Ion solar was extremely Amazing about there production, nolage, and very helpful with what's going on with my processes to getting everything set up. They called or e mailed me about when, or who, was coming to set up my solar. I already have two other family and friends going to have a there house set up. I just want to Thank all of them for making this so easy as possible and getting the job completed.

Tom D is the guy to ask for if you want your solar panel project in your house. He will be with you every step of the way and will always have your back. I ask him for everything and always have an answer. He explained the whole process to us and made it very simple to understand. Our project manager was equally awesome as Tom, they did all the leg work for us, and nothing up front. Great to work with and honest people. The team that came and installed my panels finished in one day. Very respectful, courteous and professional. Highly recommend this to anyone

Ion Solar is a great company. Their employees - from the sales staff to the on site installation resources - are kind, professional, knowledgeable and well informed. They are focused on getting the system installed and functional as quickly and efficiently as possible, while also willing and able to answer any questions one might have during the process.

Working with Ion Solar was a pleasure. Everyone was patient, kind & considerate, & answered all my questions. M. Rowley made sure I understood the step by step process & understood the new terminology I was learning. I received my 1st electric bill 12/7/18 after one month of being on line with Ion Solar. I had a 53.00 credit! That made my day! One less bill to pay! I have not had any problems with my new system, I don't notice a difference in power service.

We had a great experience working with Ion Solar, in every stage of the process. The initial approach and sales conversations were very professional and educational, and helped us make the best decision for our needs. The preparation and work phases also, excellent employees and good communication all along the way. Now that we are up and live with our own solar power, we are very happy.

The energy adviser Justin G presented ION solar to us and my wife and I thought that it would be a good choice to go Solar. So we sign up with Justin who said that it would take awhile for everything the fall into place. It seemed like a long while before anything was happening then we heard from Micheal R our Project manger. He keep us informed as to what was happening next. This is very important, keeping us imformed makes it feel like you haven't beeen forgotten. The people that installed the unit were very quick and professional.

Two weeks ago Chad W and his lovely assistant came by to offer my family a fabulous deal on solar panels for our home. The presentation was so thorough we decided we Had to have it. Unfortunately after consideration we decided we had to cancel our contract for now. However, when we are able to go through with it I will not hesitate to call Mr. W to set us up with ION SOLAR POWER,

I've been very pleased with ION. They installed my system in Feb of 2018 and I have been enjoying no power bill for a few months now. The only thing I pay my power company is the connection fee which is a flat fee I guess each month no matter what. My interactions with every employee was overall good. There was some miscommunication with the installers showing up earlier than expected, but when they give you a window of time to show up, you generally dont expect them to be right on time! I would recommend ION to my friends and family.

I have had many solar companies come by my home. I spoke to a couple of them but did not like what they offered, so I quit talking to them. After about a month ION showed up at my door. I decided to listen one more time. I was amazed by what they had to offer. ION has been great. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

I like the service I received from this company, the equipment is attractive and impressive. after the installation was complete on my home, several neighbors like it so much they purchased the same system. I live in Hercules Ca. My rep go's by the name Mario and I can tell you, he is very knowledgeable and always available when ever me are my neighbor call. I don't usually give reviews, I had to this is one of the best purchase I have made.

Once clered by the local utility, ION had our system installed and ready to produce power in something like 3 days. Their installation was professional, and very clean and neat. We had occassion to contact customer service shortly after "going live". There was a representative at our home the very next day. As it turns out, I was the problem! Great service!!!!!!

ION was a life saver. I looked at 7 different companies and couldn't make a decision because nobody really stood out as a better company. I saw an ION truck in my neighborhood and reached out to them to see what they offered. Their pricing was better than most of the companies I contacted and their products were the best available so they led the pack regarding the products they offered but their service was so much better and to me, that's one of the most important things. I'm happy I purchased from ION and I am super happy with my system.

I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism of the salesperson and his knowledge. He was able to answer all of my questions and help us make the best decision for our home. With the reviews out there we were impressed that all of our expectations were met and exceeded. With the increases in the energy rates we've seen on a year to year basis its baffling why more people don't take advantage of Solar. Vision has my vote now and with anyone that asks about our system.

We bought panels and went into service with Ion Solar on March 22, 2024. We paid for a 4,200 Watt system including 10 panels. We discussed that our roof would require replacement imminently, preferably in the next two to three months and that we were not interested in having to go through hurdles or extra costs to remove and replace the panels shortly after having them installed. We would rather wait, or go with a different company if this was not included. Our rep, McCallum Smith reassured us that this would be included and should not be a dealbreaker. Ion has not honored the lift and replace that was agreed-upon. After repeated calls and escalations, we have been told that a lift and replace would need to be listed in the contract and that they rarely do that, although we were told that it was Ion's policy. We received a quote on June 18th, 2024, asking for $3,990 to remove the panels we just had installed two months prior. The rep, McCallum, who told us to call him if any issues arose, has since been fired from Ion. His manager let me know that she does not even have jurisdiction in Texas and was unaware of him offering that. It was the only reason we signed when we did, or with Ion at all. The 'extras', which we were told the 'lift and replace' should have been included under, show lightbulbs and a thermostat (neither of which were asked for or ever received) and gives no indication that a service such as lift and replace would be included in there. Management/Customer Service has been repeatedly unhelpful after hours of phone calls. We even offered to buy more panels to make up for the inefficiency of what we were recommended. We cannot replace our roof (now more than a year overdue) without voiding the warranty on the panels, and we cannot add more panels without replacing the roof. We cannot afford to give 4000 more dollars for a lift and replace on top of a system that is already underserving our needs. I've spoken with 6 different people on the phone in a variety of positions and each time I've been asked to explain the entire situation over again. Twice I have been offered a quote for a full roof replacement in their confusion. Their response through the Better Business Bureau is below: "NO EMPLOYEE OR REPRESENTATIVE OF CONTRACTOR IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY PROMISE TO YOU THAT IS NOT CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT (WHICH INCLUDES THE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION DOCUMENTS) CONCERNING COST SAVINGS, TAX BENEFITS, OR GOVERNMENT OR UTILITY INCENTIVES. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY UPON ANY PROMISE OR ESTIMATE THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AGREEMENT." The sales tactic was dishonest and predatory, and was easily solved by any due diligence or transparency from our sales person, his manager (who let us know that most of what he told us was not correct to begin with), or any other Ion representative at any point during this process. Ion's policy thus far has been that (in short form) we should not have believed their sales person and now that we've signed, we're "out of luck"- so take their advice and *do not buy from any of their sales people directly*. Do not sign anything until every single thing has been addressed and put in a document, and record all of your conversations.
