At last appointment, I was left with damage: oil stains in my driveway. I am very disappointed with services provided thus far. When James came to my door to pitch his sale, he informed that my neighbor used your service. I had spoken with my neighbor and she told me the reason she selected your company was because it was pet friendly, specifically dog friendly. I asked James if the products/ chemicals were pet safe and he assured me it was. I said good because I had cats and dogs. Today when Kevin came treat my interior and exterior for ants, I again asked about being pet friendly. Kevin was honest and said not for dogs. I feel I was misled and lied to in order to gain a sale. I want my contract cancelled due to deception . I will not pay the $200 for cancellation either
