They were visiting another house down the street from us and we asked if they could stop by and check a few issues (spider webs and full pest trap in the garage). They supported our request immediately and were so friendly in doing so. We have had great luck with every technician that has come out to see us. Rove Pest control was great to work with. My mom had an issue with bed bugs and JB came out to assess the problem, which was pretty bad. Having explained the process, JB was here on time and mitigated the pest. But more than that, he made himself available for any questions that I had, which I had a lot. Matt was on time. He followed any Covid protocols by asking me a few questions. He was respectful and professional. He found the problem and took appropriate action. Of course we will monitor to make sure we have no further issue! So far very pleased with the service. One other thing to mention. We just had our second treatment with Michael from Rove Pest Control. To say we are happy is an understatement. We have noticed a dramatic decrease in bugs since having our initial treatment. Michael has been wonderful to work with! He is extremely patient with our concerns. Michael has taken the extra time on both visits to make sure that all areas of our home indoor and out are sprayed to our liking. He takes note of our problem areas and really takes the time treating those areas. We are looking forward to continuing using Rove Pest Control in the future to keep our home Pest free.

Alex V. came by today to handle a box elder bug problem. He did nan great job explaining the issues, and possible remedies (including performing awn actual treatment ). Also discussed with Alex --and was later joined by his manager Thomas-- to address an indian meal moth issue. We all arrived at a plan of action, and hopefully will solve the moth problem also! Our pest control folks always go above and beyond. I don’t like bugs, I don’t like mice. Thinking about them makes me sick. The Rove team always shows up on site, are professional, and talk about the pests in a way that gives you confidence in your ability to enjoy a pest free home. They do a great job and I’ve yet to see pests inside the home creeping me out. 100% recommend.

The best experience in the worst time possible! Bed bugs are no joke , trust me I googled everything. After months of wasting money I finally decided to call the pros . Don't let the cheaper price fool you, their heat treatment is thorough ! They come back twice after to finish those little buggers , even tho tho first heat and spray was enough . Long story short if you have bed bugs and you don't know who to call it's these guys , they're thorough, super nice and explained everything! I highly recommend them .

Although I don’t know very much about Rove as a company given we just moved back to the area and only one initial service has been completed, I can attest to the incredible customer service provided by Dylan S. I was a bit skeptical as I hadn't heard much about Rove and their sales approach is more proactive than others. But after the first treatment I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and thorough nature of the work--not to mention the excellent communication via emails and the client portal. I think we've become cynical about sales, but the old school, face-to-face approach of sales and service may be worth another look. Ashley, Jose and the team are fantastic.

Customer service is extremely responsive; no long wait times. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and listen to concerns well. Offers free services in between regular services. It seems like they offer a fuller range of pest control services compared to other companies I am aware of. They do mosquitoes, ticks, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, mice, voles, moles, and everything else every company does.

We hired Rove because we were having a bee infestation. The bees were getting into the basement of our storeroom and we would get about a dozen a day come upstairs. We could close storeroom door to contain them. We had Rove come out several times and the bees never left until late fall. I showed the tech all the dead bees in our storeroom and mentioned there must be a record of what has been done at our home in notes from Rove. He said they don't make notes and there are no notes. I didn't know what he was going to do so I said he may as well put a couple mouse traps in our basement and let me know what he did. He supposedly sprayed outside and plugged some spots, but next thing we knew was he was gone. It would have been nice to get a report from him on where he plugged spots and he never came in to put a couple traps in basement. I'm disappointed in having to pay $140.00 for this service.

As we move into the spring, if you are seeing continuing activity, please call us as often as every 2 weeks if needed. Services between your regular visits are free. I see we went out for one free service, but if something like wasps (or mice) are continuing, we ant to get back out there to address it. We look forward to connecting with you to get the service and notes on the right track!

Today was our first experience with Rove. We have signed up for a 1 year contract to handle our mouse problem. Jake was here within the scheduled time frame, and he listened carefully and answered our many questions patiently and clearly. He found and plugged some suspicious holes, and offered other suggestions for us to follow up on.

only 4 days from original asking for help. the technician was right on time, very friendly, assessed thing s quickly, and seems to have removed and destroyed the bees nest in about 30 minute.
Of course, assessing whether any bees remain will take a week or 2 of time.

If you allow the product 10-14 days for it to run its course and you aren't seeing the decrease in activity, just call us and we will schedule a free follow up service. Sometimes it helps to rotate to a different product or apply a different treatment method. This is all part of the standard process. I was very happy when they came out on 7/2/24! They checked everywhere and explained everything. The invasion of ants I had are gone, and I woke up to hundreds

Claire was the first technician in 3 years that actually looked for and found the wasp nests and either knocked them down or sprayed them. There were SIX of them. After years of having issues with wasps and having your techs come in, this feels like we might have finally solved the problem. Fingers crossed and thanks, Claire!!

OK, i am very happy with this tech. Meeting him in my driveway, he was friendly with me and my dogs that were in the yard. He polite and explain what he was doing before he began. My dogs tell me, and i agree, they hope he shows up again.
