ve been three and $400 plus, plus I think if there is a breakdown in the system that means I haven’t been able to save up the solar hours for the winter and the extra that I usually get a check for the end of the year, so I’m not real happy with things right now

It's been over a week ( after numerous delays at the install company ) - no one so far takes responsibility as to who should get my app to monitor my panels. I called you guys, then Legacy and then Enphase. Everyone now points back to you to fix this problem, yet no one from your company has taken the leadership to get my app linked to my panels. Delay after delay! My panels ( or inverters ) need to be assigned to me so that I can monitor their output. How do we do this??
