I was always kept informed of progress a very professional easy to work with company . Work was performed on time with no mess ,very polite associates and install crew who knew their job, installation of 17 panels and associated wiring took about 5 hours .Thank you ION Solar.

So happy to have a solar installed on my house and with the electricity I've already been producing it was a great decision. The process with Ion Solar was very smooth and everyone at Ion was super helpful guiding me through the installation process. However, I'm knocking one star off (for now) as there could have been one extra step to double check with HOA approval before scheduling install date but that is both on me and Ion.

The process was overall very smooth. They do all the legwork for you. They are pretty good at communicating and scheduling. I wish the sales associate would reach out more along the process instead of simply at the beginning. Overall process from start to finish takes several months which was also not explained. Only reasons for not getting 5 stars.

The whole process was very smooth and worry free on my part. Ion Solar took care of everything through the whole process of getting inspections, installations, etc. -- they kinda have to because it's complicated and if left to the customer, there would likely be problem after problem. I just got my panels turned on and no problems so far.

The salesman was a little pushy but I understand it is his living. We were already to go Solar before we were contacted by your company so we were a little amused at his style. The installation crew was very professional and quick. `. The wait between the Installation of the system and operational date was way too long (ie over 30 days). However we are glad that it is sdone and operational.
