We have been using Rove Pest Control for about a year now. They must stress customer service with their employees. Everyone we have either spoken with on the phone or met on my property for service has been great! Their service has been awesome and we never see any insects in our home.

I was able to call and reschedule. I was given not only a date, but a 2 hour window in which to expect the worker(s). He called at the beginning of those 2 hours, said he could arrive in 8 minutes. He was on time and brought a worker in training. One worked on the inside and the other outside. Quick and professional.

We hired Rove because we were having a bee infestation. The bees were getting into the basement of our storeroom and we would get about a dozen a day come upstairs. We could close storeroom door to contain them. We had Rove come out several times and the bees never left until late fall. I showed the tech all the dead bees in our storeroom and mentioned there must be a record of what has been done at our home in notes from Rove. He said they don't make notes and there are no notes. I didn't know what he was going to do so I said he may as well put a couple mouse traps in our basement and let me know what he did. He supposedly sprayed outside and plugged some spots, but next thing we knew was he was gone. It would have been nice to get a report from him on where he plugged spots and he never came in to put a couple traps in basement. I'm disappointed in having to pay $140.00 for this service.

As we move into the spring, if you are seeing continuing activity, please call us as often as every 2 weeks if needed. Services between your regular visits are free. I see we went out for one free service, but if something like wasps (or mice) are continuing, we ant to get back out there to address it. We look forward to connecting with you to get the service and notes on the right track!

Today was our first experience with Rove. We have signed up for a 1 year contract to handle our mouse problem. Jake was here within the scheduled time frame, and he listened carefully and answered our many questions patiently and clearly. He found and plugged some suspicious holes, and offered other suggestions for us to follow up on.

only 4 days from original asking for help. the technician was right on time, very friendly, assessed thing s quickly, and seems to have removed and destroyed the bees nest in about 30 minute.
Of course, assessing whether any bees remain will take a week or 2 of time.

If you allow the product 10-14 days for it to run its course and you aren't seeing the decrease in activity, just call us and we will schedule a free follow up service. Sometimes it helps to rotate to a different product or apply a different treatment method. This is all part of the standard process. David J. was professional, friendly and thorough in spraying all around the exterior walls inside my home to eliminate my ant problem. He also sprayed in the crawl space which is where it seems they gained access. Hoping the ants will now leave my home alone!

Patriot was professional and courteous as he performed his check of my house. I appreciated his knowledge. My only issue was that I was told, by the Rove scheduler, that I would get a call to let me know when someone was coming. This did not happen he just showed up. I would have liked a call.
