When I initially "signed their contract" I was assured they took care of a mole infestation I am dealing with. I just completely re-landscaped my entire yard including sod - expensive!! They came out and put down poison which did absolutely NOTHING! I called back a few weeks later when I could clearly see the problem was getting worse. They came out and put down the same poison. Again, no results! By now, they had killed new shrubs and a lot of my new sod. Mole tunnels everywhere! I called again telling them how unhappy I was and that their poison doesn't work and maybe they should apply traps. I wanted to cancel and was assured they would get to the bottom of the issue so I tried one more time. They came out again only to apply the same poison again saying they don't put down traps. Meanwhile more of my yard was being destroyed!!! I called to cancel and ask for a refund which of course they refused!!! All they did was take my money.....very disappointed, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I'm sorry to hear how frustrating the moles have been. I reviewed your account and noticed that there is more going on than just moles. I was not surprised knowing that area of Mahtomedi. We have worked with lots of accounts out there. Most respond to the treatment performed, but there are some cases where moles and voles have a deep strong hold and take time to work through. It appears as though we were only able to work through the initial service and 2 free follow ups before the account was canceled. We would love to dive deeper and work further with you, but it does take time and commitment to work through some of these populations. For reference, I was running field research on a property nearby there and pulled out 21 moles in a week. Another yard a few blocks away only had 1 in a year. Considering how relatively new the account was, I'm not sure there was much time for fully determining the extent of control needed and getting plans in place. If you would like to continue tackling the issue, we still have several weeks to progress with the moles and months to continue working with the voles to work through the population.

I called in October about mice problem right after my quarterly visit. They came out for the first visit to address the problem but failed to notify me so nothing inside was done. Have been asked to pay bill since then and complained about service. Called jan 6th to complain again and they said they cant help until I pay my bill. I said you fix my ongoing mice problem or reimburse me for damages. Then I will gladly pay my bill. They chose to cancel my service.

The inside service is free of charge and can be scheduled at any time for regular customers in addition to additional services as needed to address pest issues that need additional control efforts. One of the key elements in being a regular customer is paying for services rendered. Since we have not received payment since last spring, we have discontinued service until the account is current. Once the bill from the summer is taken care of we can start to work on the mice that are regularly an issue in the fall and winter. Receiving payment from customers allows us to purchase product and pay the technicians that keep the pests out of our regular customers' homes and businesses. We hope to receive payment soon so we can get the ball rolling with you.

Not sure what he really did today. I did see the bait stations and he did show me that 1 of the 3 that were previously set needed to be refilled. He did add a few more bait stations but I wonder why the first tech didn't do that In the place. I tried to explain the problem I was was having and he really didn't seem to care. He told me he was was going to use a spray on the inside of the house and dust the outside. Not sure all that got done he was only here for about 12 minutes

Please give us a call. We don’t have any restrictions on going inside of a home. I am not sure what the heat detection situation is, so we would like to learn more about what was discussed there, but treating for wasps inside the home we can definitely do. If you give us a call, we can look into what occurred and get things resolved on the service end of things for you and do some corrective training with the technician that seems to have been misinformed at best. Leng did not knock on the door or perform any service. Saw him standing at his car for 15 minutes on his phone before he took off. He said no one was home and no gates were open. 1. No one knocked - we have a large dog and if anyone knocks we are made aware. Regardless, he was at his car and we waited for him to come to door or to do anything. 2. This initial service per contract is for both exterior and interior service. New service set out for another 5 days , please knock on door and make sure contact is made. Please do not send same technician. Thank you. Only rating this as they marked this as a completed service- I am only giving rating for what I have experienced, will give new review upon completed service next week.
