Unlike Sam, David processed my entire home. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. He spent an hour at my house unlike Sam who spent 9 minutes in my home. He identified old poison in my existing bait traps. He also went through my entire home (basement, main, upper and attic) and treated all areas, unlike Sam who did not access my basement or my attic. . . and also did NOT treat the main or upper level areas. Sam is making a bad name for Rove. We hope to stop having issues with technicians moving forward.

The office is super helpful when issues arise (unwanted pests). The peace of mind from knowing someone is proactively solving issues is priceless. Though it's not free, the service is of great value.

Daniel was courteous, efficient and professional while he was at our home. He listened intently to our concerns and treated areas accordingly. He offered some recommendations to us, and also scheduled for the company to do a FUP with us in two weeks regarding our problem area. I appreciated his pre visit text notifying us on his arrival time, and a lengthy fup text with what was performed and suggested fup.

We just had our second treatment with Michael from Rove Pest Control. To say we are happy is an understatement. We have noticed a dramatic decrease in bugs since having our initial treatment. Alex V. came by today to handle a box elder bug problem. He did nan great job explaining the issues, and possible remedies (including performing awn actual treatment ). Also discussed with Alex --and was later joined by his manager Thomas-- to address an indian meal moth issue. We all arrived at a plan of action, and hopefully will solve the moth problem also! The best experience in the worst time possible! Bed bugs are no joke , trust me I googled everything. After months of wasting money I finally decided to call the pros . Don't let the cheaper price fool you, their heat treatment is thorough ! They come back twice after to finish those little buggers , even tho tho first heat and spray was enough . Long story short if you have bed bugs and you don't know who to call it's these guys , they're thorough, super nice and explained everything! I highly recommend them .

I was a bit skeptical as I hadn't heard much about Rove and their sales approach is more proactive than others. But after the first treatment I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and thorough nature of the work--not to mention the excellent communication via emails and the client portal. I think we've become cynical about sales, but the old school, face-to-face approach of sales and service may be worth another look. Ashley, Jose and the team are fantastic.

Customer service is extremely responsive; no long wait times. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and listen to concerns well. Offers free services in between regular services. It seems like they offer a fuller range of pest control services compared to other companies I am aware of. They do mosquitoes, ticks, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, mice, voles, moles, and everything else every company does.

Talin was thorough and courteous. My only complaint is that it would be nice if Rove would set up arrival time windows to help the property owner schedule around the arrival of the technician. I only received noticed of the day service would occur. I had to call to find out when I might expect the technician to arrive.

I was able to call and reschedule. I was given not only a date, but a 2 hour window in which to expect the worker(s). He called at the beginning of those 2 hours, said he could arrive in 8 minutes. He was on time and brought a worker in training. One worked on the inside and the other outside. Quick and professional.

We hired Rove because we were having a bee infestation. The bees were getting into the basement of our storeroom and we would get about a dozen a day come upstairs. We could close storeroom door to contain them. We had Rove come out several times and the bees never left until late fall. I showed the tech all the dead bees in our storeroom and mentioned there must be a record of what has been done at our home in notes from Rove. He said they don't make notes and there are no notes. I didn't know what he was going to do so I said he may as well put a couple mouse traps in our basement and let me know what he did. He supposedly sprayed outside and plugged some spots, but next thing we knew was he was gone. It would have been nice to get a report from him on where he plugged spots and he never came in to put a couple traps in basement. I'm disappointed in having to pay $140.00 for this service.

Jake was here within the scheduled time frame, and he listened carefully and answered our many questions patiently and clearly. He found and plugged some suspicious holes, and offered other suggestions for us to follow up on.

only 4 days from original asking for help. the technician was right on time, very friendly, assessed thing s quickly, and seems to have removed and destroyed the bees nest in about 30 minute. Of course, assessing whether any bees remain will take a week or 2 of time.

It is great to hear you have let the techs know about your concerns. There is also an additional feature on your account you may not be aware of. If you allow the product 10-14 days for it to run its course and you aren't seeing the decrease in activity, just call us and we will schedule a free follow up service. Sometimes it helps to rotate to a different product or apply a different treatment method. This is all part of the standard process. We had Rachael from rove come to address the hornet nest that grew in our back yard. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about what bee made its home here. I was very happy when they came out on 7/2/24! They checked everywhere and explained everything. The invasion of ants I had are gone, and I woke up to hundreds of them in my bedroom. They went above board getting a dead trapped mouse out of my window. I appreciate them very much.

Claire was the first technician in 3 years that actually looked for and found the wasp nests and either knocked them down or sprayed them. There were SIX of them.
