When I tried to cancel, they kept trying to sell other products at $100 discount which they didn't offer while I was with them for over 2 years. Then, when I did not want to discuss the reasons for the cancellation, the customer service representative said that they would be sending me an invoice for $199. When i asked what invoice, they said they were simply using "reverse psychology" to get me to talk and admitted that i did not owe them any money. When I asked for the representative's name, he said that it was "Jordan" and that he would not give his full name as it was a "privacy issue." Funny how their full names are available in the drop down menu on this review section. I would stay away from this company if at all possible, no matter what discount they offer.
