They take a long a long time ( setting dates after previous visits) to get things set up , actually the structural part was set up but the hookup takes a while and our yard looks like crap thanks to them. its been over 2 months maybe three we nave been waiting for them to finish the job. They show us a rating off five stars from their brochure. The people that set up the panels were very kind, but it's all a matter of tome when the inspector gets there to approve the work which is about a months wait another crew shows up a couple weeks later to install panels boxes for electrical. Were still waiting since early April it is now July.

Not really happy with this company at the moment. I am trying to deal with this company to pay them . But because my husband is on the loan from them they will not help me out. Never mind that he has gave them authorization more than several times to talk to me. It is very frustrating. I will say that the lady that was on the phone with me when I went off was very professional. (It wasn't her fault-so I apologized). On the system. It is not producing as much as I would like. Still getting electric bills.

I mean over all they did great job, the term is longer but, there is service assurances on production. When ever I call customer service they always help me out with my concerns. I'm really surprised that the reviews are so bad here.

Sunnova has the best solar rates hands down. They do not increase over time like all the rest do . I tell people this and for some weird reason they go somewhere else . It’s crazy but true .

It was an extremely easy install. Communication was great. Very happy with the service and the design of the system. You can't even tell I have solar. Panels are on back of house and the switchover was seamless.

We have had the system on our roof for one year now. The sales department was great, quick and easy installation. But after having it for a while and seeing our bills and the constant fight with DWP the solar co. has been no help. There customer service sucks!!!! They told me to call DWP if I had a problem with the bill. They do not listen or call you back. I really need help with getting thru to them that they are over charging me for the service, it does not cover my bill and I am still getting charged from DWP. I am actually paying more now then before we go solar. So I say it is a rip off I would not do it again. If I could take it off and throw it in the alley I would.

There was a lot of prep to get solar installed and the various teams of people doing their part was impressive. I needed to get my roof reshingled and a large tree cut down. The solar install team did a great job as well.
