When customer service came out to help me, he spoke truthfully. He didn't try to upsell the product and compared the price to other solar companies. Solar Energy World was the most price reasonable. The install team was great. They were on time, cleaned up, and they didn't leave me with any unanswered questions. I felt working with the team. I compared 3 of the bigger companies and decided to go with them because they're here in Maryland. Besides, their service is great and the rate that they gave me was very affordable. The installation was done very quickly. They showed up on time and helped us do a lot of cleaning and moving in the attic area before they could install things. Everything was taken care of and they actually finished early. They were very professional and neat. I haven't gotten my first bill yet but I'm looking forward to saving some money. I am tired of BG&E and their charges. Every newly built house should have solar.

We talked to several companies, and they just seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional. We told them we wanted German panels specifically, they said they could get that and worked with us on the pricing of everything. Everything was excellent. Things went exactly as they described them and we had no problems with anything. The installation took about a day and a half. The technicians that came out were very respectful to our family and dogs. They cleaned up after themselves and checked on everything before they left to make sure everything was done. They also told us what that we should get the generator hooked up in case of a power outage. They were just excellent. We've already seen a decrease in our energy usage because of the panels. They've been a wonderful company to work with.

My experience with them has been very positive from beginning to end. Their customer service is excellent, they communicate very well. They worked with us so we could get what we needed. We were always kept informed of what the next step would be and what to expect down the road. They answered my questions and always responded in a timely manner. The installation was fast, effective, and clean. They made sure they were not being intrusive to our activities and did their best to hide pipes, tubing, and conduits so it wasn't obvious from the outside. It has only been in place for a few days, but it seems that the energy that the panels generate is going to help us financially. They've got a good business model.

I went online and reviewed several companies before picking them. The gentleman that came up and told me about the solar energy package was very knowledgeable and not very pushy. He just gave me all the options and gave me a phone number I could call if I was interested or wanted to talk more about it. He just let me think about it before making the decision. Everything was done the way it was supposed to be done and I felt involved in the process from beginning to end. The people that managed everything were very informative. They continuously gave me updates and answered all my questions. The installation team was very good. They explained everything they were going to do, showed up on time, and didn't leave any mess or anything behind. They also did it all fairly quickly. It did take a while to get verification and have everything approved beforehand, but I'm glad I did it. I didn't want to rush the job, I just wanted things to be done right the first time. So far I've only seen minimal results. I mean, we've only had it for a couple of months since we started in February but one of my electric bills has been significantly lower than the previous ones. I expect that as the weather gets a little warmer it will have significant effects on my bills.

We shopped around and talked to a couple of different companies before picking them. I liked their customer service and my experience meeting the representatives was good. I just liked doing business face to face with a local company. We've had it for less than a month now, so we haven't seen much yet, but we're anticipating to save some money. The project management team was very good. They were organized and communicated well and in a timely manner with us. They showed up when they said they would and also gave us a realistic estimate of how long it would take to complete the project. The installation itself was easy and very painless. The only thing is that SunRun, the company that Solar Energy World works with to provide their paper agreements, has been a little slow to respond to us. Besides that, I wish we had a way to know just how much we're reducing our carbon footprint by using their panels. That is one of the main reasons we're doing this after all.

We looked at 7 different companies and compared the cost per kilowatt per hour as well as their willingness to work with us to maximize the amount of solar power that we got. They were very responsive and also gave us a list of previous customers that we could contact to get their feedback. They were just excellent, so we signed up with them. Everything has been great, they're very professional and amazing. The installation people did a great job and their customer service is always responsive to any questions that we have. They answer our emails immediately. Since we started on January 20th, we have gotten 1200 kilowatt hours of electricity. They are just wonderful and so far have given us no problems.

I went with them just because they made it easy. Their management team was very professional and courteous. The installation itself was very simple. They just came out, put everything up, and that was it. It was a one day process. I've only had them working for a month, so I don't know how it's doing yet. Actually, I wish they had given me a brochure or something like that that explained what the panels do. I mean, they did walk me through some of that and showed me everything but I'd like to have more information about the numbers on the panels and what they mean. I'm just one of those people that likes to know what's going on.

