Wish the technician would call or text before coming. Also giving a window of time when they should be there would be nice. My husband was waiting around not know when they would come so at noon he ran up to go get lunch and when he left the technician showed up. If we had a window of time he would have stayed and waited.

If I could give no stars I would. Oh my God. Beware of Aptive! Their service will do nothing but turn your household upside down. One of their guys came out and sprayed my house. He said that I would start seeing fleas come out, but they would be dying. Well, they didn’t come out and die. Whatever he sprayed made them come out of their hiding places and multiply 1000 fold! They completely over ran the house. I couldn’t go anywhere in my house without getting bitten. I lost about a month of sleep, about $2000 replacing belongings that I lost, sleeping in hotels, buying a steamer and a vacuum and buying pesticides. In the end, I ended up having to bomb house twice to get the problem under control.. It’s the only thing that worked. Stay away from this company, unless you want fleas to take over your house . Their service is a complete joke.
