Customer support was very communicative and responsive to inquiries I've had. The installation took place over 2-3 days and it was fairly straightforward. There were a few minor errors, but after the install they cleaned up. One thing I don't like is that the data from my panels is a little disorganized online, so it's hard to understand. There was also a small discrepancy from the advertised solar production and the actual production.

The rep that helped me was very knowledgeable. I had to call customer service numerous times for financial information. They were helpful when I was asking the questions. When it came time for installation, they went on the roof and did it. It was the most expensive part of the system, and cost me $50,000.

Installation went well, we thought we'd have to replace shingles or boards, but everything went well. We have had no problems and they did a great job. We recommend them all the time. One thing I would say I don't like is that we're not getting credits anymore with this company.

When I called customer service, they couldn't actually answer my questions, they just sent me something about how to set it up. The installation process went flawlessly. The materials they used are good quality, and we don't see any flaws in what they used. When my representative came down, he didn't disclose that each year's payment would go up until it's fully paid.

We had a little problem with the installation. There was some bad weather and it was hard for them to get up and down and they ended up digging up parts of my yard. But after they got it in they came back with landscaping people and put a lot of grass seed and everything in that area of my yard probably goes better than the rest of it. It's saving us a lot of money. We really liked the sales rep Patrick who worked with us to get our panels.

I went online and searched through energy companies before picking them. They have been excellent. I've never had any kind of issues with them. The people that came to install things were very professional and courteous. They made sure that everything was cleaned up after they were done. We haven't seen a great deal of improvement in our energy usage because the weather has just been really cold. The electric bill has gone down a bit, so I'm sure that as the days get longer and the sun comes out, it's going to give us good savings. We're perfectly satisfied with it.

I looked into several companies and they just seemed to be the kind of people that are easy to talk with. It wasn't so sophisticated that I couldn't figure it out, but it worked. They've done everything that they said they would do when they said they would do it. The installation was done efficiently and it took 2 days or so.

One of the bigger reasons why I picked them was that the installation was free and there was no big upfront cost. They have been great and explained everything to me. If I ever need to contact them, they respond quickly. I was not here during the installation but from what I heard it was all done very quickly. It took them less than a day to do it. They did everything and cleaned up any mess they may have made very well. Now I don't have an electric bill anymore.

So far everything has been very good. It's a bit too soon to see any benefits from it though. The only slightly negative thing so far has been that the person that came to do the installation on the attic left finger prints on the access panel.

I compared, researched online and picked them because they had the best price and a lot of positive testimonies from other customers. I think they've done a good job. They are generally very responsive and knowledgeable. They answered any question that came up promptly. When it came to the forms and tax information though they were a little slow. The installation was a pretty efficient process and it went without a problem. Currently it's saving us around 900 ' 1000 kilowatts of energy a day. In the long term it can save us a lot of money.

It was an easy and quick installation, and their team was friendly and did a great job. Solar Energy World is a company that provides a long term solution that lets us to decrease our cost. However, there are no real benefits in myself or my family or my paycheck, but that we''ve got peace of mind that they''re producing clean green energy to offset the oil company. The suggestions that I would have is to do the cost comparison between what you are currently paying and what are you going to pay in a monthly fee. Also, the amount of energy that you are going to use during a specific time of the year and the long term cost of sticking with your current energy provider.

The installation was done very quickly, however, they ignored one of the boxes that they put on the house, so I did not have energy for two month after they were finished. I was a little disappointed. Another thing is that the salesman mentioned that they would take care of letting us know about the information for the tax credits and the amount that DTE would be paying to us. But I''ve never hear a thing about that anymore.

Our project management team was okay but there were issues with the roof. Since I couldn't go up, one of my neighbors who was putting on a new roof did us the favor of taking pictures of our roof. There were holes in the places where the installers had considered installing the panels. After they changed their position, they left the old holes there. It was a concern because there were also some damaged shingles and we thought water would filter through the holes. Apparently someone came to fix that but I haven't been told anything and since I can't access the roof I don't know what it looks like. Other than that I haven't really seen the benefits from the panels yet. My utility bill is still higher than the summer before when I had no panels. I wish they had advised me better about the position of the panels because I think the trees behind my house block the sun. They told me to wait a bit longer since the savings spread over the whole year but I'm just not happy with the savings so far.
