My first appointment time July 24 no one came to start my home treatment. James did come on July 27 and treated my plants both inside and outside. Also sprayed around outside perimeter of my property. He said he would return on August 2 between 2:00-6:00 but no one showed up nor did anyone communicate with a new appointment date or explanation as to why I no one has contacted me. Obviously I am not at all pleased with your service. Hope this is helpful to get your team back on some kind of schedule and at least contact the customer if a problem arises.
