Cody was super professional and came back to take care of an item that I called on. The turnaround time was only a day. I was really impressed with the responsiveness. The initial treatment wasn't perfect and missed something so it was really refreshing to see Rove react so quickly and focus on making things right and I really appreciated Cody coming out so quickly. Would highly recommend!

So nice and friendly She also explained the process and give me recommendations on what to do for better results She also offered to spray an especial treatment outside the perimeter of the house to take care of wasps and insects . David arrived at my home approximately 9:15 AM. I was just returning from my walk. I met him by his vehicle and visited while he got out his equipment. We proceeded to walk to location of mole activity. He explained to me how and where he would place the remedy. He said he would also check mouse bait locations for activity. He sprayed basement walls and window wells. When finished he checked in with me before leaving. I believe he did an excellent job. Thank you.

I called in October about mice problem right after my quarterly visit. They came out for the first visit to address the problem but failed to notify me so nothing inside was done. Have been asked to pay bill since then and complained about service. Called jan 6th to complain again and they said they cant help until I pay my bill. I said you fix my ongoing mice problem or reimburse me for damages. Then I will gladly pay my bill. They chose to cancel my service.

The inside service is free of charge and can be scheduled at any time for regular customers in addition to additional services as needed to address pest issues that need additional control efforts. One of the key elements in being a regular customer is paying for services rendered. Since we have not received payment since last spring, we have discontinued service until the account is current. Once the bill from the summer is taken care of we can start to work on the mice that are regularly an issue in the fall and winter. Receiving payment from customers allows us to purchase product and pay the technicians that keep the pests out of our regular customers' homes and businesses. We hope to receive payment soon so we can get the ball rolling with you.

only 4 days from original asking for help. the technician was right on time, very friendly, assessed thing s quickly, and seems to have removed and destroyed the bees nest in about 30 minute. Of course, assessing whether any bees remain will take a week or 2 of time.

I loved that the technician called before he was coming so I knew he would be at my house. Once he arrived he contacted me to ask if I had any specific concerns regarding the treatment. Once he was finished he talked to me and told me what he did and if I needed a retreat, because something wasn't working the way I thought it should, he could come back and retreat, at no extra cost.

What I didn't know was that there was a huge hornet nest under our deck that he found, knocked down and treated. Wasps have been the biggest issue at our home. Unlike Sam, David processed my entire home. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. He spent an hour at my house unlike Sam who spent 9 minutes in my home. He identified old poison in my existing bait traps. He also went through my entire home (basement, main, upper and attic) and treated all areas, unlike Sam who did not access my basement or my attic. . . and also did NOT treat the main or upper level areas. Sam is making a bad name for Rove. We hope to stop having issues with technicians moving forward.

Tyler came to my home on Tuesday after I called for a bee & wasp problem on Friday. I was happy with the timing because it was a holiday weekend and originally I was told the first appointment was 2 weeks away. Tyler definitely earned 5 stars. He was knowledgeable, understanding of my concerns, polite and he educated me on the new kind of wasp I had. My only concern is that the company did not inform me that they were turning my emergency call into my quarterly appointment. I saw that he wrote "Inspected and refilled all rodent bait stations." This was great for my 2 outdoor stations but I have some inside stations too and if I knew this was my quarterly I would have had him come inside to check them. I hate having to make another appointment for the inside. This concern has nothing to do with Tyler and again he was great!
