The technician Hannah was very professional and efficient. She listened well to my concerns regarding moles in my yard and previous ants in the kitchen. Hannah provided service recommendations that made sense and agreed with industry best practices. Hannah walked with me over my entire yard to treat the active mole mounds. Along the way she educated me how moles live, tunnel and surface for food. She did a great job with a smile the whole time.

Cody was super professional and came back to take care of an item that I called on. The turnaround time was only a day. I was really impressed with the responsiveness. The initial treatment wasn't perfect and missed something so it was really refreshing to see Rove react so quickly and focus on making things right and I really appreciated Cody coming out so quickly. Would highly recommend!

She also explained the process and give me recommendations on what to do for better results
She also offered to spray an especial treatment outside the perimeter of the house to take care of wasps and insects .
I love it!!

David arrived at my home approximately 9:15 AM. I was just returning from my walk. I met him by his vehicle and visited while he got out his equipment. We proceeded to walk to location of mole activity. He explained to me how and where he would place the remedy. He said he would also check mouse bait locations for activity. He sprayed basement walls and window wells. When finished he checked in with me before leaving. I believe he did an excellent job. Thank you.

Couldn’t have asked for better customer service from Claire! She was the tech at my neighbors and I was there to let her in (they had to leave unexpectedly ) She was great there and then was able to goto my house right after! What we had originally asked for but were not given! She talked to customer support and was able to help me too! She was great at both houses. Very thorough and thoughtful. Would love to have her again!

Jose R. was the most thorough technician I have ever had. I pointed out areas of concern that I knew of. What I didn't know was that there was a huge hornet nest under our deck that he found, knocked down and treated. Wasps have been the biggest issue at our home. I am sure I will be calling you back out before the next scheduled treatment. I would like to request that Jose is my technician for as long as I have the service.

Brad was absolutely fantastic!! I hope he’s our monthly person. He was attentive, polite, spoke eloquently about his experiences and very respectful. He spent a lot of time inspecting the home and listened to my recent experience and fears knowing that I am allergic to wasps. I researched a lot of companies and cannot express how grateful I am to Brad and Rove for making all the things happen so quickly.

Unlike Sam, David processed my entire home. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. He spent an hour at my house unlike Sam who spent 9 minutes in my home. He identified old poison in my existing bait traps. He also went through my entire home (basement, main, upper and attic) and treated all areas, unlike Sam who did not access my basement or my attic. . . and also did NOT treat the main or upper level areas. Sam is making a bad name for Rove.
We hope to stop having issues with technicians moving forward.

Rove Pest Control has friendly, knowledgeable staff and is responsive to customer needs. The techs keep their appointment times and arrive with a smile. The office is super helpful when issues arise (unwanted pests). The peace of mind from knowing someone is proactively solving issues is priceless. Though it's not free, the service is of great value.

He listened intently to our concerns and treated areas accordingly. He offered some recommendations to us, and also scheduled for the company to do a FUP with us in two weeks regarding our problem area.
I appreciated his pre visit text notifying us on his arrival time, and a lengthy fup text with what was performed and suggested fup.

Having explained the process, JB was here on time and mitigated the pest. But more than that, he made himself available for any questions that I had, which I had a lot. We just had our second treatment with Michael from Rove Pest Control. To say we are happy is an understatement. We have noticed a dramatic decrease in bugs since having our initial treatment. Michael has been wonderful to work with! He is extremely patient with our concerns. Michael has taken the extra time on both visits to make sure that all areas of our home indoor and out are sprayed to our liking. Alex V. came by today to handle a box elder bug problem. He did nan great job explaining the issues, and possible remedies (including performing awn actual treatment ). Also discussed with Alex --and was later joined by his manager Thomas-- to address an indian meal moth issue. We all arrived at a plan of action, and hopefully will solve the moth problem also! Our pest control folks always go above and beyond. I don’t like bugs, I don’t like mice. Thinking about them makes me sick. The Rove team always shows up on site, are professional, and talk about the pests in a way that gives you confidence in your ability to enjoy a pest free home. The best experience in the worst time possible! Bed bugs are no joke , trust me I googled everything. After months of wasting money I finally decided to call the pros . Don't let the cheaper price fool you, their heat treatment is thorough ! They come back twice after to finish those little buggers , even tho tho first heat and spray was enough . Long story short if you have bed bugs and you don't know who to call it's these guys , they're thorough, super nice and explained everything! I highly recommend them .

I was a bit skeptical as I hadn't heard much about Rove and their sales approach is more proactive than others. But after the first treatment I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and thorough nature of the work--not to mention the excellent communication via emails and the client portal. I think we've become cynical about sales, but the old school, face-to-face approach of sales and service may be worth another look. Ashley, Jose and the team are fantastic.

Customer service is extremely responsive; no long wait times. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and listen to concerns well. Offers free services in between regular services. It seems like they offer a fuller range of pest control services compared to other companies I am aware of. They do mosquitoes, ticks, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, mice, voles, moles, and everything else every company does.

Talin was thorough and courteous. My only complaint is that it would be nice if Rove would set up arrival time windows to help the property owner schedule around the arrival of the technician. I only received noticed of the day service would occur. I had to call to find out when I might expect the technician to arrive.

only 4 days from original asking for help. the technician was right on time, very friendly, assessed thing s quickly, and seems to have removed and destroyed the bees nest in about 30 minute.
Of course, assessing whether any bees remain will take a week or 2 of time.

Rove always does great work, but Dave had his work cut out for him today. Lots of mole activity, which he took care of, and wasp activity and nests. Dave traded all the areas and took the wasp nests down. He spent a lot of time working the various areas and we truly appreciate what he did and the effort expended.

It is great to hear you have let the techs know about your concerns. There is also an additional feature on your account you may not be aware of. If you allow the product 10-14 days for it to run its course and you aren't seeing the decrease in activity, just call us and we will schedule a free follow up service. Sometimes it helps to rotate to a different product or apply a different treatment method. This is all part of the standard process.
