David totally misled me. When we talked, I told him I was only interested in the mosquito service. He told me that was fine and went over what the mosquito service entailed, with no mention of the additional bug and insect service. He had me sign a small IPad. Granted I did sign but the contract was not completely legible. Before I signed, he assured me it was for the mosquito service. I later find out that I am locked in on complete service. Yes, my fault for signing something that the print was too small to read. However, I was completely misled by David( your representative). I have since let several neighbors that I did not consider David to be totally upfront with his information. He is more interested in making a sell.

Sales person was good at sellling a bad product. When calling the company the reps were rude and would tell you to be home between 9-5 to get serviced but nobody would show up. I believe the phone reps were outsourced because the would even hang up on me. Just waiting for this contract to be over because of the bad customer service. Some of the techs were really great.
