I was a little hesitant as we signed up for Aptive with a door to door sales person. We've been battling ants in the spring summer for the past seven years. Treating ourselves hasn't worked well, so we agreed to sign up. The technician came the next day for our first treatment and we have not seen one ant since. While we have a contract for one year for quarterly treatment, I'll continue using them long after that contract is up. Thank you, Aptive!

The Aptive tech, Jay F, arrived yesterday to perform a quarterly treatment. Because it was summer time and some other factors, I requested that Jay take some extra care in the removing any harborage or nest activity found on front, back and sides of our home. We have suffered with the onset of different bugs at different times of year. DIY is not the way to go. By the time you buy repeated applications to do yourself, you might as well have Aptive do this service and the good news is it works. Overnight response. Night and Day. Courtney was amazing! He was the best technician I have had come here since we started the service with aptive. He first called and said he was coming early in the morning but I had a sudden change in childcare plans and needed him to come later. He gladly said he would go to another home first and then call to check back with me on my status. He did just that and came when I was home and had dropped my daughter off. Then he did extra work to clear cobwebs off the sides of the house when I requested it. He was very kind and a great technician! Send him again next time!

The two workers one who set up the appointment and one who serviced the property were very pleasant, well spoken and knowledgeable about the service! They were respectful when entering the home making sure to cover their shoes so they don’t bring dirt from outside in the home. Initial salesman was clean, neat and well dressed with a low key, knowledgeable presentation. When I expressed concern about my pets he left information with me to check out. I did, called them and they came out and all ants are gone. At the one month follow-up technician found 2 dirt dauber nests and 2 small wasps nests which he took care of. Very happy with them.

Your technician came in and did a fabulous job at removing a large wasp nest located between the window and the storm window in an upstairs bedroom. It looked like an impossible situation, but your guys were totally successful at removing it without harm to anyone! And without one wasp left alive!! Thank you!!! After suffering a long time in that funny-looking bee suit in a room that must have been 200 degrees, your technician was still smiling when he left!!! And so was I!

Today, Ivan came to service my home. He did a fantastic job. I’ve had recurring problems with spiders and told him (this was his first time here). He spent 3 times longer than any former Aptive employee has treating and webbing all areas of my home. Yay! I was extremely close to cancelling Aptive until this young man came today. He asked me to give the treatment 2 weeks, and if I still had problems to call Aptive ( I’ve done this in the past for courtesy retreats, but the same guy came out and didn’t fix the problem...until Ivan came.) His determination is the reason I engaged Aptive. Give this young man a raise!!!

This young man is one of the best I have had for flea treatments. He gave me good instruction. He treated the proper areas. For the first time my little female cat who's sensitive to insecticide did not have a reaction whenever I brought her back home in 2 hours after the treatment. He also told me what to do if the fleas are not gone within 2 weeks.

The day before today's service, Hadden made the Sale - We were initially concerned about dropping our Paramount Service due to Aptive lack of a Termite Warranty, but our fears were relieved that Aptive pest inspections and chemicals to be used listed those pests - we were then satisfied that we no longer needed a warranty! I recently moved into a duplex riddled with every kind of bug you can imagine and spiders EVERYWHERE. I dont mind a few bugs here and there but it was overwhelming and created a concern for my pets safety. When I saw the outside of my home after Aptive came out to do a treatment I was thrilled with the results. The removed all webs and nests of other bugs and cleaned up the mess, its a complete difference! I no longer worry about opening the windows or letting my dogs run around outside or even enjoying my patio in the evenings.

He went out of his way to treat the inside big my home behind my furniture and had to get into tight places to treat areas where I was having Ant problems. Jenner S went into my attic to check the area. He sprayed outside for wasps and found some in a lower gutter by the front door that other pest companies never did. He sprayed the eaves. He explained all this when he was done and told me that I should expect a number of wasps dying and falling near the front door. He did an excellent and I am pleased.

Service was on time (as per schedule), and the work seemed to be completed as described in the contract. Nathaniel B was friendly and very polite. However, there were two problems--one minor one was that I did not receive a call to let me know when Nathaniel would be arriving at my house, so I was a little surprised when he showed up 20 minutes before the appointment window that I was given. The second issue was more serious--when I inspected the house perimeter after he had left I found that an outdoor thermometer that I mounted (using wood screws) to a tree outside my kitchen window was knocked off of the tree and had been broken. I just found the pieces as I was doing the inspection and Nathaniel never mentioned that he had broken the thermometer. It was old and not an expensive item, but I really think he should have told me what happened before he left.

