The presentation that they gave was pretty good and gave me all the information that I needed to make my decision. The whole process was awesome. The sales person that I talked to was very knowledgeable and kept me notified of everything throughout the whole thing. She was actually there during the installation too. It made me feel that there was always someone there to make sure that things were done right. So far I've gotten 3 bills and all of them have been for $99. Now that the daylight is going to be out for longer I expect the panels to provide much more energy.

I compared them with 2 other companies and since they offered the best product for the best price, I signed up. So far they have been excellent to work with. They were very efficient and communicated well with me. The installation was fine too. They came and informed me of every step they took. Once their business was done, they left and we had no problems. Going with them was a good decision, I've seen savings on my energy bill every month.

I did research on some solar energy magazines and websites. From that it just seemed like they offered the best service for our area and in the country in general, so I signed up. So far everything has been good, the installation itself just took one day. The one problem was that the process, from the time I started the paperwork to the time everything was installed, took an extremely long time. I'm still waiting on a post installation that was promised to me...Still, my electric bill from BG&E has already been cut by one third. Of course, this time of the year the sun is minimal, but once we get into the summer months I expect to save a lot more.

Solar Energy has saved me at least $1400.00 so far and my panels were only installed in Mar of this year! Before my panels were installed I was paying Pepco $200 per month and keeping my AC unit on 75 degrees which was not enough to make it comfortable in the house. I am able to set my air to 70 degrees at night and not have a bill! Thank you Solar energy world!

I picked them because I''ll pay a flat rate over the next 20 years. It doesn't increase as the rate of power increases and it didn't have an escalator cost. The service has been pretty smooth, easy going, and flawless. My power bills have been reduced to only $8. We had an incident where our box went down for two weeks and we did not know until I went outside and noticed that there was no power. They should be a little bit more attentive to their monitoring and make sure things are working properly.

They were excellent, and they went above and beyond what I expected. They kept in communication the whole time and just everything went very smoothly. They told me what they were gonna do and they did what they said they going do. The installation was flawless. The guy showed up and they laid out the schematic for me to review one last time before they did their work. They showed me exactly where the component was going to go and what exactly it would look like.

The installation process took a while but that was because of permits and all of that. Once the installers got there, they were very cooperative and worked quite quickly. Rhere were couple of items that needed to be revisited, but overall they were great. They presented the information thoroughly and did not play games. So far, we have had humongous savings for two thirds of my bills.

I had a neighbor that already was getting solar panels installed. So I talked to one of their representatives and decided to go with them. They did an outstanding job. The installation was great and they explained everything that they were doing. My bill is already cut in half. My only suggestion is that they should advertise more for the company. Their representative explained everything that I had questions about. The installation process was great: 5 days installing a 78 panels system. They put the rails down and put all the panels in place. In July and August we produced more energy than what we were using. We haven't seen an electric bill in 3 months and that's amazing because we had currents going into the grid. The only problem I had once is that one day there were some delays involving my wife getting information and they would have to be forwarded to me. If only they could set two email addresses per account that would be faster.

A lot of other companies that handled solar told me that I didn't have enough pitched to my roof for them to install one. Solar Energy World said no problem and they did it. They were great. The installation was out of this world, they were just in and out, leaving no mess. They were very polite. I haven't had an electric bill since I installed it on my house. I'm very pleased with what I have.

The installation crew they have is very clean, polite, and professional. We've only had it running for a couple of months but our electric bill has dropped significantly. Dealing with project management was very good. It was a well organized project and I was well informed from start to finish. They contacted me, scheduled it, made the appointment time, and if anything had to change they did a good job following through with us. Installation was very methodical and I was very pleased with them. My only complain is that it took a long time to get it started because they seemed to be overbooked. Once they got started though they finished in the set amount of time. As for savings, I went from paying an average of $300 a month to $110 in the past year. I only wish they advertised better or offered more rewards for referrals. Since it's a great product and it helps the environment, I'd like to see Solar Energy World engage more people so that they make the change. I'm totally satisfied with it.

I received something in the mail from Solar Energy. I had never heard of them, but they got me thinking so I looked it up. From the feedback I saw, it looked stronger and better than its competitors so I contacted them, set up an appointment, and talked to them. The people there all seemed to know what they were doing. So far according to the meter they put on the house the system has generated more electricity than what we use. I recommended Solar Energy World for a presentation at the local rotary club and they made a really good impression. It was extremely valuable for them. I only had one issue with the contractor. He damaged the corporate line at the end of the house because he thought it was a root. But it was not a big deal, they resolved the issue.