I got quotes from several different companies and they were one of the most compelling options in terms of the costs and the warranty that they had. The installation was flawless and done in one day. I have been very satisfied with their people, they have been very professional, courteous, and prompt. I've already seen a decrease in my bills and I really love depending more on green energy. The one thing we were hoping to get that they do not have was a programmable thermostat that you can control from an app. Other companies offered that but they didn't have it. Still, we're fully satisfied with it.

They have everything warrantied and guarantied. They have fixed rates so the payment that you make today is the same you make 20 years from now. They send me credits consistently. I'm only paying for the panels based on my what I was paying through the electrical company, so I'm only paying a quarter of what I used to pay, that's a 75% in savings. The other companies have a lot of hidden fees. Their rates change monthly, so you never know what you're paying. I knew several people that went with SolarCity and Vivint Solar and they had terrible deals. They're not saving any money and at times they're paying even more. The installation process didn't take very long, they were prompt, they didn't come out unprepared, they worked straight through, and it only took about 4 days to got it done. They inspected the roof and made sure that the shingles were in good condition. I've seen other houses that SolarCity did and they have three layers of shingles on their roof, that's not good at all. Those panels had to get redone in short period of time so they didn't just throw the panels on the roof. Solar Energy World took a lot of care in what they did, so, I definitely recommend them to other people. If there's a problem, they call you right away. I had a problem and they're the one that called me and told me that I wasn't producing electricity. They sent somebody out, checked the system and solved the difficulty immediately.

Unlike other companies we looked at, Solar Energy World was the best overall. Their representative was friendly and the knowledge was there. They were able to answer all of my questions. The installation was quick, efficient, and easy and they were also very dedicated. They were here until 7:30 at night for 2 nights in a row to get the stuff done. Our electricity bill has gone down and we've been able to provide most of our electricity through solar panels. We're pleased that we're using cleaner energy. The only thing I'd like to ask them is to give the option to purchase a little sooner than every 5 years. Maybe every 2-3 years paying up and the option to purchase the system would be best.

I consider what Solar Energy World provides superior to the other options available. The installation process was clean and efficient. The back of my house faces south and they installed the panels there. They took all the wires and tubes outside my house and took them all through the attic and down through the interior of my garage. That's where they put the inverter. The outside of my house looks pristine unlike other places that have wires running in every direction. As for saving, I have used my air-conditioning a lot and my rates still went down. I'm saying $101 every month instead of having to pay $400 for my utility bill and I keep the temperature in the house nice and cool at around 72 degrees. I think they should provide current clients with an invitation package to pass on to neighbors so they can get more people to subscribe.

The project management was excellent. I asked a lot of questions 'cause I didn't know much and I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I'd be getting. They sat down with me and answered all my questions, I was very pleased. I was also surprised by the installation. It was very organized and neat. They stuck to the schedule and finished on time, my house looked great. The billing is the best part of all. My winter one would usually be like $400, $450, $500 and my summer would be similar because I use a lot of air conditioning. Since I got Solar Energy I have a negative bill from PepCo, I still got $29 on my credit bill. I haven't had to pay a bill in months. I don't have any fears of losing power anymore. I know that when the Sun comes out I will have power, and I have more saved in my home just in case.

The company has the expertise to do projects well and their cost structure is much better than any of the big chains that have expensive overhead. I wasn't pleased that we didn't get the information that our incentives for the county wouldn't be given to us until later on our property tax but as far as the service and installation and everything else I was very pleased with. I think the panels are fairly attractive. It seems to be doing what it is supposed to. They were very professional; they came out they told us exactly what they were going to do. It took a couple of days and they were very efficient.

Their customer service is great because they don't contract anything out. The installation process took three days and they communicated with me before and after, it was flawless. I spent a lot of time designing it with my salesman and I was very happy with the way the design came out. I actually went to the warehouse and looked at the different panels and was able to choose one I wanted.

Whenever there was an issue they immediately took care of it. The installers were were great and they were very friendly, cordial, and clean. There was some bad weather one day and they they couldn't finish because of the roof with icy but they just came back next day and took pick up right where they left off and it was just a very pleasant experience.

They always take care of you. Whenever we need their help we just call them and they take care of it. We have a ground mount and it's extra heavy duty for the wind and the installation was very technical in relation with all the wires in underground and everything else that goes on. They did their tunneling through some very difficult places to get the wires in they got the panels up and did an excellent job.

