Great job. Friendly folks. Know what they're talking about. They do regular spraying and ask if there's any bug in particular you'd like to spray for too (for free). They even help me figure out what bug it is when I don't know the name. One time when I kept finding ants in my house even after they sprayed, they came back again for free. They treated again and used extra stuff to make sure the ants stayed out. Bugs only came back that one time. And they got rid of them. I do recommend!

Very professional! Friendly! Greet you when they arrive and say good bye when leaving. That way you know they’re on you property. Thorough and spend time getting cob webs off porch and overhang. Had their services for over a year and NO BUGS, ANTS, etc. We have a few spiders, but we have many plants, roses, flower beds. So that is expected! Deserving of 5 Stars. I respect a Company that survey’s their workers, who represent their company

This service is very effective and friendly. The tech that performed the service today (Chenelle E) was fantastic. The weather was not nice out but she was very friendly, upbeat, and thorough with what needed to be done along with making sure I was comfortable with what was being performed and if I had any concerns. Since we have used Aptive we have had no pest issues and they even clean the high up areas of cobwebs that can be troublesome for homeowners to get to regularly.

I've been using Aptive for over a year and have always been happy with my service. Devonte B was wonderful. He let me know when he was arriving and asked if I needed to target anything specific inside the house. When I mentioned I've noticed some spiders by my window, Devonte sprayed and let me know that will do the trick and he went above that to also leave spider traps in case I wanted to use them. Great experience!

I've been using Aptive for about a year now and all of the Service Techs have been attentive, listened to my concerns, and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. Jayelon, the most recently used Service Tech, was no exception. He texted me 30 minutes before arrival, he showed up in the planned arrival window, he was courteous & respectful, and he di a good job. 5-Stars. The overall Aptive experience gets 4 Stars because the scheduling and accuracy of the arrival of the Service Tech is a generous 3 Stars. Prior Service Techs arrived later that the scheduled window timeframe and hadn't called to provide awareness to me(the customer).

Extremely friendly and professional group of individuals coming out of the Milwaukee offices to service my home. I highly recommend them! They took care of the ants getting into my house, knocked down and removed wasps nests--you name it! Their website and app need a little beautification but they are operable. The quarterly service I get is fantastic. No more mice, ants, sprickets, spiders, wasps, all gone. For the price it’s just the right amount of service. I did wish they treated for carpenter bees but that tends to cost a lot more, so I get it. I’ll take my reasonably priced quarterly service and free follow ups. The staff rotates on who shows up to the do the service. I’ve gotten some great professional people this past year so I’m pleased.

Our technician was Dontrell W and he was terrific! He explained the products and process during the cold months and the benefits. He explained all he would do and assured me he would be careful of the plantings surrounding the house. He was careful and went out of his way to be sure all webs were totally removed. Could not be happier with Dontrell and Aptive. Ever since we had our first application we have seen almost none of the unwanted spiders and ants. Great all-round experience!

The service has always been great. Only once did I have to contact them about wasps, and they took care of it immediately and effectively. They reach out with a call and a text message a few days in advance of each regular visit in case you need to unlock a gate to give them access. Then the employee calls/texts about 30 minutes before showing up, rings the doorbell upon arrival, and before leaving texts me a summary of what they did. That exactly what Abel did this morning.

The technician, Andrew, let me know when he was on the way and asked if there were any areas I thought needed attention. A great and easy company to work with. The tech that serviced my mothers home sent me a text letting me know he would be there in 30 minutes, he explained how the bait he put out would work and they will come back out free of charge if any live bugs came back before the next service. I like the convenience of paying on line and the reminders they send when your getting close to your next service. I felt like the price was a little high, but compared to the other companies out there, Aptive is hands down better than the rest, the old saying of “ you get what you pay for” really is true.

I’ve battled bugs for years as the house backs up to a field. We get everything. Finally broke down and called in professional help. First spray was this past summer. Good results. My next spray was scheduled for November. I called to move it up and instead they came out for a follow up spray and said see you in a month. No extra charge. Great company. Great experience.

Brendan D was extremely polite, called prior to coming and even called my preferred number when he couldn't reach me on my cell phone. As I had seen a FEW insects in the house, he treated the interior as well as the exterior and also treated the garage for spiders, as it is now Oct. and it's time for these critters to look for a warm home.

This was the 2nd application since we came back to Aptive and actually was the completion of the 1st application. Chris was the technician and clearly made a concentrated effort to make sure that everything we expected was actually completed. Even though we had not scheduled any in house application, when asked about keeping the stink bugs out this winter he offered to come in and spray around the fireplaces that had historically been entry points for the stink bugs.

Today it is a 5 because I finally got a tech that listened to my issues with the spiders and treated it properly. In the past they have just ignored me and have been in and out in 15 minutes. There is no way you can treat a 4000 sq ft house on 2.3 acres in that time frame. This guy was here for well over an hour and did an excellent job. I only want him in the future!

Before spruce arrive I received a text from the employee named George that he would be at my house in 25 minutes. I told him that was great and that the baby had just fallen asleep to please do the outside first, he agreed and text when he arrived instead of knocking and waking up the baby! He was very polite and respectful explained what all he was going to do and got it done quickly & when it was time to come inside he whispered to make sure he didn’t wake her. This was our first time using Aptive, I was excited for the amount of coverage your company covers in my yard. But I was a little disappointed after talking with my husband. He said he had to ask the tech if he was going to spray our elephant ears ( back right & left corner of back yard) and our shed. His response was “ya I can do that”. Not yes I was planning on doing that. So my concern now is do the techs not do everything the sales guys told me he was going to do. I was told I would get coverage from the front of my yard to the back, that’s what I found different about your company and why I went with you guys. If this is not the service you provide I would like to cancel. I do not want to have to watch the tech while they are hear to make sure we are receiving the correct service. I was not in need of pest control but was willing to give it a try for those reason. Please let me know your thought before the next service.

The Best! Mr. B. went above and beyond to treat our home today. I showed him some insects. He not only identified them, but told me just how he intended to stop them from entering our home.
