I had an issue where our panels weren't working properly for a while, and didn't send someone out. Customer service is not very responsive, but everything works fine. The installation process was fast, smooth, and efficient. I wish they had sent someone out to help after installation, because I felt kind of left on my own.

The panels have been pretty self-sufficient, and we have a link on our computer that tells us how much energy we're generating. The installers were very professional and told us what we needed for them to do their job. We haven't had a breakdown since we've had installing. We've been extremely pleased with this company.

Everything has been good. The installation went smoothly and it looks great, the wiring is not even visible from the road. The only thing I'd change is the style of bracket that they use, that way it won't be noticeable at all. Thanks to this we had a surplus of energy last month.

They were going around calling people and I since they seemed reasonable in terms of ideas and prices, I decided to get them. I haven't had any problems with them so far. One good thing about it was that recently, during a big storm, a lot of people lost electricity in their houses. I didn't lose mine and was very happy about that.

Low price for high quality work. Installation happened in one day. Very helpful through most of the process, including applying for the MEA grant. -1 Star because it took a long time from signature to turn-on (might not be Solar Energy World's fault), and some communications difficulties regarding SRECs and permits.

I would have rated them a 10 but apparently the installation has problems. Everything was great but apparently the system is underproducing electricity. Since I am paying an agreed upon fee based on an expectation of solar, I think I may end up paying more for solar than I did for the utility company's power. A technician won't be out for another month to figure out what's going on so I am disappointed to say the least!

We chose them through a co-operative we joined and they already had Solar Energy World as their provider. The installation process was frustrating; there was a lot of problems and they had to come several times to fix it. I am not sure if that everyone who was involved had the skills that they needed to actually do the right job. As of now, we''ve been very happy, we have no electricity bills so we were able to cover more than we anticipated.

The only thing I would like to mention is that the installers did not clean the area they worked on. I hope they could bring their own cleaning materials after they work at a client''s house.

The salesman explained everything extremely well and the price was better than what I had seen. The installation went reasonably well, it just took them a long time to get out. After that everything went extremely well. Despite having a relatively small set of panels, we hardly had any electric bill for the whole year.

I didn't know anything about solar, but they got all my questions answered and they seemed to know what they were talking about. The installation went very well. I think I had a good discount somewhere on my electric bill. Other than that, I think they should get their act together organization-wise and do a little better at that, but I know it's a new project too.

The installation team were really really good. They showed up on time and were very courteous and clean. They got the job done. I haven't had to pay any electricity bills other than the connection fee. However I was very dissatisfied to learn that they botched the paperwork for me to get my county credit this year. I should've gotten $2500 off my property taxes but some of the forms they sent out weren't reaching my county and they knew it. They claimed that they submitted these forms in November but didn't follow up with me. I found out because I had to pay those $2500 when I wasn't expecting to. I would rather they had said they didn't have the paperwork so I could've done it myself. Don't rely on them for paperwork.

For the most part it was pretty good. We did have some difficulties at a couple of stages in the process, mainly in the interaction with the county and some issues with the permit.