We have had some issues because something broke and they had to come here and I don't know exactly what broke but electric bill went back to normal for about three or four months before they came in and fixed it. I think it's broken again because I saw my electric bill go back up, I think they have some kind of system that kinda notifies them with things are broken. I haven't heard from anyone but I'm hoping they will come out and realize something is broken without me having to call, but I haven't heard from them yet. I just want them to do little bit more of a preemptive of maintenance before things will go back to working, if there was an issue that I would like to see them catch whatever the faulty devices quicker instead of having to wait two months.

The install was seamless. They went up it went up in two days and then it looks like three or four days to get the wiring inside done so it was pretty seamless. We've had it right over twelve years old now and it has stayed true the whole time, we've had no glitch. Well I paid a lot for my system because I bought it so long ago and it hasn't paid for itself yet.

It was a great installation. I've only had it for year and in that year it seems excellent and maintenance free. Excellent to do business with. Anybody in this state who doesn't deal with them and doesn't have solar panels in their yard or on their house is a fool.

We priced three different solar companies, and our salesman did a great job and was very informative. He was good to talk to and took his time to explain everything to us, how things worked, and all the different engineering aspects. I haven't had any problems with the panels. They've worked since day one, and installation went well. It turns out my panels are generating as much or a tad more than the salesman had told me to anticipate. I really like the sun power monitoring system, and I was able to get property tax credit.

They should always recommend the critter guard. I didn't have it when I first got my solar panels put on but over the years the trees grow higher and I guess crows are living underneath my solar panels so this year I had to pay to have my solar panels taken down and then put back up with the critter guard. But despite that, the installation was great and my electric bill isn't that high. They're very helpful.

We've only really met with one person, but they were really good, they answered all the questions we had. The only problem that we ran into is that we speak Vietnamese in my home and they had no one that could help us translate for some of the older people like my father. Because of that, it was hard to convince him to even consider solar energy. Aside from that, things went well. The installation was very hands off, we didn't have to do anything and they gave us no problems. The most apparent benefit that we've had is that our bills are lower.

Overall it has been good but I've had some issues with the installation. The subcontractors that came up had to do some underground wiring but they didn't do a very good job with that. I'll have to reach out to Solar Energy World to come and correct the situation. Other than that it is a little early to tell how much I'll save, but it appears that I'll be paying less money for my electricity bill. Apparently it takes about a year to really determine how much you're actually saving. I wish that they had a way to let the solar panels produce my electricity when my power company is out or not working'

I like everything about them and the way they do business The management team was great. They did everything they said they were going to do and in the time they said they'd do it. We had already seen information from other solar companies, but their numbers were all fictitious. That's why when the salesman for Solar Energy World came around and showed us good numbers, we went with it. Installation was odd. I don't think they gave us a date for when they would show up. We just woke up one day and they were working in our roof. They stayed and made sure that things were finished before wrapping up the last check. They had to come back on the next day since there was a component, a cellular modem, that was harder to install. For the most part it went well, but one of the electricians almost burst the geothermal in our house. They didn't ask us if we had anything buried or checked with our utilities to notify them or anything. They just went and put rods in the ground right next to it. Luckily enough it didn't break. Still, it reduced my energy bill for the month of January, that has helped a lot since it has been really cold

I decided based on the reviews I read online. Both the management team and installation crew were excellent. Even though we had really bad weather, they worked hard and got things installed on time. I've noticed a slight decrease in my electric bill but, as I said, the weather has not been too great. It has been pretty cloudy, but once it starts getting warmer I'm expecting to see better results.

I felt pretty confident in the sales representative that I talked to, so I just went with it. The management team was very professional. They came out to do the survey and kept me informed throughout the entire project. Afterwards, they also followed up and made sure that everything was still going well. The installation was very easy. It took them 3 days to do it but they did that despite the fact it was rainy most of the time. They just got the job done. They had electricians and installers putting down the ground lines and everything. They did everything well and were very efficient. I've seen some benefits to having the panels, they do very well when it's sunny out. I can't control the weather though and lately it has been unusually cloudy. I'm still very pleased with it.