Service is good once the technician arrived. Getting someone to arrive on time was painful. I purposefully scheduled a service to fit around my family's schedule (including my job). The morning a technician was to arrive, I received an update saying Aptive had shifted the time window from the morning to the afternoon. In calling customer service, I was disconnected three times. Finally, a representative had the temerity to tell me the appointment had always been for the afternoon. Thankfully I had the original e-mail to back me up, but she still called it lucky she was able to re-schedule a different technician for a morning window. At the end of the call, the representative asked if I wanted a call one hour prior to the technician's arrival. How thoughtful! I requested the option for the call. I got a call 5 minutes before he arrived, and the arrival was still outside (30 minutes) the originally specified window. The technician gave an excuse for why the call was only 5 minutes prior to his arrival (not caring that he was late anyway) that made it seem, again, as though he was doing me a favor in showing 5 minutes after the call.

Thank you so much for coming to my door a few months ago, offering your services. I said of coarse! They started the following Monday and whatever was done made my yard fly free and any other bugs too. The neighbors on both sides of me with multiple dogs and I personally don’t they pick up poop(we use a poppers scooper x3 a week) so there is NO poop in my yard and since Aptive started, their flies and stuff don’t come to the yard from their yards. TIM N CAME OUT AND DID A FINE JOB WITH THE QUARTERLY SERVICE ON 7/22 HE SHOULD GET HIS $5 BONUS. MY ISSUE IS WITH THE DAY YOU GUYS SCHEDULED THE WORK TO BE DONE.NOT 20 MIN AFTER TIM FINISHED WE GOT MOONSON TYPE RAINS WHICH IN MY EYES DILLUTED OR WASHED AWAY WHATEVER PRODUCT HE PUT DOWN. THE WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE DAY STATED THIS WAS COMING. I THINK IT WAS POOR JUDGEMENT ON MANAGEMENTS PART TO APPLY ANY TYPE OF TREATMENT IN THIS TYPE OF WEATHER. I DOUBT IT WILL HAVE THE DESIRED EFFECT. IF MY THINKING IS WRONG PLEASE ADVISE. IN THE FUTURE PLEASE DO APPLICATIONS WHEN WE WILL HAVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS OF GOOD DRY WEATHER.

It's been over a week since our first application and I've hardly seen a bug. I was concerned because a rain downpour started shortly after the completion of our application. Previously, when I'd go out on our deck or out front, I'd do the 'dance of the ants' -- trying to 'get' them. My own solutions never worked even close to the results of Active Environmental. The attendant was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Upon arrival he asked us where we would like to spray. He moved our shoes away from the way and organized them very neatly. He moved our trash and recycle bins then returned them back to the way they where. Excellent customer service!

Tim N has done an excellent job in both pre and post initial pest control spray work. Tim was friendly during the greeting and before commencing the work, thoroughly explained what to expect. I checked the areas sprayed and treated and all seem to have been completed well. I have yet to see the result of the work in days and weeks to come, but initial interaction and work were completed to excellent standard.

Ricky was here this afternoon and completed our summer Aptive visit. He was very courteous, professional and thorough. Filled our rodent bait station and added another one in an area where we had notice rodent some recent rodent activity. He spent the rest of the time spraying insecticide around the perimeter of our house and inspecting for critters around the eaves. Great Job, Ricky!

Over all the treatment and service technician or a very professional and thorough. I was slightly disappointed in that the sales representative insinuated that the house was protected in a 30 foot radius into the yard for ticks fleas etc. it didn’t appear that the full lawn treatment in the 30 foot perimeter was included in the application. I do not regret signing up for the service but would’ve like to understand a little bit more detail about how the application was made .

Mr. Brandon G performed our initial pest treatment earlier this week. He arrived within the scheduled time slot and was polite and professional. He performed all of the activities prescribed in my contract with Aptive plus a few others I hadn't anticipated. For example, he cleaned the area around the garage window that had accumulated dead insect bodies and spider webs. He also found a few wasp nests that I had not noticed and removed them. I was pleased with his service.

Ralph introduced himself, very polite young man. Told me what he was going to do after I told him about the problem areas. Did his treatments and knocked down some spider webs and muddaubers. Hopefully, it'll all go well. My first/free treatment went fine but results only lasted 2 weeks. When I called for a retreatment they billed me and started the quarterly. I didn't expect the quarterly to start until 3 months afte the first treatment. Hopefully, all goes well.

Erik (I do not know his last name) was the technician sent to our home on 07/17/19. I told him of my spider problem, showed him where all the spider webs were, and told him what I expected of him. I stayed in the backyard while he did his job in case he had anymore questions for me, Erik was very meticulous in his job, especially when it came to my 19 flower pots. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job he did for me, and thus satisfied with Aptive Environmental. I would like Erik to have my house assigned to him when further pest-control work is required.
