The construction took a long time to complete which was annoying. The quality was great and the personnel was also great. There were some issues with getting the panels on the roof but the crew figured it out. They initially got stuck in the retention pond which was a terrible idea anyway.

Very little communication from the start. I hope my system is doing what it is supposed to but no analysis from anyone so far. Not sure when my first payment is due and how much to r pect from TECO. Ruben A from Protec said that my deficit balance with Teco because of my levelized payment would be taken care of and he promised a $250 Visa for being a senior and another $250 Visa for being a veteran. I’ve tried to contact him about this but no luck!!

Technicians promptly arrived at all scheduled appointments. Every step taken during installation was relayed to the homeowner (me). So far, everything is running smoothly since my solar activation a month ago, and I do not anticipate any issues.

I didn't like the fact that at the time of installation I was charged fifteen hundred dollars for some part that was supposedly not included in my contract. I thought it was bad faith and thought about canceling everything. The person who charged me said he would pay out of his own pocket. I didn't understand what happened and I didn't like it. I also didn't like the fact that one of the installers used my bathroom. He used it and left the toilet all dirty.

We love the solar panels. Set up was great except the guy smoking while up on the roof or on our property. Rest of the guys were awesome. They did not inform PP&L they were ready to start. So we ended up paying another whole month to PP&L which stinks. They did not inform us that there was a problem connecting until we called then all of a sudden we got all these emails about a problem. That’s not ok. Anyone working on the project was very professional and nice but the one smoker. These little things were not ok

sunnova let me know my inverter wasn't operating via email. They sent me a new one, to be installed by someone they ise. All at no cost to me as I was still under warranty. It took 6-weeks without solar and about $600. in money I owed to my electric company (SDGE). How I missed it while it was out!!!

I have 27 panels and Tesla power wall. Currently my PG&E bill is in the plus as in they owe me money. Recently power charges have gone up by 200% and I still have a credit. I don’t use excessive power but we are comfortable in all seasons. Thank you Sunnova.

The installation was painless but took longer to get up and running due to a generator hook-up issue on our end but once it started running we realized a savings right away and the last 4-5 months we paid 0 on our electric bill, except for the $151 per month rental for the solar system. My only complaint was waiting for so long for Duke energy to do what they had to do. Our panels were up on the roof ready to go for 5 weeks before everything got settled with duke. Very happy with sunnova they were pretty fast in getting out to our home and fixing the problem, unfortunately we needed a new inverter so it took a few extra days but it was minimal. They were there when they said they would, were in contact with us the whole time about the process and installed fairly fast, definitely happy with the service
