The technician appeared to be thorough in applying the product for crawling insects and fleas; however, I believe that I was told by the "salesman" that product would be applied to the lawn to protect against ticks and fleas (which I don't believe was done). Also. the technician stated that the equipment she had with her would not reach the underside of the deck to protect against wasps, which had been a major concern of mine in deciding to sign up for the pest elimination service.

Orlando listened to my concerns about mosquito control - heading into June. He was thoughtful and implemented the plan we discussed to fog the woods and breeding spaces of the mosquitoes and I believe he dropped pellets in wet areas.
