The install crew arrived an hour early to begin their work, but not necessarily a bad thing for us as someone was already home. The person who worked on our breaker box was thorough and let us know that not everything was properly labeled.

Legacy solar

They completed the installation even though there was a delay in the solar panels being delivered. Also, explanation of how system functioned and that there was an inspection process of the system from city and Ameren. All work completed on the installation on the same day.

They were on time and very polite. Worked hard all day. They had to return to Reno for something they needed. This is a lengthy drive. They returned and finished the job even though it was much later that day. I appreciate the integrity in their promise to return and finish. Very professional.

Easy to work with. They explained every step of the process along the way and have provided consistent support all along the way! When we had to remove the panels in order to install a new roof, they collaborated each step. I highly recommend them if you are interested. We are already saving money each month!

The panel crew left tools and fittings in the yard. Not a lot, but enough I wouldn’t want to run them over with my mower. To be fair it was dark and raining when they finished up about 730/8pm. The gentleman who did the electrical and final connect/inspection I would give 5 stars too! Super easy to talk to, down to earth, was about to dive into the specifics and learn me a thing or two but it was cold and really windy so I cut him off and let him get back to work. But I felt like he would’ve stood there freezing to teach me if I wanted. A nice added touch would be to have a vehicle and/or personal description or pictures of the crew who are showing up at your house. A pic/bio of the crew would really set you apart from others.

Not great communicators in regards the numerous steps involved in the process. If I wasn't calling them to see where we are in the process I would have no communication from them at all. Solar panels installed on March 22, 2022, required electrical panel upgrade installed on April 29th, which we didn't find out we needed until the panels were already on the roof, and the panels still are not "turned on"...waiting, waiting, waiting! Not sure if I would have gone through with solar if I was made aware of the lengthy process, lack of communication, the amount of phone calls required on my end to find out why it's taking so long...so far not impressed.

The installation process was fine, they put one of the solar panels too close to my roof heating and air conditioning unit and that's going to have to move. The representatives were very friendly, courteous, and quite knowledgeable.

LGCY Power promised me a rebate for the first year of payments and I still haven't received it, even though I have been calling practically everyday. The equipment is doing well. It is cheaper than paying for the electricity. But during the installation process, they caused damage to my back porch which still hasn't been fixed. I requested them to fix it because the screws went all way through the roof.

Everything was great. Haven't had any issues since it was installed. Install was excellent. They arrived on time. My service person was very knowledgeable and contacted me about all the updates, when the installation would happen and all of that so we could plan on getting everything in order on time.

The install went smooth and the panels work as promised. My only disappointment was from the sells rep. He promised 6 months of free bill coverage and I haven't seen that as of yet. I tried to reach out to him on several occasions and he doesn't reply. I'm not sure if that promotion will come later. Please reach out to me for more details.

The scheduling is terrible. The installation took longer than expected. The final inspection was scheduled for a date prior to the install and getting ahold of anyone to ask questions is nearly impossible. I am very disappointed with the whole process to this point

I would have given them 5 stars but I like them to keep working hard to earn the business. It was a slow start to hook everything up but once the permits came in all went smoothly. So far all is good with the system. I wish I could buy a system but for now it’s all good.

I had issue with them during installation. The roof or the ceiling of my house when they were putting up the panels and the sales person said he put in kick it to make it fit, but now it fixed so I'm good. I'm satisfied.

The solar panels were installed in a timely fashion, and all inspections completed. But Titan Solar has yet to turn on the solar panels. We have contacted them twice during the past month, but no response on when the system will be turned on. We have begun payments on the solar loan this month and are still connected to Duke Energy. We are paying our regular Duke Energy bill and the additional solar payment with no solar yet. We are very disappointed with the lack of response from Titan Solar. Please light a fire under their back side and get this system operating.

So happy we got solar from Legacy. From beginning to end, they were so easy to deal with and had amazing customer service. Our area has terrible WiFi and the tech support helped us to get the best possible outcome. Having solar is saving us a ton on our power bills!

we talked to several companies and my husband and I were both blown away by the representative who came to our home. He truly educated us on the processes involved and the plusses and minuses of solar in general and the various types of technology used to make it work. He went into great detail and did so with ease while my husband rattled off questions. We were both so wowed that we requested to start immediately. Before allowing us to sign flew a drone to examine a concern on the roof that another company said not to worry and if it was an issue that they would fix it during install. He said that it could pose a great challenge to financing if there was an issue with our chimney and it was only noticed when it was time for panels. On top of that we found him to be hilarious and passionate about the industry. I work as a recruiter and it is very rare to find talent like his.

I really like the rep. Halie C. She is a people person, very knowledgeable of her product and the entire process. She worked with us and kept us in the loop. It was a one-day install and looks and works great. Halie has responded promptly to my questions and informed us of the time frame in which things happen. From installation to actually working took too long for me, not a LGCY problem. I do have one minor concern. The installers left debris in my grass. Nuts, wire ties, pieces of wire, and wire installation. I have two puppies and the wire ties present a concern. I am able to monitor my solar production and with a little math, it looks like I am on track to generate 14.7 % more than my annual usage. Converting is a no-brainer, it is great for the environment and will assist the grid. You do not have to go all in, you can start with 25% and add on. Next is an electric car.

Very knowledgeable about Sunrun products and purchase options. Reagan and Abe were extremely helpful in guiding me to the right purchase decision for our family's needs. They always responded quickly to all the questions we had. What I liked the least was the installation was not at the high quality that I expected. There were several minor issues that were resolved quickly. Maybe they just had a bad day. Our solar system was installed in 4-6 hours. All corrections were made within the next 10 days. The inspection went seamlessly, and we were up and running in no time. Thanks Reagan, for all your help!
