My panel’s got turned on a week ago and I’m already getting a bill they have not even produced enough electricity to cover my home the seller lied to me about my system and bullied me in to signing up when I kept saying no he brought me gift cards and gifts etc… he told so many lies he told me that sunnova wold let me married payment next month since I just got turned on but when I called they told me absolutely not they wouldn’t help me out I was scammed.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRINITY SOLAR OR SUNNOVA

Sunnova has been out to my property five times since May 5th of 2023. My solar panels only worked 3 months since they have been installed. Every time Sunnova comes out here, they are here for maybe 10 mins and nothing gets resolved. Having these solar panels was a huge mistake and I am not happy or satisfied with any of the service or solar panels.

Bought a home forced to purchase the solar system it came with. First time home buyer. Was told by solar company I would be saving money. system I leased with Sunnova isn't producing enough energy. Causing me to have double payments. I'm stuck in a lease for 25 years. Paying Sunnova for not producing enough energy. Money isn't every going towards paying of the system. I wish I would have been told this house needed more solar panels to save money. Not happy with Sunnova

We have had the solar panels on our home now for over 2 months and still are not able to use them. No calls about what is going on. Inspector been 3 times and still has not approved. Not happy from the beginning, really worried about the future with this company. If I had to do it all again, I would NOT!!!!!! I am ready to call you to come take them down.

The system works great however whenever I try to get in contact with ANYONE regarding me getting my money reimbursed for the inspection that I had done by my electricity provider I don’t hear back. I was told I would be getting that money I paid back and have yet.

Took weeks of no communication to get my system hooked up on my new build. They claim the system has been hooked up but their own dashboard has no data a week later. Workers have shown up to work on the system without notice or announcing themselves. The system might be great if it ever works.

Did not have good experience. I had to call multiple times maybe 15 times to check the status and why activation it's blocked. I had to go back and forth between pge and sunnova. Sunnova made me pay upfront for panels but it was bad experience to get the service activated. I had to pay all the electricity bills for 3-4 months delay. If you pay upfront for some service you do expect better than the experience I had.
