They had the best pricing and the best service. Project management was good, they explained everything. The supervisor also helped me out. They took me through every step of the way and told me how to work everything out. For installation everyone showed up on time and their customer service was really good. They were very knowledgeable and got me up and started. It was a really good experience.

Everybody was aware of what is going on. When I called to find out when the folks would be coming to install or the status of my roof, I was always answered right away. They were fast, clean, and obviously effective installing the panels. I have a much lower electric bill, I got my money back from the power company.

They did a fine job of keeping things on track and keeping the project moving forward. Installation was very smooth. My electric bills in the past summer months was basically non existent because I chose to purchase the system. The only thing is that I could have used a little more support after the install. I'd liked it if they had given me some more support in understanding the SRAC and how to use solar better.

I haven't had any issues with them. The installation process was perfect. I'm just paying for the panels and they cancel out my electric bills. The one issue that I had was the guy who signed me up. He tried to make some promises that he couldn't keep. Once I signed the papers and committed he didn't come back or said anything. Just make sure your sales reps don't promise things that they can't follow through with.

The service and installation have been good. The only thing is that we weren't notified with enough time about the time when the installation was going to happen. Other than that our BG and E bills are going down significantly. The only feedback that I have is to make sure that some of the discussions that take place with the sales man are reiterated to the people that install the system.

I like the financing package that was provided. All I have to pay is for the solar panels, and the cost savings they were able to show me. Plus, their Project Management Team was excellent and well organized. They had good communication skills. I actually like the way the panels look on the house. They are a reputable company, and have a good Angie's List rating. Plus, they have the option to prepay for it in the future, if you don't want to buy it right away.

The thing I like best about it was that they consulted me about where they would have to run the pipes containing the wires, and the placing of other things. Overall, I'm very pleased. Overall, I think this is a good company to work with- I reviewed solar providers and shopped around quite a bit before signing with them, and their employees are hard working with good intentions. My rating is skewed on the low end, however, because the installed system delivers approx 20% lower kWh than promised when i signed because the original estimate greatly overestimated the number of panels that could be placed on the southern-facing roof. When this was discussed with me prior to install, the discussion focused entirely on the aesthetics of panel placement on the house, and I was not informed that the production would be less and would no longer cover my annual power consumption. Solar Energy World finally explained this to me 6 months later when I called to ask why production was less than expected. They apologized profusely for the "poor communication", but could not provide any remedy, claiming that their production warranties are tied to the number of panels purchased, and not the annual production estimate that was at the top of my contract. I do not believe the company was intentionally misleading- they make deliver good products and the install looks great- but the lack of communication in my specific situation and unwillingness to remedy the lower than anticipated energy production are the reasons I cannot recommend them quite as highly to my friends and neighbors as I did before.

It took longer to do part of the operation when I saw it and then I had to do some follow up which wasn't good. I have no trouble with my system now. I had to have the panels removed and they were pulled off and put in the wrong place when I wasn't there.

I got a lot of recommendations that they were a good company. There were a couple situations where I had to kind of call back and follow up with them because I was waiting on things and they they didn't call me when they were supposed to and it took a long time to get it worked out. I'm not seeing all the savings that they promised me.

I had one issue that took a long time and many calls to different numbers to get it fixed. After we got the right part that was the only issue I had. I saw that in 10 years we'll be getting our money back from the panels.

I wanted to save money on my electric bill, and I'm not entirely happy with the system they got me. The salesman said I'd get an extra hundred dollars a month by switching to solar, and that was true for the first month. After the following months, I was getting only an extra of 3-4 dollars a month. The installation process was fine, but the overall savings of the solar panels isn't worth it to me.

The technician that helped us was extraordinarily knowledgeable. The majority of individuals we've dealt with had a few delays in getting the final certification, which was a little frustrating.
