I wasn’t successful with an email inquiry, but when I called they were sympathetic and helpful. They scheduled a free diagnostic estimate and followed up with another call to clarify time and date. The very nice young man who came in did a thorough check and determined we didn’t have bed bugs. No charge!

The technician appeared to be thorough in applying the product for crawling insects and fleas; however, I believe that I was told by the "salesman" that product would be applied to the lawn to protect against ticks and fleas (which I don't believe was done). Also. the technician stated that the equipment she had with her would not reach the underside of the deck to protect against wasps, which had been a major concern of mine in deciding to sign up for the pest elimination service.

Orlando listened to my concerns about mosquito control - heading into June. He was thoughtful and implemented the plan we discussed to fog the woods and breeding spaces of the mosquitoes and I believe he dropped pellets in wet areas. I truly hope it helps reduce the breeding of mosquitoes. I appreciate Orlando's conscientious work and communication.

I called to report bugs around my windows on May 6 and a technician was out to my house the following day to treat the issue. He was very polite and identified the bug as a clover mite very quickly. He proceeded to treat the affected areas and was efficient and effective in his work.

Bill is a great tech. Came to the door and showed tremendous care and consideration for our dog. Then he did a very thorough job of spraying our foundation, shrubs, trees and deck. We have been using Rove for 3 years now and the difference is incredible. We can actually enjoy our back deck without being attacked by mosquitos!

Talin was thorough and courteous. My only complaint is that it would be nice if Rove would set up arrival time windows to help the property owner schedule around the arrival of the technician. I only received noticed of the day service would occur. I had to call to find out when I might expect the technician to arrive.

He let me know that he was coming in next 30 minutes. Showed up next hour. Called 4 times to get some kind of a time of day. Re baited the traps inside and out. Also put down a bug defense around the outside of house. Clean and friendly service.

Rove Pest Control does a great job keeping our home free and clear of unwanted pests! If we need them to come out and take care of an intrusion of some sort, like a bees nest, they are quick to respond!

Just had my first service and Lynda was very thorough. She walked around the yard with me, treated the ant hills, treated the exterior and yard and even had treats for my dog! So far, great experience!
