Just had our quarterly service and every thing we needed was covered - inside and out. Unfortunately, we completely forgot about the developing bee hive between the bricks out front. I’m hoping and praying that they survive the treatment. I am not blaming the tech for doing his job. My unfortunate mistake.

They let me know in advance when they'll be out to spray and send a reminder the day prior. All employees have been courteous and professional. The stuff they spray around the foundation keeps the bugs away from our living space.

Tech contacted me before arrival and did a very good job when he got here. On the previous scheduled treatment date it was reported that I was not available so my treatment was rescheduled . I was at home all day and was never contacted .

Excellent service. Very affordable pest control service and very good at what they do. Absolutely the best pest control company we have ever worked with through the years. Works really well with our busy schedules and doesn’t require anyone to be home to keep our yard and exterior free of fire ants and flying insects such as wasp. Highly recommend company. They have completely changed the way pest management is handled.

Absolute scam of a business, Aptive has now charged my card twice for unrendered services. I have called customer service four times now and each time I have been given a care case number with no follow up call as promised. I spoke with supervisor Juliana on 1/10/15 and she promised me I would get a return phone call by the end of the day, it is now 1/16/25 and still no return phone call as promised. Do no trust Aptive, this is my second time signing up and have received absolute terrible customer service. They are not BBB accredited for a reason. SCAM BEWARE

I don’t feel like the value matches the price, but more importantly, I feel like the salesperson that we spoke with was dishonest. He said we signed up for 6 treatments, but when I called to cancel after the 6th appointment, they said my contract was for nine treatments. The salesperson said it would not be harmful to native birds and chipmunks and we found dead animals of both variety in our yard. I also saw no appreciable reduction in other pests. I would avoid working with this company in the future. The service is far too expensive, has little value and dishonest salespeople.

I'd liked that pictures of the back door, garage door, front door, side of the house with HVAC, a piece of the fence, and curb showed the area that was treated. What I didn't like were: 1) I'd told told customer service that I needed to be called to ensure shsomeone is home. I don't look at my text during the day as I am an elementary teacher. So I wasn't aware that the service was done when I had no one home to treat the interior of my house to which I'd paid for as we have German 🪳. 2) For the value of the service one day one hour noticed isn't enough time to schedule ahead to ensure the value of money won't be wasted. 3) Because I was working and don't look at the text, I was unable to tell the service man we have a tick infestation. We still have that German 🪳. Lastly, I'm done with this company. It doesn't fit in my lifestyle. The company dictates their schedule and I can no longer work the inconvenience of it.

Your sales representatives did not say it was a 12 service agreement. Your representative used your visual advertisement that showed even after short treatments the product eliminated and minimized bug activity drastically. Then promises with “continuous use” to keep the activity dormant. You have two issues here. Your representative did not say it was a 12 month contact or 12 service agreement. He did say do a couple treatments, see if it works like it’s worked for everyone, and as the results cancel the policy. You’ll get charged a fee if you cancel before the first one, so many sure the first one happens. Then cancel after that if you’re not satisfied. i definitely have it more the. 1 treatment. It was several months. I reached out originally expressing I do not want you to come back because your product failed to show any change in the activity. I actually saw an increase in plant eating bugs, gnat, flys, ants, spiders, and more. I lost several crops after they sprayed. Not only planted variety, but berry bushes. It’s cheaper and safer to do it yourself. I had no issues when I bought and managed pest control. It became an issue once they arrived though. So, between the shady representatives that lied and cost me $199 and the loss of money buys plants, planting, tenting, trying to save, and watching them die. I wouldn’t mess with this company. All because I worked in sales a long time ago I figured I’d help the kid out. Only to bit me in… well you know the rest! Horrible company.

No notification from the tech, and the spraying patterns were all over the door and frame, to a point that I had to wipe the door down after. Seemed to be a new guy, he’s definitely in need of professionalism training, there was no pride to be had from his work that day. If not for that most recent service 4 stars.

Your service is excellent. However, whenever I go on your website to pay after the pest control sprayer has come, your website says my payment is past due. Also, I am getting letters from a debt collection company saying I owe Aptive $199. I have already called Aptive to clear that up and they said they would take care of it but I keep on getting debt letters from your debt collectors company. This is frustrating since I have always paid my bill after service was rendered. If you could correct this I’d appreciate it
