I was very happy with today's service. My technician asked what the problems were, I walked around and explained the areas where I had seen issues. She listened to everything I said and answered my questions and explained how she was going to take care of the problems I was having. I was very happy to see she had a mask when she came to the door and as we walked around the house. I also tried to click on the $5.00 Wow! link but got an XML error. We had the initial treatment for free and I thought they would all be minimal like the Initial treatment. Actually, I surprised myself. I don't usually give salesman the time of day, but I was very impressed with my salesman. I felt like he was honest and I could trust your company would do a good job. So far no bugs! We'll see how long they stay away. My technician was very polite and professional. I didn't see him actually perform the work, but the results have been good. I am hoping that these results last until the next scheduled spray in 3 months.

Jorge is very respectful of my property, i really like his demeanor. Very nice young man. I have always requested in the past to send me the same person to do the job but so far i have had new person almost always. I would like to know the person who comes into my house even if it's just every 3 months. Please send Jorge to do the job at my house every time. Let me know when he is available and in my neighborhood and i can bend my schedule. That's how good this person is. He has the right attitude and very respectful. That matters the most.

So far Aptive has been good at confirming and being on time to appt. Nate was the technician who came out after the first technician did not complete the service. 1ST technician missed the entire leftside of house as well as various wasp nests and other webs, etc. I want Nate to continue servicing our home. 1st Aptive Technician performed a poor job with removing bug webs and treating my property. The 2nd Aptive Technician, Abraham M, performed an amazing job with removing all cobwebs and bugs from around the house, and treating the garden beds and high bug risk areas with your preventative powder products. Hopefully these efforts will help reduce the visible bug signs and traffic areas.

Dartagnon H came to the house and immediately got started checking the premise and spraying the outside. He paid special attention to requested areas (under BBQ and under trampoline) and even locked up my gate after completing the outside. At my request he sprayed the inside downstairs and garage and was very respectful and unintrusive. I’m very happy with this company.

The technician pictured here was very efficient, helpful and courteous on the day he was here (sat July 25). However, the guy that was with him had no mask and was coughing and spitting on the property out front. To their credit, they were taking him back to Sacramento after servicing our yard. Just a little disconcerting in these times though. But on the whole, after only 2 service calls we are pleased with the service including initial contact with Blake and first service from Nate.

Excellent experience with the person came for service but he turned up after multiple calls and consistently follow up with Aptive customer service. Extremely poor performance of Aptive in supporting customers for reservice. Thank good at least some one came at the time or next service. Worst company I have seen in managing complaints. I will not give even single star to the company but employees are good.

Eric was respectful and did a great job with treating our new house for pests. I had an issue with your customer service because I called two weeks ago to set up an appointment before we moved all of our furniture and dogs into the new house, but never received a call from Aptive with a date until I called back 3 days ago to make the appointment. Eric was limited on what he could treat due to all kinds of stuff in the way because we just moved in. I am a new customer to Aptive and Eric made me feel welcome and offered all kinds of support if needed.

Reason I signed up is to have someone come in between my quarterly services for free. Isaiah was amazing with his attention to detail and was able to notice things I hadn't before. I called to schedule my appointment due to the uncontrollable amount of wasps around my home. I told him where to look and he went out of his way and observed some nests that I haven't even seen at my own house. Major shout out to him for his punctilious and dedication to his craft. Technician today did good job on outdoor service. Was frustrating that he would not come inside house to inspect & treat active evidence of ant infestation. According to him, the Aptive office in our area has told techs not to enter homes due to red level related to COVID in our county. However, the local Aptive customer service rep who spoke to me today said there was not an indoor restriction set by the company. Thank goodness that customer service rep named Pedro scheduled indoor service for my house next Monday. Very grateful to him. Please consider more consistent communication to branch office teams.

Both the sales person and the technician were well groomed, very courteous and easy to talk to. I walked the perimeter of the property with both the technician and the sales rep and they told me exactly what they were going to do and what I needed to do to make the job the best they could. We have a dog and the tech told me to make sure he was kept inside at least 2 hours after the treatment to make sure he would be OK. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service so far.

Peyton came by today for the 30 day follow up treatment/first quarterly treatment and he was great!! Knocked down and sprayed outside where necessary, and came inside and sprayed around and explained a few things and showed me a few places around my house that had gaps where bugs could be getting in. I've only had 2 treatments but I'm impressed with aptive's services!

The two technicians that have been to my home have done a great job. Now, what I am questioning now is that this note on my receipt. I asked Toby when he arrived if you guys had received an email/text I sent asking was it too wet to spray. He said No...it was not and that he had even sprayed in the rain. Well this note probably should be modified if you can spray in the rain....this note is not applicable.***PLEASE AVOID UNNECESSARY CONTACT WITH MATERIALS, STAY OFF TREATED AREAS UNTIL DRY. Although the job was done well...I had to survey my home for some improvements being made this week....with that I found that their are still several cocoons, which has been stated by both technicians that they were removed. Not a dissatisfied customer, just want the notes to read as it is. Thanks, Carolyn

The customer service was great. I just happened to stumble across Aptive while searching for services through google. I submitted a request for a quote and within 15 minutes Jeff contacted me via phone. Jeff made it very easy to make a decision to use their service. The technician came the next day and was so thorough with the treatment. As stated, there are no hidden fees or additional costs. All contracts and resources are sent by email in a timely manner. I am a new customer. We will see how the treatment goes. So far, I have encountered ZERO issues and I am pleased.

He was courteous and professional and finished with half hour as he had said, completely the tasks and then letting us know what he had found and what treatments he had applied. When Michael C arrived for the service he was very friendly and informative We explained we have been having problems with German Roaches for a couple of years. The problem has been alot less of seeing the roaches since we have been using your service. Actually now we hardly see don't see any, just one or two once in a while. Michael used some powder and checked our glue traps and says things look good. Hopefully they are finally under control.

Technician Corey B was very polite and professional. I asked him to respray around the perimeter of our house and garage and also spray the perimeter of our yard by the side fences and back wall. There were several large cockroaches that were living in the garden mulch. When I returned home later in the evening, there were dead or dying roaches both in the yard and on my patio. Kelton arrive about 10 am which was perfect since we sleep in longer than usual. He wore his mask the entire time at my home. I showed him places to spray in the kitchen, utility room, both bathrooms and specific areas outside. He did an excellent job at everything. Now the proof will be in how effective the spray that is used works on keeping ants and roaches out of my home. They have both been the proverbial pets this past month, especially the ants.