We like the fact that we can put the panels down in our yard and they can still provide us 100% power. Installation went great, my wife was there for most of it and they never had any problems while they were doing it. They did a great job and finished quickly. The first year we got charged 9 bucks for line fees and the batteries didn't store so much until we built up. Now there ain't no electric bills and we like it. I think they're doing a great job, they should just keep up with what they're doing.

The installation was seamless and went smoothly. My bills lowered but I put in a lot of money in the beginning so I won't see any savings until a few years later. The experience in general has been good, but I'd like them to be explain some things better. I remember them saying something like the federal government would give us this money for green energy. They did not say it was a tax right up. Then we ended up getting it financed through the bank and the rate ended up being 14.75%. I thought that was ridiculous. We had money in the bank so we just paid it. I would have been paying this thing for 20 years if I hadn't done that.

We went to a presentation and Solar Energy World was the most professional looking. The project management team was good. They drew out the layout and told me what to expect. The installation was pretty straightforward and timely. They told me they were going to install and had it completed in the time frame they gave me. I do have a lower utility cost, it dropped about 80% but I thought the bill was going to be zero. The one problem I experienced was the fact that some of my siding was damaged during installation I think. They said it had been damaged before they came, so I went ahead and fixed it. They corrected that a few weeks later and sent me a check to cover the cost. I just wish they had taken the responsibility a little sooner you know. Other than that I was happy with them.

I was very impressed by the salesperson. He told us that the best place to put the panels would be on the rooftop that faces south to get more sun, even though every other company told us to put it on the west because it was bigger. He was the only one that provided this strategic location. After that everything went excellent. The installers were all polite, worked hard, and did really well. We cut down our power bills to zero, the price is negative now. Everything is good except I wish the monitor panel could be changed in the app.

The arguments for the cost and everything was very clear. They sold it really well. The installation process was a breeze, it was quick and very professional. I think they need a written detailed summary. The salesman was good, but he gave us a lot of information, and it was all verbal. Nothing went quite the way it was told to us. There were a lot of actions involved in setting up the panels, which included the county and my utility company. They should've just provided a summary of what the exact process would be, and who to call in case something didn't go as planned. I would have recognized the errors, because I know that Solar Energy World was not involved in all of these situations. Plus, I told them I was going to be out of town on vacation, and they still kept sending me emails. Besides that, the salesman was great, and I love my system. I love the way it works! I just think they should have better instructions for their customer on how the process really works. That would've relieved a lot of stress.

I've seen them install panels in other houses, and their work is clean. That's what really made me go with them. I thought they did very well on the installation. I did have one or two small problems, but they were able to take care of it. Plus, they were very communicative, so everything went by very smoothly. To be honest, I was not happy the first couple of months because I was not seeing any results. After winter time was over, I started to get credit on my utility bills, so it's been a very positive experience so far.

The foreman explained everything, and then I just gave him access to the house and the ability to lock up when they were done. After 3 days, it was complete, and that's all I had to worry about. One of the other things that I've got to mention is that they give me the option to check it over, so yes, it was great!

I read reviews about them, and they were offering me good prices and a good deal, so I decided to go with them. They were very easy to work with, plus, they delivered on time. They were there in schedule and when they said it would be done within a day, they did complete it within a day. On top of that, my electric bill is now zero, and I'm even getting some credit back! The only thing I would suggest is that they should have battery monitoring application. I can monitor how much energy I save, but I cannot say for sure whether the panels are working or not.

They were they would put solar on the cedar shake roof a lot of people won't used cedar shake roofs. Any issues or problems that we have they've address immediately and were always very courteous and helpful. It went smoothly no problems, we didn't have to be home and they cleaned up after themselves it was very smooth.

When it initially turned on, we had a bad storm and it went out and they were within the day to reset it and I had no problems. It's a good product to use, it's definitely met the expectations that they said it would. My summer bills have only been eight dollars a month and that's just the hook up fee.

We chose Solar Energy World because they were local and they combined the two fields that Solar needed which was roofing and electrical. It's sort of hidden. It's hardly visible from the street. It's got a nice flush mount with out roof, so we liked it.
